Chapter 108: Battle of Nirvana (4)

The Narsist Kingdom.

A capital that is proud of its beauty is now in chaos.

At the southern gate was a fierce battle between the Alliance Forces who were about to enter the Capital while the Soldiers of the Narsist Kingdom were trying to prevent them.

The two sides fought each other fiercely without realizing that there was one more fight going on in this Capital.

At the northern gate that has now been broken into pieces entered an army (Woodland Creature) that has a terrible look dashed into the Capital with the intention to destroy everything in front them.

While those who welcomed them were Einherjar troops who were actually high-level Golems that the Narsist Kingdom dug from a ruin that has now been conjured into a magnificent Cathedral.

A fierce and brutal battle took place between (Woodland Creature) and Einherjar who both do not know what fear is and do not know what pain is.

Without caring about themselves, the two armies clashed and crushed each other.

The sight of the two forces fighting each other looked extremely brutal. The only thing to be grateful for was the fact that none of them were made of blood and flesh so that the scene did not get any worse.

It's just that the same can't be said to the other troops that come after (Woodland Creature).

"Yeah...!!!"

Coming next (Woodland Creature) are the Elite Knights who have been chosen directly by Prince Draco from Drakon Kingdom.

Thanks to the orders of the Lavender Witch, they were not attacked by (Woodland Creature) and could even fight together unhindered.

They valiantly fought together with the creatures that seemed to come straight out of the Hellhole to fight the beautiful yet soulless Golems.

Leading the Knights was not Prince Draco but Allucard aided by Oriens who was once one of the 4 Great Generals of the Narsist Kingdom.

With the blood-covered Rapier, Allucard slashed all the Einherjar before him gracefully and efficiently. While Oriens with the red-flaming Greatsword cut off all the Einherjar that came to him so easily as if he was cutting butter with a hot knife.

Thanks to the two of them leading the way, the Knights were able to advance smoothly with only minor injuries.

Fighting alongside the Knights was a young man who used a spear.

The man was an Otherworlder who joined the Adventurer Party called The Guardian. She was Yari, who for some reason was not helping her comrades on the other side of the gate and instead

fight alone here.

(Whirlwind)

Turning his spear ferociously, Yari created a small tornado that blew all of Einherjar crashing towards her.

"Great work!" "Please continue!"

Praise the two Female Knights who fought with him. "Heh" with a big grin on his face the swing of Yari's spear became even more ferocious.

The first female knight had long blue hair while the other had short brown hair.

Their names are Cielo and Tierra.

They were Knights who served the Drakon Kingdom. The fact that the two of them belonged to the members of this Knight squad was a clear proof of their abilities.

Really, it was still a big question how could the two of them get close to Yari to end up following her everywhere like this.

Without feeling the fight has been going on for almost an hour.

Although (Woodland Creature) and Einherjar both could not feel tired, the same could not be said to the Knights. Those who were just ordinary Humans could not possibly continue to be in such a fierce fight for such a long period of time.

Realizing this, Allucard intends to bring the troops lent to him into a suitable battle for them.

"Orien! Please open the way!"

Lifting his Greatsword high into the air, an arrow-red air coated the entire body of Oriens. So hot that even Einherjar who intended to attack the wide-open Oriens instead stopped in place because of all

Taking a safe distance, Allucard and the Knights observed Oriens in action.

Red flames began to envelop the entire surface of Oriens' Greatsword until it finally made the Greatsword look twice as big as it should be.

"Yeah...!" with one vertical swing an open path between the seas of Einherjar.

The hot red flames burst forth in a straight line that melted all the Einherjar in its path. As for Einherjar who was not in the attack path but was close to him

finding their entire body surface melted to the point that it was impossible for them to move.

"The road is open, go!!!"

With the direction of Allucard the whole Knight immediately moved forward with Oriens at the very front as the road opener.

Stepping on the streets still burning red, the Knights drove straight towards the Cathedral where the Einherjars came from. While the Knights were speeding straight, the (Woodland Creature) instantly charged towards the Einherjar

it was no longer able to move to end it before they finally began to spread and eventually the civilians were involved in this fight.

"Yahoo!!!"

"Go! Go!"

"Quick! Hide kids!"

It is strange for (Woodland Creature) to attack innocent residents. Though the Lavender Witch had already ordered them to only attack those who resisted and not to glance at those who were useless.

Amid the cries of the residents who began to envelop the city, the answer to why (Woodland Creature) attacked them finally became clear.

"Don't... Don't attack me... Aaa... Graaoo!!!"

The ordinary residents who initially looked helpless suddenly turned into a ferocious monster whose appearance was no less frightening than (Woodland Creature) who attacked them.

Unmistakably, it was a Berserk phenomenon that was often seen when the Soldiers of the Narsist Kingdom were in a desperate state.

it was just a mindless ferocious monster.

That was why Oriens hated the higher-ups in Narsist Kingdom who forced the use of this artifact to his Soldiers.

And now, having seen that they also did the same to the citizens of their own Kingdom.

No more respect for his homeland.

All that remains is burning anger.

(Flaming Ground)

With just a single leg hit the entire area around him instantly lit up red.

Einherjar, (Woodland Creature), until the houses that stand with the residents who are still in it are all now burned violently by the burning fire.

But strangely the Knights who were not far behind Oriens were not at all affected by the magic that Oriens used and only the hot feeling they felt.

"...why?" ask Allucard who's astonished at what Oriens just did.

Without giving Allucard the answer he wanted, Oriens simply said "The road is safe, let's quickly finish this useless battle".

Watching the Oriens figure drifting away, Allucard let out a heavy sigh before finally leading the Knights to follow him.

In the end they arrived in front of the Narsist Cathedral.

Visible red stripes extended from the direction they came from as well as a pungent burning scent scattered in the air.

Thanks to the action of the Oriens, not only the streets are burning but also all the buildings around it. The residents who had initially taken shelter inside all the houses were now scattering out away from the fighting arena.

In addition to having to escape from the fire, the residents also had to escape from the pursuit (Woodland Creature) who felt there were artifact users who were among the residents who tried to escape.

With all the chaos and bloodshed going on, the soldiers who were fighting at the southern gate finally realized something was wrong.

Firing his magic Oriens smashed the door where the Einherjars came out. Boom up! A huge explosion occurred and unless they knew how to dig, Einherjar would no longer be out looking for trouble.

Looking inside the Cathedral, only the young Nuns were visible.

Even so, Allucard is not disinclined "Hold them! If they have artifacts, sita! If you fight, just finish it!" with his strict orders the Knights began to move.

Without a doubt they detained the Nuns who were unable to resist. Without taking a long time the Knights successfully combed through the entire contents of the Cathedral and detained dozens of young Nuns and Priests who were in the

sana.

With all the places investigated, there was now only one place left.

Standing on a double door decorated with angelic carvings playing musical instruments are Allucard, Oriens, Yari, Cielo, Tierra and about five other Knights.

Because a locked door prevents them from getting inside.

With a warning from Allucard, Oriens swung his Greatsword which was still enveloped by the burning fire.

Pangs! The sound of iron clashing with each other sounded tight and without thinking Oriens Greatsword bouncing was unable to slash the double door.

"What!" everyone was surprised at him.

Those who witnessed firsthand how powerful the swing of the sword from the Oriens never expected that there was something he was unable to slash. But the most surprised was the Oriens themselves.

After a while, the flames finally gathered in one place - right at the end of his Greatsword.

With a high concentration of Oriens began to condense the fire that he collected until finally the collection of fire began to change into a small fireball that was no larger than a marble.

When the Knights started to get frustrated because their search was fruitless, Yari who had been knocking on the wall with her ears against the wall seemed to have managed to find something.

"Hey! I found the secret room!" swinging his spear, Yari successfully destroyed the wall which showed a secret passage behind him.

"Great work!" Praise Allucard for leading the Knights to investigate.

Tracing the dark passage that led downwards, it didn't take long before they finally arrived at the end of the long passageway.

What greeted them was a scene like a giant factory operating at maximum capacity.

The iron wheels turned and the robot hands worked hard with the sound of the machine as a background filler.

"The ruins?!" shouted one of the Knights who did not expect that there were ruins just below the Cathedral.

While what was produced from these ruins was clearly displayed before their eyes.

One by one Einherjar is in production at full speed.

Within a minute these ruins had already succeeded in producing a dozen Einherjar at a time.

The finished Einherjar was then gathered in a place that was now crowded by the Einherjar who lined up neatly with weapons in hand.

They were indeed Golems obedient to their master. However, that could only happen as long as their master as supplying them with Mana or Einherjar would lose control and start destroying everything that was before them.

It could be seen that Einherjar's eyes which usually emitted a bright blue light turned a bright red color.

And now, after Oriens scorched the scholars in charge of supplying the Einherjar with Mana. Making the Einherjar golems uncontrollable.

Tang! Thanks to the carelessness of a Knight who accidentally nudged his sword on a wall made entirely of sturdy steel. Making the Einherjar who were originally standing still now looked at them with flaming red eyes.
