Part 14: I'm Coming Home

*1 Week later..

"They're there!!" Dias immediately ran towards Althea who was busy watering the flowers in the courtyard. 

"Bigdreya!!" Thea instantly stopped her magic and immediately ran towards Dias. But after she saw something different about her brother, she hesitated and stopped her steps. 

"Sister?"

"Thea? You don't know your own brother?" Dias. Because Dias looks not the same as before, making Althea confused. His appearance almost looked like a thug rather than an ordinary person in general.

"You.. You're who?" Ask Thea scared. Dias who wears a piercing, with a new weapon she is sheathed, along with an eccentric outfit with a chain on the right side of his waist and plus a body that has grown to 165 cm makes Thea become pangling. Though Thea herself who is 14 years old still has a height of 154 cm. 

“Haish.. why else this,” Dias said. 

After which, he pointed his little finger towards Thea. At once Thea immediately remembered the promise they had made together when under the tree, that Dias promised to come back alive. That made Thea very happy.

“Kakaaakk!!” Thea immediately hugged her sister happily until her eyes glazed over. Dias also returned his sister's embrace as well gently but just plain, not to tear up. 

"Welcome, Brother.." Thea said with a beautiful smile.

"I'm back." Reply to Dias who also returned Thea's smile. 

After being satisfied hugging, Thea invited her sister into the house to eat together. It just so happened that Iris had already prepared breakfast, and it just so happened that today was Sunday, so Thea didn't have to go to school. 

"Auntie Iris! Brother's home!" Thea girang. 

"Who? Do you have a sister?" Reply Iris with a face full of question marks. However after seeing Dias, he became extremely shocked.

"They!! why did you bring the thugs into the house!?" Screeched Iris due to Dias' fierce appearance.

"Open up!! It's Dias loh. Time forgets the hell, Auntie," said Thea. 

"Hahahaha, No.. Aunty joked around, "Iris said with a small laugh. 

"Hmph, I love my jahilin," Thea said with a frown. 

"Yes, yeah. Let's sit down" said Iris who then took the place of the rice and placed it on the table. "You also sit, Thias." 

"Dias tantee!!" Pekik Thea's. Dias could only smile a little looking at Iris who was judging Thea. They both sat in the dining chair. 

"Ah yes, where is Iaros?" Said Iris who was busy picking up rice for Dias. 

"Hmm, he said there was still some business with his old friend for a while. Maybe he'll be back here by noon." Said Dias while receiving a bowl of rice proffered by Iris. 

"Ohh, that's it." Reply Iris. After that the three of them ate together greedily. 

"Sister!! you know that I'm always ranked first in class!" Said Thea excitedly with fiery eyes. 

"Well, that's so cool!" Reply Dias who was forced to stop his eating activities. 

"Sister just keep eating it, Brother is quite horrified I tell you." Said Thea with her small smile. Dias obeyed Thea and kept eating while listening to Thea tell her stories. 

To Dias, Thea was the single most precious family of all the treasures on this earth. He was willing to do anything as long as his sister was happy. Thea's happiness is Dias' happiness as well, and Dias feels relieved because as long as there is no presence at home, he can take good care of himself. 

After 5 years of separation, Thea undergoes drastic changes. She became even prettier with her long blue hair. In addition, his white and smooth skin is a special attraction so Dias is sure, anyone who crosses paths with Thea, will definitely fall for him. But of course, Dias won't let a random man touch Thea. She decides to protect Thea until the end of her life and will not let anyone make Thea sad. 

"Sister? How come you're daydreaming?" Thea said as she moved her hand right in front of Dias' face to stop her daydreaming. 

"Ahh, yes sorry." Said Dias. 

After breakfast, Dias immediately took a bath and changed clothes because Iris invited them to go for a walk to the City Center. 

Arriving downtown, Dias coincidentally sees Cyntia sweeping the courtyard in front of her shop. 

"Cynthia!" Sapa Dias from far away. 

"Well, Dias, the Fire Boy. Hahaahaha. It's healthy apparently." Said Cyntia who was smiling kindly. 

"Yes, hehe. It must be thanks to the potion you gave me.." Dias said he smiled kindly too. 

"Yes, yes." Cyntia said, then her gaze moved on Iris.

"Wahh, Brother Iris! long time no see.." Girang Cyntia who seems to have known Iris for a long time. Cyntia then immediately held both of her hands and grasped them. 

"Sister Iris, why didn't Brother come with us to the dungeon? Though we desperately need Big Brother's help," asked the curious Cyntia. 

"Well, as you can see, I have to take care of the house." Reply Iris. 

"Someone's replaced my place there anyway." Further.

"Steve?" 

"Yes, he."

"Yaelahhh, he can only heal doang, can not attack at all." Cyntia said while underestimating the strongest priest in the Valkryrie guild. 

"Hahahaha, what a bitch you're saying." Reply Iris. Cyntia told a story while exaggerating the prowess possessed by Iris. It turned out that in the past, Iris and Cyntia were also often a team when exploring dungeons, or doing missions in guilds. 

Curious about what Cyntia said, Dias tried to activate her skill to see Iris' status.

Dias was only a mangosteen after seeing it. Iris had a much higher level than the people in the guild. Except Iaros.

Later that night, Iaros came to bring him a gift he had brought as a gift at home.

“Iriiiss, I also know,” He said while propping the parcel. 

"Well, what are you carrying?" Ask Iris who looked at the box-shaped parcel. 

"Hmm, rice box yes. What's the show?" Ask Iris. After Iris asked that, Iaros put on a sad face.

"So, maybe you're a little sad to hear this news." Said Iaros while putting the 4 rice boxes on the table.

"Hmm? What's up?"

"Actually half of the party that was tracing the dungeon with me, didn't survive."

"Didn't survive!?" Said Iris who was very surprised by the news. 

"Yes. And this rice box I got after doing a do'a together in the guild."

"It's grieving." Said Iris. 

Dias who listened to the talk of the two of them so brought along sad, because he instead remembered Dann who had taught him to play the sword. 

Dann died unnoticed by Dias in the dungeon there. He was forced to leave Dias because he had to help healers who were being targeted by monsters, away from Dias' sight. 

Finally, they had dinner together with the boxed rice. 

"Dias, from tomorrow you have to go to school with Thea." Iaros.

"What!?" Dias was shocked to hear what he said.

"Why should I go to school? Aren't I strong enough in the fight?" Dias. 

"Yes, it's true. But still when you join the guild, you still have to get an official certificate of graduating from education. That certificate can be used to make yourself an official adventurer. Without it, you wouldn't be able to earn money from completing a mission in the guild." Iaros. 

Knowing this fact, he was finally able to resign himself and follow what Iaros had said. 

Dias actually really does not want to go to school, because he thought he would not develop rapidly if only learning theories at school are minimal with problems and only contain bad children. A school that will only add to the burden of thought and weaken his body. How could he be strong and take revenge?

"So, you have to take the entrance test first, right?" Asked Thea on foot and glanced at Dias. 

"Well, how else. Hhoooaamm-chan.. Nyem nyem~" Reply Dias who looks uninspired with eye bags that still hang in his eyes. 

"Sister is okay, right? Won't you faint on the test?" Said Thea who was worried about her brother. 

"Tenhaang Sajoaaahhmmh.. Oh, that's so sleepy." Reply Dias told his sister to stop worrying about him. Dias had a hard time withstanding her sleepiness because she had stayed up all night just to prepare for the entrance exam to this school. 

"Sister, stop first." Thea stopped her steps and positioned herself against Dias. Dias was at a loss as to what his sister was really going to do. 

"Zuunggs.." When Thea looked at Dias deeply, a magic circle appeared with light around it and suddenly Dias' drowsiness instantly disappeared. 

"Wahh.great." Dias.

"Hahaha, this way you will not fall asleep during the test. But remember, this magic only lasts 90 minutes. So if you can after the test, you have to go straight to sleep so you don't faint on the street." Thea. 

Dias nodded his head in understanding and was finally more optimistic about taking the entrance exam to the Raftel Academy which was the most elite school in the Kingdom. 

"In that case, I'll go first Brother, my friend asked to be picked up at his house." Althea.

"Ah, yes yes." Reply to Dias while looking at his sister's back that kept away. He had to walk alone to the academy. 

Arriving at Raftel Academy, Dias did not expect the place to be this grand and beautiful. Although many trees and bushes were rooted in the walls of the school, the place was incredible. 

The students there look like rich people with charming makeup. Uniforms that are clean white like symbolizing purity, perfected with a goodlooking face, proof if they often do facial treatments. 

"Ah, don't be gobsmacked first I have to see his ability.”

“ClairVoyant!” Dias observed each student using his abilities, and the results were less than satisfactory. Most of them had a much lower level than themselves. This made Dias not expect more to meet people who were equal to his level.

"Hmm? Wait a minute.." Dias tried to use his ClairVoyant again, and this time not to humans, but to the pointy-eared and blond-haired person at the end there.

"That's it, elf?" His words were surprised that it turned out that the elf race had a much higher status than other normal humans. Dias is also surprised if it turns out that in this academy there are many elves who study together. 

After that, Dias asked the security guard about the room to take the entrance exam test. The security guard showed him the way and Dias followed. After arriving, Dias immediately worked on the problems given by the examination supervisor well and perfectly. Well, even though he had a little trouble at the beginning, because it was only the first time he answered the question of multiple choice.

After that, he decided to quickly go home and go to sleep, because the effects of Thea's magic were only 15 minutes away. 

"Excuse me," said Dias who was in a hurry to leave the classroom. He ran as fast as he could to get home quickly. When he arrived, he jumped on the bed and snored. 

Later that night, a package was delivered from the Academy. It turned out that inside were the results of tests done by Dias and the school uniform. From the test results, Dias was declared qualified, and entered the 11th class A.

"Huh, it's as I expected." Said Dias with a haughty smile. Suddenly Thea came closer to Dias who was in the living room. 

"What is that brother?" 

"Ah, my test results. I didn't expect the Academy to be able to process it so quickly." Dias said in admiration.

"Yahh, our class is far away as well." Said Thea after looking at the sheet held by Dias who was currently still in 10th grade. 

After that, Dias immediately went to meet Iaros who was busy reading the newspaper in his room.

"Uncle, are you here?" Dias said as he opened the door. He looked at Iaros who was busy reading the newspaper.

"Ah, Strap. It just so happens that there is you. Come here quickly." Iaros. Dias obeyed him and approached Iaros with question marks.

"What are you reading?" Ask.

"This is the news that happened while we were still in the dungeon, and it turned out to be this bad." Iaros. After that, Iaros handed over the newspaper he had just read.

"Yes, your current Kingdom is already a threat to the other Kingdoms. During these 5 years, the Kingdom of Farnesse was constantly expanding its power and conquering the other Kingdoms savagely and mercilessly." Iaros. 

Even more surprising, the Kingdom of Farnesse subverted its own inhabitants in order to raise the Devils. This they did merely wanted to become the strongest among the other Kingdoms. 

Not only that, for a country that has been defeated by the Kingdom of Farnesse, all its citizens and soldiers will be made into slaves who can later also be sacrificed for the summoning of the Devil. 

Thanks to that, finally the appearance of the dungeon tower increased dramatically. Basically, those dungeons came from the outside world that could be resurrected and could bring up beings beyond logic. So that monsters also appear in various places around the world. 

"The world is this hot, so why are you still asking me to study at the academy?" Dias asked Iaros with some emotion. 

"You think I put you into the Academy just to mess around?" Iaros said, then he picked up a newspaper.

Iaros threw the newspaper at Dias, and immediately read it. "The Case of Some Schoolgirls Mysteriously Disappeared? and it's been a month yet to be found?" Dias.
