Part 4: Revenge to Death

Almost for 3 days, they both had difficulty eating because of yesterday's incident. They lost their appetite and their spirit. They look like living zombies walking around doing their activities at night. 

Various attempts were made by Iaros and his wife to restore their spirits. On the first day, temporarily let the two of them cry until their tears ran out to drain the emotions. 

Iaros' wife Iris felt tormented listening to the whims and cries of the two of them, so she asked Iaros for permission to comfort her. But Iaros did not allow it for a while, because it would not change anything. 

"Although you tried to comfort him, it was a waste, because at this moment they had lost their minds." Iaros said to his wife.

On the second day, Dias and Thea looked even more distant than yesterday. They can still eat even if they don't seem to enjoy it. I don't know why all the good-looking food that Iris has brought me feels so bland. 

But at least the development is quite good, rather than like on the first day they do not eat at all. 

On the third day, they can do daily activities, even though they look weak as if they have lost their spirit. 

"Let's eat a lot, otherwise you will be sick." Said Iris who fed them both. Looking at Iris who was feeding them, they looked even more sad, as they recalled the time their Mama, Queen Neia was feeding them while still alive. 

"That's it, don't be sad. Your mama won't calm down if you see the two of you from above who are constantly moody." Iris said soothingly. 

Iris put down her plate temporarily and held onto the shoulders of the two of them. Looking at them, he said, "Your mother will be happy to see you happy. I believe that your mother gave birth to you not to be a whiny, weak child. Therefore, stop being sad and be strong." 

Hearing that, Althea became a little calmer. Unlike Dias who still looks very emotional. Dias brushed off the woman's hand and left the place. The woman and Thea looked only at Dias who was walking on his back. 

When Dias walked out, he found Iaros fishing for eels in his field. 

"Uncle, make me strong!" Said Dias with eyes full of hatred. 

Iaros looked back, then stood up.

"Come, come with me." Iaros agreed to Dias' request and decided to train him from now on. 

Iaros is one of the most famous magicians in the Kingdom of Valinor, or the Kingdom they currently reside in. He joined one of the famous guilds named Valkrie which consisted of 300 people. This Guild was famous for having completed many heavy missions perfectly.

Iaros has circumnavigated the entire world and mastered all the elements of magic. Whether magic has elements of water, fire, air, or land he has mastered. But the element he mastered the most was the fire element, just like King Vyros. But Iaros cannot be compared to King Vyros for which Vyros is the most powerful Fire Witch of all time. 

Every day in the morning, Dias had to train with Iaros. Either practice magic, or sword arts. Iaros educated Dias hard, and did not let Dias rest even though he looked very exhausted. 

Fortunately, Dias was a genius. He was able to understand what Iaros had taught in a short time, and practiced what Iaros had taught perfectly.

After a month had passed, Thea and Dias were finally able to relieve their grief from the killing of their parents and focus on training with their respective abilities. Dias is trained by Iaros, while Thea studies together with Iris, who happens to be also a water witch who is an expert in the field of healing. 

Although they both practiced, they had two different goals. Althea is training in order to guarantee her future and can protect her brother with his own abilities. Unlike his older brother who trained just for the sake of destroying the people who had killed both his parents. 

"Huahhs.. Tired of it," said Dias, laying his body under a lush tree.

"Kakaakaogk.. Here's drink.." Said Thea brought her a kettle of lemon ice along with her glass. 

"Wahh, pleased.." Reply to Iaros who sat under the tree. 

However, when Thea runs accidentally she stumbles to make the drink thrown. 

"Now!!" Dias and Iaros were shocked to see the incident. But quickly Althea used magic without chanting and stopped the water from rising above the air. After that Thea put the water back in her container. 

"Ahh, almost there." Thea said while wiping the sweat on her forehead. After that, he handed out the glass to the two of them. The three of them downed the water while looking at the beautiful view of the afternoon sky. 

"Dias, it seems like the basics are all I've taught you. Now it's time for maturation." Iaros. 

"Capturement? What's that supposed?" Reply Dias. 

"You have mastered fire magic and swordsmanship, but those are just the basics. You are still weak, just like a newborn baby with a complete and perfect body, but still nothing." Iaros further explained.

"Owh. Continues to?"

Iaros stood up and looked straight ahead. "I'll take you away to the guild. There, we will find jobs with different levels. And that's where I'm gonna train you."

Hearing that, Dias looked even more excited.

"Take me wherever I come from can take my revenge on those people." 

"Can I come?" Said Althea innocently.

"Can't, it's too dangerous for you." Iaros. Althea was still too weak to be invited to complete guild missions, as Iaros was planning to take only difficult missions, making it too dangerous for Althea. Unlike Dias who has mastered some of the abilities he has been taught. 

"Yeah.. How come sih.." Althea said with her mouth. 

Not long after, Iris came up with a box-shaped device with a round black lens in front of her that was unknown to them all. That device is a camera.

"Everything!! hang out for a minute." Iris said with a cheerful smile. Iris tries to operate her camera and turn it on. 

"What tools are in your hands?" Ask Iaros. Thea and Dias had also just first seen such a strange tool. 

"Be quiet, don't move, I'll take a picture of you." Iris said while positioning the camera for a photo.

"Ah, okay." Iaros Reply. 

After that, Iris pointed the camera at all of them and took a picture.

"Strk.." There was a sound coming from the camera. After that, a white paper appeared. Iris took the paper and wagged it. 

"Look!" Iris showed them the photo. 

"Wahh, it's us. How come?" Iaros. 

"Hahaha, you're old-fashioned." Reply Iris underestimated. 

"Oh yeah, Thea, since you're smart and your skills are good too, I'll send you to school. You want to, right?" Continue Iris.

"school? where do you want to go to school?" Iaros Reply. 

"Raftel Academy, where are you going?"

"Raftel?" Iaros was seen frowning his forehead.

"Yes, why?" 

"It's okay. After all Thea is smart and diligent."

"Do you know that. So how's Thea? you want to go to school, right? And Dias too?" Continue Iris.

"Dias can't. He wants me to train in the guild later."

"Hmm? Is that right, Dias?" Ask Iris. 

"Yes, right." Reply Dias.

"Ohh, it's up to you then. You're not going to take Thea to complete missions in that crazy guild, are you?"

"No, it's too dangerous for him."

"Hoho~ then, agreed." Iris. 

"All of you, smile!!"

"Guve!!"

"Eating-mating!! Woe eat!! Brake-Shelf-Shelf!!" Said Iris while banging on the door in the morning. 

They all woke up, after which washed their faces and went to the dining table. 

"Hoaamm... Why did you wake us up? we didn't sleep for an hour, never mind." Iaros said with eye bags in which there are also eye bags. In addition, Thea and Dias also have the same eye bags. 

"May.. Own mistake. Time to go to bed, and force yourself to read a book? You invited Thea and Dias to stay up all night. Make what? Huh huh? What if they're anemic?" Iris said in a high tone. He was quite furious to learn that Iaros had taken Dias and Althea to stay up all night just to read Clairvoyant's magic book, which was Dias's, which his father had given him. 

"Don't get me wrong, it was Dias who invited me to read it together. He did not understand the contents of the book, so he asked me for help so that I could explain it to him." Iaros Bela. 

"Can be done tomorrow in the morning, why stay up all?" Deny Iris. 

Iaros was no longer able to say anything, because what Iris said was one hundred percent true.

"Yes, sorry." Iaros. 

"Oh yeah, eat fast. After this, I'll take Thea to Raftel Academy to enroll her." 

They all nodded in understanding and immediately ate the dish that was in front of them. Those who ate the dish immediately got excited again, because it tasted good and somehow their energy was filled all over. 

After eating, they washed the dishes together. After that Dias and Thea immediately took alternating baths. 

Out of curiosity, Iris finally asked Iaros. "Indeed, what magic is Clairvoyant?"

"Hmmmmmm~ want to know or really want to know?~" said Iaros with a little teasing.

"Yes, a little curious too." Said Iris while scratching her non-itchy head.

“Hoooo~ yakien neh? Want to know or really want to know?” Iaros said as he brought his face closer to Iris.

“I-iya, please know aja.” Reply Iris a little nervously.

"Hoohoo, really want to know or buuueeeneeer buuueeeneeer pengeeenn taaahuuu!!~" Iaros said with a disfigured face. 

Iris started to growl. Without further ado, Iris gripped Iaros face firmly. 

"Kr.t…"

"God, for Christ's sake.." Iaros. After that Iris released her grip and sat quietly while crossing her chest. 

"So that Clairvoyant magic is a magic that can make someone who learns it can know the status of the person in front of him. Neither the number of lives, strength, level, and experience of a person with a particular indicator."

Hearing that, Iris became interested and wanted to learn it immediately.

"Ohh, that.. How do you master it?" Iris.

"That's easy, follow my moves. First raise your right hand.." Iaros raised his right hand. Then Iris followed him.

"Lookin?"

"Yes right, then put your left palm against your right armpit." Iaros practices it and is then followed by Iris. 

"Good, lastly, put your right hand down quickly like this until a squealing sound comes out. Try listening. Plet, plet, plet." Iaros said while raising his right hand with a slight nudge.

"Engg.. You're not playing me anymore, are you?" Said Iris hesitantly doing so, as the movements made by Iaros were already quite strange.

"No, this time I'm serious. Plet, plet, plet, this time you have to trust me, Iris.. Plet, plet, plet," Iaros stared intently at Iris while practicing the strange ritual. Iris initially felt hesitant because her husband who often harassed her since the beginning of their courtship. But this time, seeing her serious face made her sure, if this time she would not lie again. 

"All right, I'll do it. Plet.. Plet.. Plet.." Finally Iris did it with a face that was flushed with embarrassment. 

"Humpph!! Buahahahaha hahaha Not strong, Ngakakk! Ahahahahaha!!!" The laughter of Iaros that he had been holding back all this time was already unstoppable. He laughed so hard that Thea who was bathing in the bathroom heard him. 

Iris who was played by Iaros was immediately enraged. Iaros immediately ran as fast as possible while laughing loudly leaving Iris. 

"DARRROOSS!! I KILLED YOU!!" Iris immediately chased after Iaros at full speed. Despite not using magic, Iris' run was already quite fast compared to ordinary normal people. He ran while carrying the rope, not knowing what the purpose was.

"Auntie!! I've had a shower, eh?" Said Thea while observing around the empty house there are no inhabitants. Curious, Thea looked out by opening the door. And sure enough, something had happened that had never happened before. He immediately went back inside the house and called his brother.

"Sister!! Uncle's in danger!!" Shouted Thea as she entered her room. Hearing that, Dias immediately came out with a feeling of worry.

"What's up, Thea?" Said Dias restlessly.

"See that!" Said Thea while pointing towards the outside of the door. The two of them immediately walked out of the house and saw what he really meant. 

"Huh? What's the matter?" Said Dias not understanding the situation that was happening in front of him. 

In the courtyard of the house, Dias saw Iaros still tied to a high pole. In addition, underneath there is also firewood piled up. And there was a woman who kept piling up the wood, which was none other than Iris.

"Dias.. Thea.. Toloooongg's.." Said Iaros who was shivering in fear. 

"Auntie Iris, what are you doing?" Ask Dias.

"Hemm~ what are you doing?~" replied Iris who smiled widely. I don't know why that smile is so scary. That made Dias' guts grow faint. He returned home with Thea and closed the door slowly. 

"Sorry, interrupt." Say Dias and close the door.

"Huhuh? Wh why? Nooo!!" Shouted Iaros who could not do anything because either his hands, his body, or even his feet were already firmly tied on the pole. 

"Hahaha, any last words?~" Iris said as she turned on her matches along with her evil laughter that appeared.

"Sister, why don't we help Uncle?"

"Hmm.that's their personal problem. We have to be able to distinguish which are personal problems and which are problems that we can interfere with." Dias continued to explain. 

Iris tried to revive the firewood that was under Iaros. But somehow every time the match was lit, it suddenly died. Iris did it many times, to spend a pack of matches. 

“Iaros? You used your magic?”

“Eng.. not really,” Said Iaros while throwing his face and whistling as if he knew nothing. Though the gurgle he did was very indicative if he had lied to Iris and Iris realized that.

“Alright, if you use magic, then I will also use magic!” After which, Iris instantly activated the ring she wore on her little finger. Suddenly a portal appeared that connected it to another dimension. 

“Kyorem, summon.” Then Iris resurrected a monster with her palm, a red giant crab with its enormous claws. 

“Blub-blub-blub.”

“Come, take her.” Iris said to the crab. The crab agreed and brought Iaros into the portal. 

“Hah, what do you want? Nokk!!” Iaros can't do anything with a face full of suffering. Instantly, they all entered the portal and suddenly disappeared. After a while, they suddenly appeared again, but with Iaros' condition falling apart with his already soaked body. 

Finally Iaros felt the consequences after he had brought his own wife to justice. Fortunately, after that, they were able to reconcile as usual.
