Part 27: New Abilities

Dias placed the golden glass containing the power-enhancing potion on the table of his room, after which he opened the door of his room.

“Where are you going?” Ask Thea.

“Street-walk a minute.” Reply Dias.

“Thea follow.” Then Thea immediately followed Dias.

Not long after, the two of them passed by the servant who had been escorting them.

“Mr and Madam, where are you going these nights?” Ask the waiter.

“I want to go to read a book. Is there a library around here?” Ask Dias.

“If it please you straight, then turn left. The next 10 meters you just turn right. Later you will see the library on the doorstep there is a book monument and globe,” explained the waiter.

“Alright, thank you,” Dias and Thea left the waiter and immediately walked towards the place that the waiter meant.

“Kakak, what book do you want to find?” Ask Thea.

“Hmm, I've heard that in the Elf Forest there is a place that has a very strong magic field. It is said that when we are there and meditate, we will get tremendous power,” explained Dias. 

He still remembered what Demitry had said while still inside the dungeon 3 years ago. He told her of a place filled with magic energy where it was a place to communicate with the Forest Goddess.

Not long after, they had arrived at a very large library. It is written open 24 hours and is allowed for anyone to enter and enjoy the book in it. 

“Indeed what does the story of the same Sister book you want to look for?”

“We look for information first. Perhaps we can find something valuable rather than idle in the room,” said Dias then went directly into the library. 

“Welcome, can I help you?” said the librarian in his pocket with an identification tag bearing Ghea's name.

“Ah, I am looking for a book that discusses the holy place to communicate with the Goddess of the Forest. Is there such a book around here?” Dias asked the officer who was wearing a blue uniform and thick glasses.

However, upon hearing Dias question, he was slightly surprised. “I'm sorry, there doesn't seem to be any such book around here,” said the Library Officer while controlling his expression. 

Looking like something was hidden, Dias decided to stay inside and look around at the books around the library.

“So sure you can find the book you mean?” Thea asked while looking left right looking at the books around.

“Well, instead of dumbstruck in the room, mending the streets here all clay-book, right?” Reply Dias, after that continue searching. It is impossible to find one rare book among millions of books neatly arranged on shelves arranged like a long labyrinth. 

Finally, they had reached the end of the library. There, they saw a book lying on the floor. 

Dias picked up the book. “Hmm, what book is this?” Say Dias while paying attention to the title of the book that cannot be read. The book was written using the language commonly used by the Dark Elves, or the tribe of inland elves who resided in the far-flung forest of the Rivendell Kingdom. Out of curiosity, he finally brought the book into the room. 

“It's almost 12.” said Dias after seeing the wall clock in his room.

Dias opened the book. “Ahh, I can't read it. Thea, can you read this?” Tawar Dias and Thea immediately brought her face closer to the book brought by Dias. While Dias took a cup containing potions of strength that had been given by the Queen to Dias.

“Hmm, His.. me wa.. fa me.. ben wo?” Said Thea who did not understand what she was saying.

“Hmm? how can you read this?”

“Engg, I'm not sure either."

Not long after, a glowing circle appeared around them. They were confused and suddenly disappeared from their place.

*Then…

“My wife? Are you sure you didn't give the wrong potion to the man?” said King Obeyron who checked the place of the royal secret treasure warehouse.

“Ah, yes!! Comeing! go to the boy's place immediately!” After which, he immediately rushed to the dugout occupied by Dias and Thea.

*Back to Thea and Dias.

“Thea? You okay?” Dias asked Thea who was also observing the place. They had been moved in the middle of a forest that was filled with trees and decorated by hundreds of flying fireflies. It was illuminated by the bright moonlight, and the moonlight was reflected above the river in front of Dias. 

“Wahh.. Is this the place that Brother meant?” Ask Thea who was amazed by the scenery around her. 

“Well, it seems so, the place that he said makes us able to communicate with the Goddess of the owner of this forest,” replied Dias while stepping around looking around, looking around, he finally reached an altar and stood on it.

“Hmm, keep on how to communicate with him?” Ask Thea.

“Come,” asks Dias spontaneously. After which, he immediately downed the liquid that was in the golden cup that he was carrying.

“Glek–” Dias instantly spent it all in one gulp. 

“Degg–” Suddenly his heart ached. His body trembled violently and his legs were already unable to support his body anymore. 

“Kakak!!” Thea rushed over to her sister and held onto the body of the convulsing man as if poisoned by Cobra poison. 

“Arghh!!” Dias roared in pain. Dias inadvertently activated his Clairvoyant magic and saw his HP indicator that kept dropping very quickly. 

“Buff: Shell!!, Buff: Protect!!!, Buff: HP Regen!, Heal!!” Thea quickly expended all her ability to save her dying sister. Appears a green light around the body of Dias. A glowing yellow circle also appeared around the altar.

Dias's gaze turned red, even to the point of bleeding. He continuously saw his HP indicator drop drastically, but at the same time his HP also rose because Thea who tried hard to exert all her Mana to save the only Brother she loved.

 Dias was unable to endure the pain anymore. His body fell limp and fainted instantly in that place as well. But Thea does not want to give up and continues to perform her healing skills, because she knows that her sister's life is in danger. A very bright green light shone through the entire area, causing some animals to approach the place out of curiosity.

“In-where am I?” Said Dias who seemed to have been transferred to his subconscious during his fainting spell. After which, he saw a beautiful white haired woman wearing a yellow crown with her extremely beautiful eyes that were dark purple in color.

“You, who?” Dias asked the girl who walked up to him.

“O Young man, this terrible circle of destiny about the fate of the earth is in your hands. Maybe your life journey will be very difficult in the future. For that reason, I came here to warn you something.” 

“What do you mean? You who? And why should you tell me?” Dias asked with a astonished expression.

“I am Clairvoyant. Goddess who can see all the information in this world.” 

“Ah, yes Yes. Then, why am I here?”

“Listen, soon, the Devil nation will rule this world. They will continue to crush all living things on this earth and annihilate all races except their own. However, we, the Goddesses believe, if you are able to save this earth from destruction,”. Then he approached Dias and placed his palm on Dias' forehead.

“Why this? Why can't I move?” Said Dias who was trying to rebel. Not long after, a bright purple light appeared from the woman's palm. 

“I'll bestow you with this power.”

“Arghh!” Shouted Dias who felt pain in his eyes. Her pupils, which were originally blue, turned purple, just like the beautiful eyes of the woman claiming to be the Goddess in front of her. 

After that, the Goddess lowered her hand and observed the eyes of Dias who seemed like the granting of power had already succeeded. 

“What did you do to my eyes?” Dias felt strange with his purple eyes where he could see the Goddess before his eyes was like a shadow.

“Already. Now go back to your world and carry out your destiny as a hero in this world. Remember, this world will be destroyed if you just shut up and ignore all the problems before you. If the world is destroyed, then you too will be destroyed. Don't let yourself be broken and be strong!” Said the Goddess, then Dias was immediately returned to his consciousness.

“Uhh.” Dias opened his eyes slowly. Returns the consciousness previously lost for drinking the potion given by the King. Right before his eyes, he saw Thea who was already waiting for Dias' consciousness to return. Not only that, the animals such as deer, squirrels and birds also observed the two of them.

“Kakak.. su-already aware?” said Thea who was sitting next to Dias with sweat wetting her body. His body trembled as if he had never eaten for 3 days. “Syu–syurlah.”

“Brukk.” Suddenly, Thea collapses because she runs out of mana.
