Allah SWT said, "And if you are junub, then take a bath." (QS. Al Maida: 6)

In another letter, Allah SWT also told Muslims to take compulsory baths or junub baths if in a junub state.

Allah says, "O you who believe, do not pray, you are drunk until you understand what you are saying (not going to the mosque) while you are in a state of junub, except just pass, until you shower. And if you are sick or are in a traveler or come from a place of urination or you have touched a woman, then you have no water, then bury you with good (holy) land; sweep your face and your hands. Verily, Allah is All-Pardoning, All-Forgiving." (QS. An-Nisa': 43)
