After Married

After Married
REALNESS

The pair of eyelids finally opened again after a few hours. The man spread his eyes across the room.

It looked foreign but it seemed to have been there.

He jumped in shock, when he remembered the existence of Light and his parents.

"Where are they?"

He looked around every corner of the room. But there was no sign that they were there.

His gaze was fixed on a large picture frame, which was nicely displayed on one of the walls in the room.

He got off the king-size bed, trying to approach the photo that disturbed his sense of sight.

His hand felt the picture frame, as his mind continued to wander somewhere. Like trying to remember something.

"Who is this beautiful woman? Why is the man in this photo exactly like me."

"Are they a couple?"

Dawn, aka Zein, approached a glass, beginning to feel every inch of it on his face.

"It's so similar."

He turned back to the photo. Look at every detail that is painted there.

Suddenly his head felt throbbing, painful. Just like when he tried to remember the memories he had lost. He felt himself losing some of the memory that had been stored there.

He also sat himself in a chair while holding his head that continues to throb because he forced himself to remember something.

Dawn alias Zein also felt his body ache here and there. I think he slept a long time. The last time he remembered that he was inviting Light to sit under a tree to wait for the arrival of his parents.

Suddenly in the middle of his daydream, the door of his room opened.

The gazes of the two men of different generations met for a while.

The old man's eyes looked puffy, as it held back the tears that almost spilled at that moment. Between happy and happy mixed there.

He also approached Dawn which was still fixated because it did not recognize the parents in front of him.

"I can finally see you back son," he said softly while holding back his tears.

He hugged Fajar while sobbing.

"Son Zein, I miss you so much. hu hu hu ..."

He was still in place, frozen. Silence with a thousand languages. There was a strange vibration slowly entering in his heart. His heart suddenly warmed up.

Fajar thinks maybe the parents in front of him think he is exactly the same as the person in the photo he just saw.

He also returned Mang Dede's embrace that night. After a long silence, finally he took off his embrace between the two.

The first speech that escaped the lips of Dawn made Mang Dede fixated for a while. His eyes were a little different this time. It wasn't the gaze Zein used to give her.

Mang Dede's guess is right on target, it turns out the accident really affects Zein's memory.

Perhaps the people he saw back then, while still with Zein, were the ones who took care of that master to date.

"Son Zein doesn't remember the father?"

Dawn nodded. It looked as if Mang Dede let out a long sigh then continued his question to Zein.

"Do you see the big picture that's attached there?:

He nodded, "Yes ..."

"That's Mr. Zein and his wife Lady Nisa."

"They are a couple, they are also blessed with a son who is very handsome and intelligent."

Dawn still listened carefully to the narration of Mang Dede.

"They lived a happy life, exactly like a portrait of a dream family, until one day Mr. Zein had to go abroad for a business trip."

Seeming Mang Dede sighed, the tightness in his chest increasingly made his lips twitch to say the next words.

Dawn awaits the words that come out of the parents in front of him.

Silence and silence for a while.

Until finally he continued his words earlier.

"Until the end of the day the news came, and made everything change."

"What news?"

"It's rumored that Mr. Zein was in a plane crash and no passengers survived."

The Heart of Dawn suddenly stopped beating because something suddenly attacked him.

Instantly the memory of the accident that hit him made him dizzy.
