AL-THAR

AL-THAR
#53. So I'm Still Alive?

Like a dream that happened a few seconds ago. His body seemed to be attracted at once thrown at the same time. Until finally he felt the shock had subsided, now all that was left was his breath that felt stung.

Mira did not even dare to open her eyes even though she felt the beating of hearts hunting each other. Because he knew, the detakan was not only his, but also the property of someone who was now holding him tightly.

"I ..."

He vaguely heard someone say his name, or maybe he was calling him?

But instead of even denying, Mira even felt her tears collapse instantly.

"I ..."

Her tears flowed, her originally slow sobbing immediately turned into a tasteful cry.

"Sshhh, dear," Athar rubbed Mira's head fondly. The approach is getting tighter. "... You're all right?! Hm? Al?"

Mira just nodded. His crying still roared for a while.

Athar rose from their position which is currently lying on the road, after that he managed to drag Mira from the accident, until both of them fell to the side of the road. Almost a second late, bad fate befell them. So with a strong blow so that Mira's body can be pulled towards him, until both of them fall over and Athar continues to hold Mira so as not to be separated.

No problem, Athar was relieved that he almost lost his wife.

Mira, who did not let go of her embrace of Athar, is still unable to lift her eyes. He's too shocked. Let him be comfortable with his position.

"A moment" Athar whispered as he released Mira's hand slowly from her body.

Mira immediately covered her face with both hands, while Athar slightly lowered her body to put one of her hands behind Mira's knees.

He carried Mira, who immediately returned to his arms, to his car.

...🌸🌸...

Mira opened her eyes slowly. After a while his gaze got used to the surroundings, he realized something.

the chamber?

so I'm still alive.

"Abang .." call her slowly. He turned his head right and left, then scanned all corners of the room as far as his eyes could see. But there's no Athar anywhere. "I was dreaming? oh my God, what a bad dream I have. In fact the truck is very big," at once he goosebumps and curls his body to hug the bolster.

"The dream feels real .." he continued muttering to himself. "What dream is real? If I dream my body feels like it's falling out,"

The door of the room that suddenly opened made Mira reflexively turn her head. She found her husband who looked at her with great concern.

"You're all right, right?!" Athar went straight to her and sat on the edge of the bed by her side.

Soon Mira got up and hugged Athar firmly. She drowned her face into her husband's chest, and she breathed a sigh of relief. "Abang, I'm running out of reality-like nightmares. I was so scared" he said directly.

There is no law from Athar. Only a gentle swipe now stroked his head to his back.

After Mira neutralizes her heartbeat along with her feeling of relief, she now looks up to look at the handsome face of the husband who did not reply even though it had passed a few minutes.

"Sorry, Al. But you're not a dream. You fainted while you were still in the car." Athar said a plan full of regrets.

While Mira blinked for a moment and began to remember the series of events he remembered. "real?"

Athar nodded.

After feeling that the memory had returned and realized that everything was real, Mira sighed softly. "I'm still alive, aren't I?"

Athar rubbed Mira's lower lip for disgust. "Don't say that. Anyway, why do you have to cross anyway?"

"Can't step up Brother. Who knows if you have kayak transactions on those soap operas,"

Athar. "What transaction?"

"Yes what is it. Jamu. The haram period? You're not a criminal."

Now Athar bit the tip of Mira's nose in a fit of anxiety. "Abang tuh really like to bite me," muttered Mira while rubbing her nose. In his mind who had been traveling to their hot nights, indeed the track record in his brain states that Athar will always bite him in an anxious time. But it was not a real bite, but an anxious expression that her husband wanted to eat.

"Some of you like to be far away, he thought. And the most important thing about it is, do you look left right if you want to cross? In your elementary school class you haven't been taught?"

"Abang likes pedes that, by the way, exactly Ghani. Yes I–"

I looked to the left right, didn't I?

"... forget." Mira grinned wide. But not long because then he grimaced feeling his body ache.

"Where is sick?" Athar seems worried because of Mira's ringing.

"All body. It felt like abis fell from a ravine. The abyss of kematimpp–" Mira's mouth was silenced by Athar's large palm.

"So sayings! Not to be careless," Athar's speech made Mira nod in understanding. Then Athar let go of his hand. "We're going to the doctor?" gently persuade.

"No need to ah. Doesn't my brother have his body ache? We're rolling like an Indian movie."

Athar. "I'm calling doctor Rama here again?"

"Why?"

"I want to get a massage."

"Salon? A spa?"

Mira smiled widely. "I have a female masseuse in Jakarta."

"I'll have people bring it here later,"

"Ehhhh don't!"

"Why again?"

"I want to go there."

"When?"

"Tomorrow? I'm still off college."

Athar seemed to think for a moment. "I'll try to take you tomorrow,"

"I'm not the same bodyguard, Bang."

"Cannot. Must be with me," Athar broke up decisively.

...🌿🌿...

"Have your decisions changed?"

"Never."

"Ri ..."

"Help Mama just this once understand what I want. Because if not, then I'd rather stay with Papa."

"He's not your Papa,"

"Although biologically, yes. But I still think of him as my father. Vice versa.

"And you have the heart to leave me alone?"

"Wouldn't you live alone for a few weeks without me?"

"Ril!"

"Ma," interrupted Ryo before the mother let out her stubbornness. "I still have no intention of marrying anyone, including Pramita. If one day I'm going to get married, then I'm only going to marry one."

"She's already someone else's wife, Ryo! Be aware!"

"I'm sober, Ma. I am fully aware of who my heart is always looking at. Just him, Ma. He's all I want."

"Don't be stupid! There are many women in this world. One country with us, or even in another. Why do you have to be my stupid son, Ry?"

Ryo unmoving.

"Don't be crazy because of him! Kamu–" Lady Ayumi was frustrated because the face of the son looked cold and heartless. He had already noticed within a few months, that his only son had changed.

"Don't cry" said Ryo flat when glimpsed by the mother shed tears.

"I don't know my own son."

"I've changed."

"Yes! You have indeed turned heartless. You don't even think of me as your mother anymore."

"It's time for Mama to think about herself. Don't involve me, don't interfere with my business. I just want to find my happiness." Ryo got up from the chair.

"So you came home just to leave me?"

"I'm here, Ma. I'm here regardless of whether or not Mama agrees with my life now. And one more thing, don't disturb Pram's life. Let her be happy with her partner–"

"Then you better not interfere in Almira's life! Let her be happy with her partner, Ry."

"If it's .. I can't."

"Ry .. please listen to me as your Mama. I would never like any form of third person in a household. That hurts, Ry. Please don't ruin their happiness."

"Then you can all ruin my happiness, can you?"

"No, Ry .. not so ...."

Ryo, who had turned his back to his mother, turned slowly and looked at his mother again. "I'm just looking for justice, Ma. I just want to be selfish in my life. Enough of this I gave up. But this time .. I don't want to lose again. I'll get what I want. Even if I still don't manage to have it, then I'll make sure that no one else can have it."
