Ash-boss

Ash-boss
A different path.

The Laras step stopped right on the side of a high and steep cliff. Some streets full of pebbles made the steps of Laras unbalanced to get away from the large tall figure behind the dark fog that just kept approaching to his standing. One wrong step, Laras slipped and fell to the bottom of the cliff.

"Yahoo!!" Laras was aghast from his bed. The girl immediately set her breath, set her vision in the dark, and convinced herself that what had just happened was just a nightmare. "The same dream again." murmured Laras turned his body facing out the window.

How shocked Laras, the shadow of the figure he dreamed of seemed to float behind the window of the room. Barrel pulled the blanket. Covering all his face and wishing that what was outside his window was now just a meaningless shadow.

"Are you scared?" the raucous voice softened in Laras' ear.

"Did you not recognize my figure anymore?" and again. The raucous sound was ringing in the ears of Laras.

Another voice followed. It was the sound of her bedroom window opening slowly. The barrel set its breath again. Removing the sweat that poured out on his forehead then opened the blanket that covered part of his face with a little annoyance.

Laras glanced towards the slightly open window of the room and saw another figure Eren standing on his back against the incoming moonlight. Another figure of Eren who robed ragged ashes camping was fluttered by the wind and brought stifling air for a night that felt a little cold on that day.

Baras rose from his sleep. He chose to sit beside his bed and then looked towards another figure Eren who was robed in ragged ashes camping with a state that was already rather calm.

"You came at an inopportune time" Laras replied. "I just had a bad dream with the red-eyed figure we met the other day." he added. "Because of that.... "

Baras did not continue his words. He chose to pay close attention to another figure Eren cloaked in ragged ashes was showing again wounds on his body. Some of the same injuries and an additional one or two new wounds.

"What's happened?" The barrel immediately approached and saw again the details of the new wound on the body part of another figure Eren robed in ragged ashes. There was one additional wound on his right hand. And the wound was more like a paper burn incision that did not spread but continued to show a small flame but hurt.

Laras was about to hold the wound but was pushed aside by another figure Eren who was robed in ragged ashes camping. He kept his hand out of the range of the barrel. Giving a knotty smile then the figure returned to being relaxed as usual.

"I just want to see you for a moment" replied the raucous voice.

"Is anyone sick?"

"No!" the answer. "I just don't want you to see anything inappropriate!"

"The injury...." Laras hung his sentence. Again, he looked at another figure Eren then shook his head slowly. "Is there anything I can help you with?"

Eren's other figure instantly pulled the tiny body of Laras and carried the body of the girl in his arms.

"How long do you need? I waited.." The raucous voice that came out brought Laras to memory where the wings of Eren's past figure vanished swept away by the valley of tribulation. The flying wings then burned to ashes in a golden red flame which then disappeared into the darkness of the tribulation valley.

The barrel steadied his gaze, and the other figure of Eren cloaked in ragged ashes slowly disappeared along with the sunlight that was beginning to show itself from the east. The blinding sunlight made Laras instantly bow his gaze. He closed his eyes with the help of his right hand.

Before completely disappearing from sight, another Eren figure had a very good smile. A smile full of sincerity and a smile that makes Laras rethink about himself and his relationship with Eren who will somehow walk how long.

Laras fell silent after adjusting his gaze after the disappearance of another Eren figure from before him. He let the breeze blow his face from behind the open window.

Sraaac!!

The black-coated old book page was open. Open with a blur of radiating light was as dazzling as the sunlight just a moment ago.

The sound of shouting rang out from within the open black-covered pages of the old book. That scream was so heartbreaking. Make the Barrel wipe away tears just for hearing it. The barrel briefly covered the two ears with his hand. Calm down then slowly approached the black-covered old book.

Laras' heart beats just as fast as it did when he was with Eren. The only difference, with Eren, is that the irregular heartbeat that Laras feels is due to pleasure and happiness. What he felt now was a heartbeat of fear. The fear, emotional stress, and bad air that burst from the black-coated pages of the old book made Laras fret when he saw the contents of the page.

"The death of one brings to life the other. Another sacrifice, save one. That's the journey of the wheel of destiny without the red thread."

The writing is golden black. Framed silver-colored brambles. Baras rubbed every article that appeared and then closed the page of the book after feeling calmer.

Laras had just arrived at the end of the derived road where he used to do his stupid habits. The stupid habit that made him meet with Eren for the first time. This time, Laras intends to repeat it again. He prepared by stretching out his hands and then took a deep breath.

"You can only be a fool if I'm already there with my car!" knock someone behind Laras. His face was sour as Laras turned his head to look at the owner of the voice.

"Paa.morning.." said Laras who tried to remove the grip of Eren's hand on the collar behind his shirt.

"Will you continue?" Eren stared in an unusual way. There are statements that need confidence from the answers that Baras will give him.

"No! I won't continue!!" Laras immediately released the grip of Eren's hand that had been slightly loosened after hearing Laras' first reply.

"Then?" Eren asked again. This time his eyes were normal.

"You're pedaling it normally." Laras. His feeling was not good when Eren decided to hold the handlebar of his bike. "Where's your car?" Barrel clingukan. He was trying to distract her from the actions Eren was about to take.

"Hand!" Eren had already pulled out one hand of Baras and wrapped the tiny hand around his waist. Laras surprised. He had almost toppled back but Eren's grip was very strong and held the tiny body of Laras so as not to fall with the thing he did.

One right hand still holds the handlebar on the steep descent road. And the other one still tightly held the hand of the girl he was shaking.

"Withy cornering!" laras shouted at the end of the street where Eren suddenly turned to him.

Eren smiled and turned his gaze back to focus on pedaling the bike on its path.

"You are immortal in death, but don't take me quickly with you!!"

"That's your choice!" answer Eren. "Death is indeed stalking you." the voice was let out in a slight whisper. Making the Baras should be a little focused to be able to listen to it.

"What did you say?" Laras assured his intention of leaning half his body towards the front.

"Forget it!" Eren turned a few meters from the main gate of the school. Towards the usual street Laras passed to get behind the school parking bush.

"Why go through these streets?"

"Because I was curious about the path you took to surprise me when you first met."

Laras nodded in understanding.

"Stop at the end there!" Laras pointed to a tree that became a place to park the bike behind the school parking yard.

"here?!" Eren stopped his bike a little further than Laras had pointed out.

On the bike he was riding, Eren stared at the unusual behind a memorial tree in front of him. His gaze was completely incomprehensible to Laras. Laras had to snap his finger in front of Eren's eyes.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing!" her constant reply did not let go of his gaze on the tree of remembrance before him. " Let's go to class."

Eren leads Laras to lead him through the usual street Laras passed to reach the school parking lot.

One step Laras the other Eren stopped his step. Noticing how Laras disappeared from before him and the opening of the door of the dark world that connected the place to the gray valley.

That flash of light Eren knew very well.

"So since then, huh?" Eren smiled mysteriously.
