AZZAMS
Brevet Terla

I don't feel like flying training for four months is over. The cadets who participated in this training had lined up in the field to attend the closing ceremony of kite flying exercises, as well as pairing the brevet terla on the cadets. Young Marshal Rashid gave his speech at this closing ceremony.

Dressed in an orange uniform, the cadets listened to what the academy's governor had to say. After giving his speech, now is the time for cadets to get a brevet terla. This brevet is awarded to every cadet who has completed training at an air force academy. There are three brevets that will be displayed in the cadets' uniforms.

The first brevet they got, which is after doing basic training. And now they're gonna get a second brevet after doing kite flying practice. Young Marshal Rashid along with the academy's top brass and coaches began to come to the cadets to pair the brevets on their left chests.

Marsma Rashid approaching Azzam. Abhimanyu Wisdom's grandson paid his respects to the governor. Marsma Rasyid then attached the brevet to Azzam's left chest. After getting the brevet, Azzam again saluted him. Afterwards, the man went to Zacharias. He put the brevet into the young man's left chest.

Now Marsma Rasyid is standing in front of Seno. For a long time he looked at the young man in front of him. Then he put a brevet on Seno's left chest. Haru's taste whacked Seno's feelings, only one he remembered when the governor put a brevet to his chest, namely Eko. The young man then saluted Marsma Rasyid.

Before heading to the other cadets, Marsma Rasyid took out a brevet and gave it to Seno. The young man looked silently at the brevet in his hand, not knowing what the giver meant.

“Give this brevet to parents Eko,” Marsma Rasyid said.

“Ready, commander!”

Seno gave his respect back. Marsma Rashid patted Seno's shoulder gently, then towards the other cadets. Seno is very happy, it turns out that the academy governor also prepared a brevet for his friend who is gone. Not only the young man, but Azzam and Zacharias who listened, were also happy.

After undergoing flying training and completing studies in the fourth semester, Azzam, Zakaria and Seno intend to visit the house of the late Eko. They want to give a brevet to both parents of their friends. Yakob and Willi are also planning to come. They will gather together, reminiscing about their togetherness some time ago when Eko was still with them.

After Willi reached the Giwangan terminal, the five men immediately boarded a trans Yogya to arrive at the area where Eko lived. Not to forget they brought the fruits of their hands to both parents and younger brother Eko. They were already impatient to meet with Darmo, Puji and Gendis, especially Seno. Surely the two people were happy when they found out that Eko also got a flying brevet from the academy governor.

Before heading to Eko's house, they first came to Eko's tomb. Their luggage was carried near Eko's tomb. Azzam and Seno cleaned Eko's tomb from the leaves that fell on it. Zachariah, James and Willi sprinkled flowers and water over the tomb.

“Ko. We have completed fly training. As per your mandate, I shouted your name while in the air. Not just me, but Azzam and Zakaria did too. I feel you are with us when you do that,” Seno said.

“Ko.. You also managed to get a flyover brevet. We will give the brevet to both your parents to be paired to your uniform,” Azzam continued.

“I know you're happy in your new world. But we will try to add to your happiness by completing each exercise,” continued Zakaria.

“Every time is free, we will definitely take the time to see you, and also your family,” Yakob added.

“We will never forget you. You are the best friend we have. Nice to know you, Ko,” Willi concluded.

After offering prayers, they told little about the experience in the academy to his best friend who had left them first. Sometimes there is a fifth laugh when Yakob tells a funny experience. Willi also did not lose the spirit of telling his experience.

Half an hour later they were in Eko's tomb. After feeling enough, they also moved from their respective places. Now they will visit Eko's house. Yakob took the package containing the fruits he bought earlier. Willi bought souvenirs typical of Surabaya. Zakaria bought a cocoa shirt for Darmo, and a mukena for Puji.

Seno also did not want to miss. He's already bought me a new mukena and a new bag for Gendis. The young man hoped that Gendis would accept the gift given by him. Azzam had prepared a special gift for Gendis and Eko's parents.

“Waalaikumsalam.”

Darmo and Puji were surprised by the arrival of Azzam, Seno, Zakaria, Yakob and Willi. The two immediately invited them in. Gendis who was in the room also went out immediately when she heard there were guests visiting.

“How are you sir, ma'am?” azzam asked, kissing the backs of Eko's parents' hands.

“Alhamdulillah, fine. You guys how?”

“Alhamdulillah, well too,” replied Zakaria representing another.

“It's a by-for mom.”

Yakob gave the package in his hand. Behind Willi followed, giving a package containing souvenirs typical of Surabaya. Then Zakaria gave a paper bag containing cocoa and mukena clothes. Then Seno approached Gendis, he bought a school bag and also mukena for the girl.

For a moment Gendis just fell silent, leaving Seno's hand hanging with a paper bag in his hand. Praise to nudge his son's hand, then Gendis received the gift of Seno.

“Thank you,” said Gendis quietly without looking at Seno.

Actually Seno felt sad Gendis treated him like a stranger. But he was trying to understand why the girl was acting that way. Maybe Gendis is still angry with him, which is why his brother died. This time it was Azzam's turn to approach Gendis, he gave the paper bag in his hand.

“This is for you.”

Gendis' eyes widened to see Azzam's giving for her. The young man bought him a new phone. Gendis did not expect that Azzam would give her the very things she wanted. Almost all of his friends already have a smart phone, except for him.

“This is for father and mother.”

Azzam again handed the paper bag in his hand. Darmo was surprised to learn that Azzam had bought him a watch. He was sure that the price of this watch was quite expensive. Similarly, Puji who was surprised and touched when Azzam bought him a necklace weighing 10 grams and pendant.

“Eko once said he wanted to buy a father, a watch, a necklace for his mother and a phone for Gendis after graduating from school. I just want to grant Eko's wish. There's no meaning whatsoever. May my father and mother be happy. Consider it a gift from Eko.”

“Yes Allah, Azzam.”

Praise can't hold back its novelty anymore. He hugged Azzam. Tears flowed from both eyes. Darmo felt the same way. They may have lost Eko, but instead, God gave them five children.

“There is one more, ma'am,” Seno said.

The young man took out a brevet from his pants pocket, then gave it to Puji.
