Betrayed My Husband

Betrayed My Husband
Officially Divorced

Today is the third trial of my divorce case and that of Mas Adam. Unexpectedly, a month had passed. Although always given a summons from the court, Mas Adam never attended once.

After some terror that I received, while I lived in Ayu's house and equipped with cctv and some officers who guard around the house. While we were traveling, two soldiers were always watching us at close range in casual clothing.

So, those who see will not think that Ayu and I are being guarded.

This time I went to court alone, because Ayu had some business to do. After delivering Ayu, I immediately headed to the religious courthouse.

"Is Adam's brother not present?" ask the prosecutor on duty.

"No, I as the appointed Lawyer will represent the client" Lawyer Mas Adam said as he stood up.

"Well, since the couple did not come to an agreement for a referral during mediation, then divorce would probably be the last resort. The level of custody of our children passes considering that the couple Brother Adam and Sister Aqila have no children. We will only discuss the issue of gono gini treasure." said Mr. Prosecutor.

"Izin, Mr. Honorable Prosecutor." Lawyer Mas Adam stood up and glanced at my lawyer cynically.

"Izin accepted!" answer the Attorney General.

"I would like to request that all assets and property held by both parties be split in two. If it's a house, the car can be sold and the money in the split of two or according to the next agreement," said Lawyer Mas Adam.

'Chih. For two? What Mas Adam had all this time, was almost entirely mine before marrying him. It's good he said for two!" my mind said while letting off a mocking laugh at him.

It seems, the lawyer is new to work in his field and does not know anything about the clients he helps. Or Mas Adam manipulated everything on that young Lawyer.

"Sorry, permission to defend, Mr. Prosecutor" said my lawyer after standing up and wagging his coat of pride.

"Izin accepted!" answer the Attorney General.

"What has the defendant given to the plaintiff during the marriage? There is hardly any. The house occupied is the relic of the late plaintiff's parents. The car the plaintiff used was the result of his own efforts. Some of the assets and shares held by the plaintiff, purely belong to the plaintiff himself without the interference of the defendant. In fact, the car and other facilities as well as the work of the defendant are the result of help from the plaintiff. So, which gini treasure does the defendant want to split in two? Shouldn't it be, the defendant who has to give a fine to the plaintiff because this divorce occurred because of the defendant's mistake." explained My lawyer at length.

The lawyer sent by Ayu to replace her today turned out to be just as smart and quick-witted as Ayu. I thought he would just shut up and accept. Because of the look on his face, he was not too focused on listening to everything during the trial.

I turned my eyeballs to Lawyer Mas Adam. It seemed that his expression changed which had been very excited to become pale and misbehaved.

Adam must have fooled the young lawyer. I'm sure, right now he's cursing Mas Adam in his heart.

"And again, Mr. Attorney. This client of mine could have jailed the defendant and his new wife for adultery or infidelity. Is there no law at this time? They can be in prison for approximately 9 months and fined hundreds of millions. Moreover, they have married siri without the knowledge and permission of the plaintiff or my client as his first legitimate wife in law and religion!" once again my lawyer named Arya said very loudly.

It's finished. Lawyer Mas Adam was sitting limp, unable to speak. I'm glad Arya finally said that. That was the crucial point in the trial this time around.

"So how, Lady Aqila? Are you going to extend this matter into the realm of law? You have the right and authority to do so without coercion and encouragement from any party." The prosecutor asked me.

After the answer I gave, the Attorney General and the other Prosecutors were seen whispering one and the other. Sometimes they see the paper in front of them.

Perhaps, they were negotiating the results and decision of the trial this time. My heart is getting restless. My heart is not broken.

After discussing for about 10 minutes, the Prosecutors were already sitting formally in their seats while looking at us straight ahead.

"alright. After deliberating together, then the result of the trial decision this time was, all the innate treasures of Madam Aqila completely belonged to Madam Aqila. And the treasure that Lord Adam currently has, will be split in two to Lady Aqila. Because, it's a treasure earned after the wedding."

"And since Lady Aqila did not wish to extend the matter into the realm of law again, Mr. Adam was obliged to compensate two hundred and fifty million rupiahs. And so, with all the results of today's trial, Mr. Adam and Mrs Aqila we declare officially divorced!" said the Attorney General in a loud and loud voice and full of emphasis in the final sentence.

Geck... Geck... Geck...

Accompanied by three times the sound of a hammer being knocked on the table in front of the Attorney General was standing.

I immediately shed tears. I happy. Although a little wound there must be left. After all, I once had a loving household with Mas Adam.

With a happy smile, I shook Arya's hand tightly and nodded in satisfaction.

He also seemed very happy and proud. Of course, it was an immeasurable sense of pride when a lawyer won a case in the way of truth.

"Thank you, Mr. Arya." I said sincerely.

"Together, Miss Aqila" he replied kindly.

After the trial was over and getting the divorce papers, I immediately left the building.

I feel free, free, and satisfied. I hope the pain of betrayal is never felt again after I leave the tall building.

"Dam. I'll repay you, Aqila!" fill in a message from an anonymous number on my phone.

"Well, what can you do right now, Mom? I'm happy to have gotten away from a bastard like you!" I said as I carried my four-wheeled vehicle leaving a sacred place that I did not want to go again for the rest of my life.

When I got to a hotel, I ordered drinks and appetizers at the Hotel Restaurant. Not to forget, I photographed the divorce papers and uploaded them on my social media.

"Thank you, God. Because it has released me from the shackles of the kere man and a traitor like DIA!"

Not to forget I pinned the caption on top of the photo and immediately pressed the send button.
