(POV Ayu)
Aqila was still silent after five minutes The young doctor asked her. It seemed that Aqila tried hard to remember or perhaps her tongue that had been unable to reveal how the beginning of her household cracked with that bastard.
I stared anxiously from the sofa chair I had been sitting on since. While Aqila was already leaning on a special chair for counseling and psychiatric therapy that was right in front of Doctor Joseph sat down.
Yes, Doctor Yusuf is the Doctor who will help Aqila out of her trauma and depression. I hope Doctor Yusuf can convince and make Aqila feel comfortable during this counseling period. The young doctor of Arab descent was patiently waiting for a story that had not yet come out of Aqila's mouth.
"How about, Aqila ma'am? If you feel uncomfortable and are not ready to tell everything, no problem. Just relax. We are here without coercion and suppression. So, you can talk as comfortable and as relaxed as you are." said Dr. Yusuf and set his sitting distance and slightly away from the Aqila therapy chair.
"But-but... I'm confused, where do I start this story. Everything is so painful. I felt as if everything had just happened yesterday afternoon," replied Aqila who suddenly opened her voice, after almost 10 minutes of silence.
"Tell me everything. We're friends and friends have to share our joys and sorrows, right?" Doctor Yusuf again persuaded Aqila with the approach commonly used by psychiatrists or psychologists in persuading his patients to want to tell about problems that made him depressed or traumatized.
Finally, slowly but surely Aqila began to tell Doctor Joseph. With a level of difficulty that I was difficult to understand, it appeared that Doctor Yusuf was listening to Aqila's story while noting the important points that Aqila said. Then occasionally nod and chimed in Aqila's story so that Aqila felt heard and supported in her story.
I just kept quiet and focused on watching the interaction between the two. It seemed that Aqila was more comfortable and enjoying talking to Doctor Joseph. I can see that clearly. Of course because I was Aqila's best friend long ago. I know how my best friend behaves with others. Especially to someone he just knew.
Usually Aqila wouldn't be as familiar as that. Their meeting age has not passed 2 hours. I think Doctor Yusuf can master the emotions in Aqila in order to be comfortable when telling her.
"Enough! Maybe today the story got there, Qil. Uh, is it okay to call me a name? Although I'm actually 2 years younger than you. This is so that we can be more familiar and you can be more comfortable telling me," Doctor Yusuf said to Aqila as he stood up and placed his notes on his desk.
"Yes. It doesn't matter, and I'd rather be like this. I don't like being called Mom actually. It looks old and I'm not a mother yet, I don't have a child!" aqila replied quickly.
I began to stand up and approached Doctor Joseph. I have known Doctor Joseph for a long time. I accompanied some of my clients to consult with Dr. Joseph. That's why I know that Doctor Yusuf's performance is very good and satisfying as far as I know.
"So when can we come back, Doc?" ask Dr. Joseph.
"3 more days. Let Aqila relax her mind for a moment. In order not to focus too much on the things that make him depressed." Doctor Joseph replied to me.
"alright. I hope Aqila can recover faster than we predicted."
"Sstt... You think I'm sick?" Aqila rebuked me while whispering.
I'm being bad for Doctor Joseph. And had to throw a stiff smile. "You're not sick, just a little error. Satisfied?" I replied while rolling my eyeballs lazily.
'Strangely enough, the Aqila. Shame on Doctor Yusuf whispered gini. Ntar suspect him we again gotipin him again.' I said in my heart.
"Then, you can redeem this recipe at the pharmacy later, yes. And make sure you drink it regularly and in accordance with the dose given." said Dr. Joseph while thrusting a piece of paper on Aqila.
"Okay Doc." she replied briefly.
"Call me Yusuf. Are we not now friends? Don't call Doctor dong. I call you by name, Aqila." replied Dr. Joseph, raising his eyebrows.
"Oh, that. Okay, Doc. Uh, Suf." Aqila replied clumsily.
"We'll excuse you, Doc. Thank you for the time today," I said goodbye and stood up, preparing to push Aqila's wheelchair.
"Name calling without titles, applies to you too, Ayu. Have we known him long enough? Although not familiar because only meetings with clients. But there's no harm, right from now on we're friends?"
"OKAY. Doesn't matter. I like having lots of friends. Especially from different professions. So, whatever the problem in my life will always be there to help me relieve it." I replied bluntly to Joseph.
Doctor Joseph laughed. Indeed, since meeting a few times before, it is only today that Joseph can express his feelings freely. At first I thought Doctor Joseph was a quiet, stiff man. It turns out that he is very humorous and good at getting close personally to his patients. I think we can be good friends plus Roman would be better for sure.
Next visit I will take Roman to accompany us. Today Roman wants to come, too, but suddenly there was a call from the headquarters asking him to deliver some important documents that will be used as evidence in the trial in the case of abuse of minors that I was handling yesterday.
I brought Aqila back home. This first meeting only lasted for 3 hours. Which should take less than 5 hours. It was because Aqila who unexpectedly started to daze in telling stories. Maybe it was too soon to take him to a psychiatrist or psychologist.
Maybe because of that Dr. Joseph ended the heart-wrenching session of Aqila. So that his mind is not too focused on past events. I believe that whatever Doctor Joseph does will surely bring good to Aqila.
"Beb, I'm going straight home. Roman told me, he said to be sent to the state court. The other legal authority is not present. So I have to get there" I told Aqila as we sat in her living room.
"Cieee, that's getting sticky. Beware of the chaos of love location." he replied by mengroel my waist and laugh happily.
"As much as you want to say what, as long as you laugh it keeps me mah not a problem to say how too."
"So sweet really airs me this one. How come you have to be a girl, Beb?"
"If I were a man, I wouldn't want to be with you!"
"Ih, what is it? I'm less what to try? Beautiful, smart, rich, have business. Loss dong if you don't want to be with me," he replied while sneering at me.
"Yes, but if I'm a man, you must be a man. We are destined to be the best friend forever!" I also sneered not to lose.
Kayla, who just happened to come, joined us and sat in the room. And laughs at our babble that may have been heard by him since the outside earlier.
"Just home, Dek?" ask Aqila to Kayla.
"Yes, Brother. Last morning the goods came in and immediately invaded the same subscription. Employees to late lunch so late ramenya. So I thought, today is closed afternoon. Let them rest early tonight. You see, the goods that want to be dismantled are still many tomorrow morning." explained Kayla at length.
"Yes, Deck. It's good as well." Aqila replied unraveling a smile.
Finally I left and handed Aqila to Kayla to help her into her room. Roman must have nagged me because I haven't arrived yet.
Of course she would nag me, because when she sent me the message earlier, I immediately told her. In fact, I sat down and joked first with Aqila. That is true if you are with a friend who is clop with us. You can forget the time to tell stories and share laughter.
I drove the car at high speed. Fortunately, this afternoon the streets are not too crowded creeping, because the clock back home from work is still one hour away. I immediately headed to the state court because Roman had been calling me incessantly since I left Aqila's house.
