I'm still hiding in the apartment Mami Meri lived in before. I don't know how many cigarettes and drinks I've spent all night. After deliberately hitting Aqila in the underground parking lot yesterday, I was confused where to go.

There's no way I'm going back to the contract where Astri was. They could have reported to the police and found me there easily.

After walking around for the night, I decided to go to this apartment. With my sharp memory, I managed to recall the password of the automatic door and immediately went in to hide.

It was fortunate that I told Astri that I would be out of town for two days before committing the crime.

"Aqilais... You made my life fall apart and suffer. I won't let you live. I'll definitely kill you!" I muttered with rage.

I threw the liquor bottle against the wall and it instantly turned into tiny fragments that could invite death.

"Wherever you hide from me, I will find you!" I said again and picked up the phone lying lifeless on the floor.

The phone's been dead since night. I deliberately didn't charge it because I didn't want to be bothered by anyone. But this afternoon, I was thinking about Astri's state. How is my young wife now? Have people come looking for me at home?

I connected the phone to the cable that was plugged into the electric hole. Looks like, Mami forgot to bring her cell phone carger. And luckily, that carger can be used for my phone type as well.

While charging, I ate whatever was left in Mami's freezer. There was some bread and fruit in it. There are also some Korean noodle packs and meat sticks that stay heated only in the microwave.

A hungry stomach makes me eat anything I can eat. At least my stomach got stuck too even though I didn't eat rice.

After waiting for about an hour, I unplugged the phone from its charger plug. I activated the phone casually. There are a lot of messages coming from Astri. Also a pending incoming call because this phone is off.

Not to mention the messages from countless green apps from just about anyone. Just a chat from Astri that I opened and read.

Of the many messages, only one made me surprised and immediately called his number. But can't connect.

I rushed to wash myself so that the smell of cigarettes and alcohol was gone from my body. Some of Leon's clothes left in this apartment became my clothes when I finished cleaning. I need to get to the hospital right now.

"Honey, wait for Papi. Papi will come." I said as I turned the steering wheel and stepped on the gas pedal deeply. I drove my four-wheeler to Melati Hospital.

"Mas, I'm going to give birth. I'm at Melati Hospital. When you read this message, try to catch up with me."

That's the message Astri sent me at 8 this morning. It's 11 noon now. I don't know if Astri has given birth or not. Whether she gave birth normally or had surgery.

"Sus... Did a patient come in this morning and give birth?" I asked a nurse who was guarding the registration desk.

"Many, Sir. Can you tell me his name?" answer and ask the nurse at the same time.

"Astri. 20 Years old."

Then the nurse was busy typing on her computer keyboard. I waited impatiently. Looking to the left and right.

"Sir, the patient named Astri's mother is in the operating room because she has to undergo a surgical procedure." The nurse said as she surprised me.

"Good, Sus. Can I enter the operating room?"

"Sorry before, are you ready for the patient?"

"Himma!" my answer was short and loud.

"Good, Sir. You can enter after wearing the whole body protective equipment complete. My colleague will accompany you." he replied with a friendly smile.

Then a male nurse came up to me with a set of body armor. Starting from clothes that are like raincoats. Gloves, foot wraps, masks, head coverings and face fields. I don't know what kind of alien I am right now.

We walked towards the operating room Astri was in. As I passed through one room before the operating room, I saw Mami Meri standing on the side of the patient bed calling and facing the door.

I stopped right in front of the door that was given half a glass. So, Mami and I can both see each other right now.

For a moment I was nervous and scared. But, when I remembered that I was currently using all of these attributes of medical protection, I became relieved and calm. I relaxed and enjoyed myself again because I knew Mami couldn't recognize me right now. Even my eyes were covered by this plastic glass mask.

'Haha... There is also a point to these annoying plastic items. I am safe from the deathly gaze of that sexy old woman.' I whispered in my heart and smiled cynically.

"Sir, please come in. The surgery was just about to start because the patient had fallen asleep after being drugged." the nurse said, letting me in.

I nodded and opened the operating room. In the bed that had been equipped with lights and operating tools it seemed Astri was lying down and closed his eyes.

I immediately approached him and clasped his hand tightly.

Time passes very quickly. The operation went well and a baby boy was already present to this world. The baby is being cleaned and given early immunization. Weighing and measuring his body. I accompanied Astri with haru. Slowly Astri's eyes began to open. Maybe the anesthetic effect is over.

Astri has seen our tiny baby who was born not quite a month. Astri is thought to be stressed and trigger early contractions. So the doctor finally had to decide on the path of surgery so that the baby in the womb survived.

Although only born weighing 2.5 kg only, the baby boy looks active and agile. He also does not need to be treated in an incubator tube. Thank God, at least it does not add to the burden of costs that I have to spend.

For personal handling, of course, the cost of incubators is very expensive per day. I don't have much money in my savings.

Now our baby and Astri can be moved to the hospital room. I accompanied Astri from the side because the doctors and nurses who pushed her bed, also brought the little baby. While passing through the room where I saw Mami Meri earlier, I saw Aqila leaning on the bed and smiling at a young girl beside her.

"Aqila, just wait until I get a chance to kill you in this hospital!" I muttered as I continued to step forward to accompany Astri's push bed.
