CHAPTER 80 ~ Angel ~

"This is metastasis from his previous cancer" explained the doctor in front of Dino.

"What does that mean" Lily asked with tears melting on her cheeks.

"The spread of cancer cells from one organ or body tissue to other organs or tissues. It can occur in the area of cancer originating or far from the initial place of the appearance of cancer" explained Dr. Dino.

"What's breast cancer again?" ask Lily.

Doctor Dino shook his head.

"Womb cancer" said Doctor Dino briefly but made Lily flabbergasted.

"Why is it like that, what's the connection? why did it move that far?" ask Lily while crying.

Doctor Dino hugged the body of his wife who was still wearing the patient's clothes. Lily is currently being treated after a series of examinations.

"The cancer cells can spread through the blood or lymph nodes" said Dr. Dino.

"Who are you here with?" ask Celina.

"Lala likes coloring?" ask Celina again.

Nazolla nodded, Celina took the girl in search of some coloring books.

"It's a family coloring book, there's a picture of a father, a mother and her daughter. Lala can also name these three family members" Celina said.

Not with Nazolla. The girl was actually downcast, Celina was stunned to see the expression of the little girl who suddenly changed.

"Lala why?" ask Celina.

"Lala doesn't have a mother. Papa says mama has become an angel in heaven" Nazolla said quietly almost inaudible.

Celina cupped Nazolla's face, tidying up the strands of hair that covered the little girl's eyes.

"This little girl is so beautiful, her mother must be beautiful too. But mama would not like to see her beautiful daughter sad" Celina said looking at Nazolla's face.

Nazolla was silent, the girl just looked at Celina.

"Oh my goodness Aunt forgot, there used to be a beautiful angel who came here. He left a gift for a beautiful child who is kind, affectionate and obedient to his father. Does Lala love and obey the same papa?" ask Celina.

Lala smiled and nodded loudly.

"really?" asked Celina who was replied with a strong nod of Nazolla.

Doctor Dino laughed at their conversation. It looks like Celina went into a room, then appeared with a small doll.

"Well here's the gift, the beautiful angel said that Lala misses mama, Lala says the same doll later mama will definitely hear it" said Celina.

"Aunty Really?" nazolla asked who was replied with a nod by Celina.

"Like aunty, I love it" Nazolla said.

"This doll is from mama's aunt?" ask Nazolla.

"Yes, what a beautiful angel" said Celina.

Doctor Dino laughed from behind the bookshelf, then was stunned to look at Celina who was laughing.
