Chapter 18: Under the Bungur Tree

The amazing thing to do when on school holidays is to rival sleeping with koalas. Just like Flo did. It was not that he slept mania, it was just that his long night of night ended the Korean drama marathon until dawn. So he needs extra hours of sleep. He does not often do this, only on vacation, it is not every day.

When getting out of bed, the wall clock is 11:05 p.m. Then Flo goes to the kitchen to wet the esophagus. At the refrigerator door, he found a message from Mama explaining that she was going to the supermarket. Meanwhile, Papa, no need to explain Flo knew he was in the office, working.

After finishing a bottle of cold water with a capacity of one and a half liters, Flo returned to the bathroom to take a shower. When it was finished, it was almost noon and his stomach was rumbling.

Flo brushed the curtains and opened the window while drying her hair with one hand. He breathed the scent of a bright day. Looking at the quiet complex streets. Until a frown is present between his eyebrows when he sees something new familiar missing from the eyes. Like a blue scooter belonging to someone whose name is off limits for pronunciation.

But where possible, Flo thought. Besides, if it's Farrell, what's the deal? The street in front of his house was a public road, and the reason for being here could be anything, which he was clearly not.

Flo sat behind his desk. Facing a jar of fish whose entire surface has been affixed sticky notes that contain various suggestions to blasphemy for himself.

Conscious!

It's all over, Flo.

Don't be silly!

He's nothing.

You guys hardly.

Be stuck. It was just a meaningless dream.

Wake up!

Don't***, Flo!

Flo grabs a sticky note and writes a new message over the disturbing emotions that always plague her when Farrell stops by in memory. And the note on the jar added another one. Add fish eye protection ****** from the world.

Lepasin Flo, Lepasin,

anger, disappointment, and all the feelings that have ever existed.

Flo threw his back against the back of the chair. Look at the blue sky with a little cloud. Curse feelings. Though he was hungry, but after seeing the person he thought Farrell instantly lost his desire to eat. It's sad, isn't it?

This is not the first time this has happened in the past two weeks. It's been five times before something like this happened. Once Flo was very sure that it was Farrell. But as he had thought before, if it was indeed Farrell, what was the problem? It's the one that*****baper to bone marrow.

With a sigh of fatigue, Flo gets up close to the closet, preparing the school uniform and attributes for tomorrow. It's not hard to find the shirt and the skirt of his ashes, the shoes he has strap on, which is the problem, where is the tie and the hat?

He glimpsed all the clothes hanging in the closet, thinking perhaps the tie was tucked there, but nil.

"Where else is the taro tie?" grunts Flo.

Then he looked at his desk. Opening drawers. And found it there. When he pulled his tie out, another object lifted up. Scarf and other ties.

Suddenly the scar on Flo's palm was itchy. Something on his chest was also tingled.

The tie and the scarf belonged to Farrell. It's been with him for a long time. And long ago he wanted to return it but was confused how, to the point that he forgot.

Holding the tie brought Flo back to mind as Farrell covered his wounds. Clasped his hand the whole way. Worryingly. Comforted him.

Flo shook his head tightly. Means to pull out the flood recalls.

"Please, please, please..."

Then he stuffed the two memory-generating objects into a bag. He'll leave it to Arina or Genta tomorrow to give it to Farrell.

"Don't remember, don't remember anymore..."

***

"Fuck!"

Flo. Look at the source of the sound. There was a bell there, sitting alone under an old banyan tree. It just so happened that he did have some business with that man today.

"Here!"

Flo's wailing assures the situation. Hazardous object not detected. Of course, it was still too early and today was the first day of school after two weeks off. So the school is still quiet, everyone is not willing to quickly leave the house and a pleasant holiday.

So Flo approached Genta whose hairstyle had changed. He sat down at the man's side and returned a smile that he had not seen for a long time.

"Don't go with Arina?" ask Genta.

"So. She'll be picked up by her new boyfriend."

"New?" Genta looked surprised. "Who?"

"Ja..." Flo tries to remember, "Januar."

"Arina wants to be with the January guy? Masayallah. There is no word choose him. Babat all. Until the abstract creatures are devoured."

Fli laughed at Genta's words. "Astract creatures? Is he that bad?"

"Curried." Genta. "Much better I go everywhere."

"Why aren't you the same Arina?"

"Because Arina's not my type. He's too ordinary."

"Arina is beautiful." Flo defends his best friend.

"What's so special, 'how?"

"I'm not..." Genta hung his words. As always, his eyes did not come into contact with Flo's eyes when speaking. "There is a point."

"It's there, so why are you still single?"

"Because he doesn't like me. And I gave up on getting him."

Although it sounded relaxed, Flo knew Genta did not feel that way. From his eyes, it was seen that he was injured.

"Who, anyway?" ask Flo. He became curious.

"Repo!" Genta menowel Flo's nose.

Flo rubbed her nose before continuing to ask. He paid no heed to little Genta's refusal. He was really curious what kind of girl could resist a good man like Genta.

"He's at school here?"

Genta.

"I know?"

Genta once again nodded.

"His own?"

"By secret! You know again. I'm embarrassed."

"I won't tell anyone" Flo promised. "Seriously."

Instead of a menowel, this time Genta instead pinched Flo's nose slowly. "Flo now be kepo."

"No kepo" said Flo, after Genta let go of his nose.

"Keep what?"

"M..." Flo thought hard. He knows the fact he is indeed kepo, but kepo kok effect is rather less good.

Genta laughs. Tracking Flo's halved bangs plan. Flo no longer rattled with any physical contact created between him and Genta. It's just proof of their friendship. Flo never thought of anything more than that, she thought Genta did too.

"Yes, deh. I'll tell you later. Somewhen."

"No pa-pa if you don't want to tell me either. That's privacy" Flo said. He felt bad when Genta made a promise like this. Has he crossed the line? Shouldn't he have asked?

"Gue. I'll tell you. Someday."

"The pressure will take a long time, yes" Flo chirped, making Genta's crisp laughter again break.

The sun is moving from the horizon, directly proportional to the presence of students and students. They all passed by in the corridor. Some are in a hurry, some are slow. Everyone greeted each other, showing off the changes that occurred in the span of the past two weeks.

From the corner of his eye, Flo finds Farrell among the current of humans. Still with the same appearance. The same smile. The same dimples.

He gasped when the person he was looking at looked at. He may have forgotten that Farrell was forbidden to be addressed.

Flo immediately let go of the backpacks next to her strap. Unzip and reach into something in there. It's not hard to get.

"Genta please love this same Farrell yes," he asked, giving a tie and a scarf.

Genta didn't take it. He said, "Sorry I can't. Love yourself. He'd be happier if you were loving."

Whahuh?

What happened to Genta? Usually he never refuses when Flo asks for help.

Flo turned to the direction where he had seen Farrell. The man was no longer there, but was heading towards Flo and Genta.

He has to go.

Flo jumped to his feet. Then he said, "Yes-not-pa-pa-aku-to-class-fore-bye," without pause, ignoring punctuation.

Not waiting for a response from Genta, Flo immediately stopped from the place. Half ran to his old class.

She was very grateful that there was no other astonishment for the rest of her first day as an eleventh-grade student other than the incident this morning. Everything is going well and normal. Ceremonies, class subdivisions, and any other***** other whining. So that on the way home from school, accompanied by his favorite ballet song, Flo can pitch casually. Everything is under control, he thought.

Then Flo's steps were forced to stop under a flowering bungalow, not far from the school gate. The reason, was because suddenly a pair of black-robed sneakers clad in ropes, blocked him. He also raised his face. He half-believed in his eyes when he found the man he had avoided standing before him, gasping for breath.

Flo took off next to her earphones. Waiting for the blocker to make a sound.

"Hi."

Wind blows. Shaking trees on the side of the sidewalk where Flo was glued. Fly the petals of flowers that have been fragile.

Flo's feeling raged. He's not sure what he should be feeling right now. Should he be happy? Or should he be angry and question the reason the man was away and suddenly come again?

I don't know. Flo's distraught. Only one thing was certain, he was surprised by this sudden greeting.

"I'm sorry it took all this time to kill you again."
