Vol. 1: Destiny | 31. Finding the figure of Adnu

The darkness of the sky had changed into light, people were busy to go to work. However, in contrast to Astan and Endra who were in front of a large and tall building. Astan stood in front of the gate with an occasional look towards the building. Even the gatekeeper continued to give Astan a watchful look. As for Astan, just ignore it. Not long after, Endra was seen exiting the building with a brown envelope. Afterwards they rushed off and headed for the stop.

They sat down by checking the file inside the envelope. All the white papers contained the identity of the name ‘Adnu’. After looking around and reading, they decided to split up looking in Jayapa City. For hours they met people named Adnu throughout Jayapa City, but all of them did not have a suitable visual description. Now Astan is in front of a house that looks beautiful in the style of his old building. Astan pressed the bell once, not how long an aged woman walked up to him and greeted Astan kindly.

“There can I help you, young man?” ask the woman who has blue eyes.

“What Adnu is at home, Bibi?” ask Astan.

“Are you friends of Adnu?” ask the woman. Immediately with a smile on the face. The woman invited Astan to come in and sit a little awkwardly. They only kept quiet for a few seconds until Astan ventured to open his voice.

“So, like this. I loaned some books to Adnu, but he has not returned them at all. So, I want to take that book.” Astan speaks full of lies, only to see the look of Adnu's scales.

The woman nodded her head and immediately escorted Astan to Adnu's room. Inside the room, Astan saw a very neat arrangement of items. Astan walked up to a picture frame on the study table. When Astan looked seriously at the black-haired male face, it made him think of Cakara who had suddenly disappeared. However, Astan was still doubtful of his thoughts. After feeling enough to look around, Astan came out and bailed home. Now Astan and Endra are sitting in a noodle shop. They were silent, but seconds later. Endra put down the chopsticks and didn't finish it.

"You sure? The last one you visited had a resemblance to Cakara?" ask Endra again.

"Yes, but I'm not sure yet. What does the same kid mean is Cakara? It could be, I'll ask them again and show them this photo." Astan pulled out his smart phone and showed me the camera.

"You know, it's a violation of privacy." Endra replied in a slightly loud voice.

"I knew. I'll be careful" Astan said with a smile on his face.

After the meal was over, they parted ways and walked in different directions. Astan headed for the house at that time, he began to look for where Vivi was. But Astan did not find him. Not long after, the sound of children crying. Astan returns from the house and finds Vivi crying.

“Why?” ask Astan.

“What Brother. Astan has found Sis. Adnu?” ask Vivi. Without answering, Astan showed me a photo on his phone screen.

“What is this Adnu that Vivi said?” ask Astan. Who gets a quick nod from Vivi. However, then Vivi again said, “But, her hair is not black, but white.”

Astan who listened to Vivi's words just smiled a little. With her right hand rubbing Vivi's head slowly. Astan saved the phone and left the house after saying a few broken words. Arriving in front of the apartment building, Astan saw Synta who was standing in all black clothes. Her long black hair was beautifully cut. Astan walked up to Synta and asked her about the meaning of his arrival.

“I get very accurate information. About who broke my ancestral seal. They will be meeting in Abagon City District-B. Take it easy, this was just our guess. That's because Arieli gets this vidio from a very trusted person, ” Synta said.

They are now in a shared apartment. Astan left Synta looking around. Not long after, Astan came out with a backpack and of course wore his all-black clothes. Without wasting any time, they went to Abagon City in District-B on an inter-city bus that only had one last trip. Along the way, Astan was busy playing with his cell phone. Typing a few words and then erased again, until Astan really decided not to tell Endra. Astan kept his phone back, sighed harshly and gave a gaze to Synta who was sleeping in her sleep.
