Doctor Lita calls Adi to her room after completing the surgery on Adelia. Adelia's condition is unconscious and is still in the recovery room.
"Doc, can my mother and father-in-law come in?" adi asked as soon as she entered the doctor's room Lita.
"May, sir," replied Doctor Lita with a friendly smile as usual.
Adi then calls Sarah's mother and Hasna's mother to enter Lita's doctor's room. He wanted them to also hear an explanation of Adelia's condition directly from Lita's doctor. After they entered, Adi sat flanked by his mother and mother-in-law.
"Thank God Bu Adelia's operation went well, sir, Mom. His condition is stable too. Now Miss Adelia is in the recovery room." Doctor Lita begins her explanation.
"This is the fetus that was taken from the left fallopian tube of Ms. Adelia. Please, if you want to be buried." Doctor Lita handed over the jug that is usually used for the newborn baby's ari-ari place.
"Thank you, Doc." Adi received the jug, then put it on his lap.
"The left fallopian tube of Ms. Adelia, the place where the fetus is attached, is already beyond repair. I had to cut and take it. For the right fallopian tube, thank God the condition is good. So, God willing can still get pregnant again normally even with only one fallopian tube. The condition of the uterus is also good," explained Dr. Lita.
"Alhamdulillah" said Adi, Hasna's mother and Sarah's mother together.
"Alhamdulillah again, Bu Adelia did not need a blood transfusion because there was not too much bleeding. His hemoglobin level is still good. Maybe later for a few days it will still be out of blood, it's for cleaning" explained Lita.
"What is puerperal blood, Doc?"
"No, Sir. Because the fetus is still not fully formed so it enters the blood of the istihadhah." (*)
"When's my wife coming out of the recovery room, Doc?" ask Adi.
"Wait until Bu Adelia realizes first yes, sir. We also cannot be sure how long. However, later if it is aware and the condition is stable we immediately move it to the room," replied Lita doctor.
"Well, Doc," said Adi.
"Dok, if you can know the cause of Adel pregnant outside the womb what?" ask Sarah's mother to Doctor Lita.
"For Bu Adelia's case it was due to an infection" replied Lita's doctor.
"What's the cause of the infection, Doc?" ask Sarah's mother again.
"It could be from vaginal discharge in the past, lifestyle or environmental factors. I'm sorry, I can't be sure about that" Lita said.
"Will my child be able to get pregnant again, Doc?"
"Waiting twice for a new menstrual cycle can get pregnant again, Mom."
"That means after two months it's safe to get pregnant again huh, Doc? If you have to wait 1.5 years." Hasna's mother this time asked.
"Yes, Mom. Waiting for Ms. Adelia's menstrual cycle to return to normal. If Bu Dita is caesarean, dissecting the uterus, it takes longer recovery until the stitches are strong and stick perfectly," explained Dr. Lita.
"There's a risk Adelia's having a pregnancy like this again no, Doc?"
Doctor Lita smiled. "Yes still at risk of experiencing it again, ma'am. Even the risk is greater. However, we just pray that in the next Bu Adelia pregnancy can be normal and healthy until giving birth."
"Aamiin's."
"What are the cases of pregnancy outside this womb that many experience, Doc?" ask Adi.
"From research, there are about 2-4% of pregnant women experience this. Not a rare case. Maybe because the people around no one has ever experienced, so it sounds foreign" replied Lita.
"Thank you for the explanation, Doc."
"Either. Is there anything else to ask, sir, ma'am?"
"We think that's enough, Doc."
"Okay, then. Please wait for Ms. Adelia to come out of the recovery room."
"All right, Doc."
Adi, Hasna's mother and Sarah's mother came out of Lita's doctor's office. They returned to the room where they were waiting.
"Mas, where's the fetus going to be buried?" ask Hasna's mother.
"Mas confused, Bun. It is also impossible to take her home" Adi replied.
"Let's take care of papa, Mas. After the meeting, papa let me go home. Maybe it'll be here any minute" said Sarah's mother.
"Yes, Ma. Thank you." Thank you."
"We are the same as anyone, Mom. After all, that fetus is also our grandson. We're a family, we don't have to feel sad."
Adi nods. He stroked the jug made of clay in his lap. It was as if he was holding his son. When Azan Zuhur reverberated, he left a pitcher on his bunda because he was going to the mosque.
Sarah's mother and Hasna's mother are both waiting for Adelia.
"Mom, thank you for taking care of Adelia yesterday" Sarah's mother told her.
"Mother Adel is now my son, Mom. It's natural like that" said Ms. Hasna with a smile.
"Alhamdulillah, Sister Adel has very good in-laws. I'll be calm because there's Miss Hasna."
"Mother Sarah, praise her too much."
"Not excessive, it's the reality of it."
"Luckily yesterday I was here, Mom. Early in the morning, Mas panicked because Sister Adel limp, her body was also cold. I couldn't bear to leave them" Ms Hasna said.
"Yes, Mom. The first time I asked them to stay home. There's Mbok Sum, who can accompany him, but Adel's Mbak won't."
"It's important now that Adel's mother has been operated on, ma'am. God is no longer sick. Hopefully soon you can get pregnant again. I sometimes feel sorry for Adel because I really want to get pregnant and have children. And we never ask her to get pregnant immediately, because the child will be a sustenance from God."
"Yes, Mom. But, indeed the mother who wants to get pregnant soon. Maybe he felt less confident. Moreover, Mbak Dita already has Ale. We can only support and pray for good for them, can't we, Mom."
"Master, Sarah."
Meanwhile in the recovery room, Adelia who started to consciously open her eyes slowly. She was confused where she was because the room was foreign to her. His body began to feel cold.
"Cold," he said while looking for the figure of the person who was there.
"Mrs Adelia, she's conscious" said a nurse waiting for Adelia.
"Cold, Sus," said Adelia again.
Before long the nurse covered Adelia's body.
"Is it not cold, Mom?" ask the nurse.
"Yes, Sus," replied Adelia weakly. "Where am I?"
"Mother is in the recovery room."
"When was I taken to the room, Sus?"
"Wait a minute, Mom."
A few minutes later, the nurse pushed Adelia's cage out of the recovery room.
Hasna's mother and Sarah's mother who were outside the room immediately stood up. They followed the nurse from behind. Adi who just returned from the mosque immediately followed them to Adelia's room.
Adelia was moved to the bed after arriving in the room. She was still not fully aware, but she knew that there was a husband, in-laws and also her mother there. He smiled at the three people he loved so much.
"Bu Adelia is still not allowed to eat or drink until later can pass the wind yes," said the nurse after installing infusions and drugs in large injections that are timed with an infusion pump.
"Well, Sus," said Adi.
"If you can pass the wind later please tell the nurse who is guarding yes, sir."
Adi approached his wife. He gently kissed the woman he loved so much. "I love you, Ai" she whispered.
"Love you too, Mommy." Adelia smiled at her husband.
Adi distanced himself from his wife. He wanted to give Mother Sarah and Mother Hasna a chance to greet Adelia.
After the two middle-aged women greeted her, Adelia closed her eyes again. He was still limp and felt like he wanted to sleep.
Mr. Lukman came shortly. After meeting his daughter for a while, he chatted with his daughter-in-law, besan and also his wife. They talked about the burial of the fetus that had been handed over to Adi.
After deliberation, it was finally decided that the fetus would be buried in the family tomb of Mr. Lukman. Adi went with Mr. Lukman to bury his future son. While Hasna and Sarah's mother remained there guarding Adelia.
Dita, Rendra and Ale come to Magrib's hospital with Mother Goddess and Shasha who also want to visit Adelia. They all picked up Hasna's mother who didn't stay at the hospital.
"Sir, if laparoscopy is sewn how?" tanya Dita sat next to Adelia.
"There are four rich places, Dek. But the small bandages," Adelia answered as she felt the part of her stomach covered by a waterproof bandage.
Adelia's condition has improved. His consciousness has fully recovered.
"Same as caesar? My stitches are long" Dita said, pointing out where her caesarean section is.
"Yes, Deck. He said it's also faster to recover."
"Hopefully recover, Ma'am."
"Aamiin's."
"Are you allowed to eat the same drink, Ma'am?"
"No, Deck. I still can't get the wind."
"Much moves, Ma'am. Tilt to the right continue tilting to the left. Usually it goes fast. But, slowly just move," suggested Dita.
"Yes, Deck. I'll try to sleep on my side."
"Oeee, oeee." Rendra held Ale who was crying loudly for refusing to drink milk from a bottle. He always refused to know there was Dita. Though Rendra had invited Ale out of Adelia's room so as not to see Dita. However, the plan failed.
"Ale disusuin first, Dek," said Adelia.
"Yes, Mother. I'll stay first." Dita moved from her seat and took over Ale from Rendra's sling. She then sat on the sofa to be comfortable while breastfeeding. Rendra helped put a nursing apron on his wife's neck. Dita also began to breastfeed her beloved son. The room that was originally filled with the sound of Ale crying, now became quiet again.
"Ale still does not want to drink milk with a bottle, yes, Mas Rendra?" ask Sarah's mother.
"Actually would if there was no Dita. But if there's no mother, Auntie. I had asked out so as not to see Dita, but still did not want to" replied Rendra.
"Maybe Ale is also missing his mother. Dita's in college now, right?"
"It could be, Aunt. Usually if there is one, he is not fussy. But it's been carried the same mother still crying."
"Looks like he's not comfortable in the same atmosphere here. She wants to be close to her mother who can make her most comfortable."
"Yes, Aunt."
At 08:00 p.m., Rendra's entourage came home with Ms. Hasna because Ale was a bit fussy today. Ale looked unsettled despite having suckled and repeatedly cried. He just wanted to be carried with Dita, even carried by Rendra and Mother Hasna did not want to.
Adi and Sarah's mother stay in the hospital to look after Adelia. The two of them took turns serving Adelia who was allowed to eat and drink after being able to pass the wind.
In the morning, Adelia was again bathed by Sarah's mother. He has not been able to get out of bed because the infusion is still attached with an infusion pump. However, Adelia was already able to sit up despite not being able to move.
Doctor Lita makes a morning visit. He asked how Adelia was doing and checked on her.
"Later if Bu Adelia can walk, please if you want to go home," said Lita doctor.
"I haven't been able to walk because there is still an infusion, Doc" Adelia said.
"Later if the fluid in the syringe is used up, the infusion is removed, Mom." Doctor Lita pointed to the infusion pump placed on the table beside Adelia's bed.
"All right, Doc."
"When do you have control, Doc?" ask Adi.
"One week from now please control. Later I will give a description on the examination sheet," replied Lita doctor.
"Well, thank you, Doc."
"Bu Adelia consume a lot of protein so that the stitches dry quickly. Let's get back to normal activities."
"Yes, Doc."
"I will also prescribe medicine to take home. Ms. Adelia, stay up. I hope you'll be healthy soon."
"Aamiin, thank you, Doc."
After Lita's doctor and nurse came out of Adelia's room, Sarah's mother began cleaning up their luggage.
"Ai, these office friends want to come here how?" Adi asked Adelia's opinion so that his wife did not feel disturbed by the arrival of her co-workers.
"Don't today, Mum. Tomorrow I'll be home to be more comfortable."
"Yes already then. I told you the same before." Adi then typed the message in his gawai.
"Mom will come with me or be picked up by papa?" Adelia turned to her mother.
"Mama is with Mbak. Later that night just picked up papa," said Sarah's mother while cleaning up.
"Mama, isn't there a two-day work permit?"
"Yes nothing. It just so happens that all agendas can be represented by each other. In fact, my friends also want to look at Ma'am, but mama says tomorrow if it's home."
"Yes, Ma. My condition is also still rich gini not free to move." Adelia pointed to the infusion.
"Patience, Ma'am." Sarah's mother smiled at her daughter, giving her strength.
After the fluid in the syringe ran out, the nurse removed the infusion on Adelia's hand. Now, he can move freely. She asks Adi to help her get out of bed and start walking slowly.
Adi tells the nurse that Adelia can walk.
"We'll call Lita's doctor first, sir. Later if Doctor Lita has agreed, we will make an introduction to the administration."
"Good, Sus. I'm waiting in Adelia's room. Thank you." Thank you."
Some time later, the nurse gave a letter of introduction to take care of Adelia's return. Adi then went to the administration.
Adelia had changed the robe she had brought from home. She sat on the sofa waiting for her husband.
After the administration process is complete. Adelia can go home.
Adi drove the car slowly. When accidentally his car was shaken, Adelia felt pain in her stomach because of the scars of her surgery which of course was still wet.
Arriving home, Adelia is greeted by Mother Hasna who waits for her return with joy.
