“The Sleman District Court, which examined criminal case number XX on behalf of Sekar Ayu on Monday 25 January 20XX was declared open and open to the public." The presiding judge opened a hearing that was followed by three hammering.

The judge asked the public prosecutor to present the defendant. Officers then brought Sekar Ayu into the courtroom. The woman was wearing a long-sleeved white blouse with a subordinate dark-colored toadstool and an instant white hijab covering her head. He was then asked to sit in the examination chair.

The presiding judge asked Sekar Ayu a question.  "Defendant Sister, is Sister in good health and ready to attend the hearing?"

"Yes, I am ready, the Starting One," replied Sekar Ayu.

"Sister's identity!" ask the judge again.

"Name Sekar Ayu, age 27, address in ....," Sekar Ayu replied by mentioning his name, age, address, and also his work.

The presiding judge continues the procession of the trial until it arrives at the stage of examination of the evidence and evidence submitted. Before the evidence, the presiding judge asked Sekar Ayu to move from the examination chair to the defendant's seat located to the right of his lawyer.

After the public prosecutor said she was ready to present a witness, she called Adelia as the victim's witness to enter the court area. Adelia prayed in her heart before getting up from her seat. Kiss the backs of the hands of the husband and elders before entering the court area. Then Adi's wife sat on the examination chair.

The judge began to ask. "Speaking the identity of the Witness Sister!"

"My name is Adelia Princess Permana, age 25 ...." Adelia mentioned her identity.

"I don't know very well, but I know who Ms. Sekar is" Adelia replied.

"How does Sister know and know the accused?"

"We met at one of the malls. Ma'am Sekar introduced herself as my husband's first love."

"Are you currently in good health and ready to be examined as a witness?"

"Yes, I am ready, Your Majesty," Adelia said confidently.

After he finished asking the question, the presiding judge asked Adelia to take the oath in accordance with her religion. The mother-to-be then stood straight a little forward. An officer stood behind her and raised the Qur'an above Adelia's head.

The judge asked Adelia to follow the memorization of the oath spoken by the judge. ”I swear as a witness that I will explain the truth and nothing else than the truth."

After Adelia had finished her oath, the presiding judge invited her to sit down again. The presiding judge also reminded Adelia to give the real information in accordance with what she experienced, what she saw or what she heard herself. In addition, he also reminded that if you do not tell the truth, Adelia can be prosecuted for perjury.

The presiding judge then asked questions relating to the criminal offences charged to the defendant, Sekar Ayu. Member judges, public prosecutors, defendants, and legal counsel were also given the opportunity to ask Adelia questions as a victim witness.

Adelia answered each question calmly. He is also consistent with what is said. Not convoluted and what is in accordance with what is taught by his lawyer.

After Adelia is done, it is only then Adi's turn to testify. Sekar Ayu continued to look at his first love since entering the court area.
