After five days in the RSKIA, Dita and Ale were finally allowed to return home. Two days later, they held an akikah Ale event at the residence of Mother Goddess. They invited the Mother Goddess study group, mosque worshipers and also cafe employees. Rendra didn't invite any orphans this time. However, channeling akikah meat and donations to the orphanage that took care of them.
The akikah event held by Asar was opened by Bara who was appointed as the host. Furthermore, Rendra melantukan letter Luqman verses 13 to 19 as well as read the meaning. Then Rendra gave a welcome word. The next event was Ale hair cutting by families and elderly guests. Dita held Ale who was sleeping, as her hair was cut.
After the haircut that was continued by shaving Ale by Mr. Wijaya, Rendra announced Ale's full name to the invited guests. After that, Ustaz Fahrudin filled out a brief discussion about akikah, children and family. After prayers were offered by Ustaz and adorned by all who were there, Ale's akikah event was closed. Invitational guests are welcome to eat the dishes served. They also got a package to take home.
"Thank you for coming and helping, Bro." Rendra put his arm around Bara's shoulder after he finished greeting the guests.
Bara who was eating, turned to the side and smiled at his best friend. "Gue will also play a role in Ale's behavior."
"I thank you anyway. Lo, it's been time to come when later tonight want to ramen," said Rendra.
"For Lo's sake, I'm willing to do anything as long as it's good, Bro."
"Lo, a true friend. I pray that Lo will soon be able to mate, so Lo can feel what Adel and I feel."
"Aamiinu. I'm not thinking about getting married, bro. I'm still in a dilemma between wanting to keep ngamen what office work." Bara sighed.
"Mama asked me to come back to Jakarta, but I was too comfortable in Jogja. Life here it feels quiet, away from the bustle of a densely populated metropolitan city and vehicles."
"Why don't you go both ways, Bro? You can work from Monday to Friday. Keep going, Lo, can cram in on the weekend." Rendra gave Bara advice.
"It's not that easy, bro. Nyokap want me to work in Jakarta, where om I have a construction company. My band is in Jogja. I can't go back and forth between Jakarta-Jogja every week. Not get the money I have for heroes." Bara took a long breath.
Rendra nodded repeatedly, feeling the hardness of the friend. "Just try to apply for a job at Mas Adi's place. Kaya yesterday said just opened a vacancy. Who knows if Lo was accepted there, nyokap allow Lo to remain in Jogja. The company where Mas Adi is one of the largest in Indo."
"Seriously, Lo? Then I'll call Mas Adi." He went back to eating.
"You're just the same Mas Adi mumpung here."
"Gue's in a hurry, Bro. After this is over, I'll just leave." Bara lifted his dinner plate.
"Yes, later Lo do not forget to contact Mas Adi." Rendra patted Bara on the shoulder.
"Ready. I'll pull it off, bro. Ask for help with Dita and Auntie." Put an empty plate on the carpet.
Rendra's unemployed. "One more time, thank you, Bro."
"Yes, come back to love." Bara chuckles.
"Sir Bara, are you going home yet?" dita asked who suddenly appeared in their midst.
"Eh, Dita. Yes, I want to say it later tonight," replied Bara while smiling sweetly.
"Well, we're a hassle, brother. Thank you for helping out with Ale's akikah event, and also giving Ale a gift. Only Allah can repay kindness, Brother Bara."
"Aamiinu. No trouble though. Sorry, I have to go." I looked at the clock on my left wrist.
"Mas, Brother Bara do not forget to be given a gift," said Dita to the husband.
"Oh, yes." Rendra immediately took the parcel that was provided for all guests who came.
"Be careful, bro. Successfully show it's tonight." Rendra handed two parcels to Bara.
"Two shirts?" ask Bara wonder.
"Yes, same for the band. Rather than not enough," replied Rendra.
"Thank you, Bro, Dita. Assalamualaikum." After receiving a parcel from Rendra, Bara went straight to his motorcycle.
"Wa'alaikumussalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh."
"What's up, honey? Where's ale?" asked Rendra while embracing his wife's waist, inviting her to enter the house.
"New alle same as her. Mommy asked me what tomorrow would be like today" replied Dita.
"Tomorrow, fearing that someone will come because they can't come earlier."
Taken a nudge, they then entered the house.
Bakda Isya, the Emperor came to the residence of the Mother Goddess. He invited Rendra to Ale's akikah event, but because his work was not finished he can only come now.
"Congratulations Rendra, Dita, on the birth of his beloved son. I'm sorry I just came and couldn't give you anything," the Emperor said while handing over a parcel containing clay baby footprints and frames (material for printing baby feet and hands with a set of photo frames in it).
"Thank you for taking the time to come in between busy lives, Mas Kai. Not giving how, this is even troublesome already brought souvenirs for Ale. Thank you, Emperor Sirde," said Dita while carrying Ale.
"I feel so old called sirde, nih." Emperor chuckles.
"The Emperor is his friend Pakde Adi" Dita replied with a small laugh.
"Just been busy because of a lot of cases huh, Mas?" tanya Rendra interrupted Dita and the Emperor.
"Yes, that's why I can't move much right now" replied the Emperor.
"It's Kanit now, is it?"
"Alhamdulillah, yes. The responsibility is also getting bigger, Ren." The emperor smiled knot.
"Hopefully hold the trust well, Mas."
"Aamiinu. Thank you, Ren."
"Please talk, Mas Kai. I'm going inside, it's time for Ale to drink some milk" said Dita.
The emperor nodded with a smile. "Look down, Dita."
"Pakde Kai, Ale drink milk first let's get big fast." He mimicked the sound of a child before moving out of the living room.
The Emperor laughed in response to Dita's words.
"Mas Kai, I call Brother Shasha yes," said Rendra as they were alone in the living room.
"You don't want to talk to me, Ren? You still think I'm your rival?" The Emperor looked at Rendra.
Rendra shakes. "No, not that. Don't be so confident, I'm sure Dita won't be tempted by Mas Kai either." Rendra smiled cynically. "It's about you guys. I know there are many things that Mas Kai and Brother Shasha have to talk about."
"What does Shasha have to say?" The emperor was curious.
"Just say Mas Kai has already expressed love, but Brother Shasha has not given an answer."
"Oh, about that. My free time has been a bit lately, so yes I haven't been able to say much more" the Emperor said with a sigh.
"There is time now, Mas Kai and Kak Shasha can talk. I know what it's like to wait without certainty, Mom."
Emperor smiled. "So now you've accepted me, Ren?"
"This is my sense of solidarity as a fellow man, Mas. The matter of receiving, as I said before, depends on Brother Shasha and Mama."
"Have you ever felt the way I did?" The Emperor looked at Rendra in disbelief.
"Mas Kai, think I'm easy to get to Dita? I had to wait without certainty for maybe about 1.5 to 2 months without any communication between us. So I know exactly how Mas Kai feels."
"It turns out so." Emperor nodded.
"So want me to call Brother Shasha, won't I?" ask Rendra to make sure.
Emperor nudged. "May, Ren, if it's not troublesome."
"But Mas Kai had to eat first before talking to Shasha. Come on inside first, Mommy."
"It's ready, come on." Rendra took the Emperor to the dining room.
Inevitably the Emperor followed Rendra. He greeted the Goddess Mother who was setting the dining table.
"Sorry to eat again, Auntie," said the Emperor with a smile.
"Mas Emperor, it could be. Sit here, Mum." The Mother Goddess placed the plate in front of the seat that was close to the Emperor.
"Thank you, Auntie." The emperor sat on a chair. "Aunty's eating this?"
"Tante was. Later Shasha will accompany Mas Emperor," said Mother Goddess. "Well, Shasha has come down. Aunt lives first, Mas Emperor."
"Yes, Aunt." The Emperor smiled at the Mother Goddess as well as Shasha who walked up to him.
"Hi, Mas Kai. How are you?" Shasha had not stopped smiling ever since the Emperor saw her.
"Alhamdulillah, fine. What are you, Sha?" The emperor stood up as Shasha came closer.
"Alhamdulillah, I am also good. Can I get you the rice, Mas Kai?" shasha Tawal.
"May, if not troublesome." The Emperor did not refuse. He then sat back down. Right now he was imagining Shasha being able to prepare a meal for him every day.
"Is this enough or want to add more?" Shasha showed me a plate filled with rice.
"Enough."
"You want to use satay, gulai, tongseng what is the nape?" Shasha offers an all-round goat menu on the dining table.
"Sate it."
Shasha picked up 5 skewers of goat satay on the Emperor's rice plate. He then thrust the soy sauce sambal and also lalapan in the form of slices of shallots, cucumbers and tomatoes in front of the Emperor. "Sambal ketchup and then take it yourself, Mas."
"Yes. Thank you, Sha." The emperor received a plate that already contained rice and goat satay. "You eat, right."
"I ate earlier. I was just accompanying. Mas Kai, drink water or something?" Shasha again offered the Emperor.
"White water."
Shasha took a drink for the Emperor. After that he placed the glass filled with water in front of the Emperor. Shasha then sat down next to Adi's friend.
"Mas Kai, so busy that you rarely send messages." Shasha opened the conversation.
"Yes, sorry. There's just a lot of cases I've been dealing with. That's why I can come now. Wh why? Do you miss me?" The Emperor glanced at Shasha who was playing a hand on the table.
"Aren't Mas Kai the same as me?" Shasha turned to the side, making them look at each other. He hurriedly turned his eyes away while smiling in embarrassment.
The emperor laughed. "Kangen. Really kangen. Moreover, I have not received an answer from you. However, since duty is a top priority, so I can't contact you often."
"Yes, I understand, Mom."
"You call me when you miss."
"I'm afraid of interrupting work, Mas Kai."
"This is how I work, personal and family matters come second after work. I want you to get used to it. From the beginning I've told you there can't be any time there's for you."
"Yes, I know, Mom."
They then fell silent, not talking to each other. The emperor continued his meal. Shasha was silent, accompanying her beside him. They dissolve in each other's minds.
"Add more to the meal, Mas Emperor," the Mother Goddess said upon seeing the Emperor had already finished his meal.
"That's enough, Auntie. If the satiety will be even sleepy," said the Emperor.
The Goddess Mother nodded with a smile.
"I'll take the plate, Mom." Shasha took out a dirty plate in front of the Emperor.
"Thank you, Sha." The emperor then gulped down a glass of water that Shasha had given him.
"Can we talk in front?" ask the Emperor to Shasha.
"Can" replied Shasha.
"Better on top, there are still guests in front, then even disturbed." Rendra interrupted them as she was about to call Dita in the room. "Nisa's on top, don't worry about just being alone."
Indeed after the Emperor came there were friends Mother Goddess and Rendra who came. They were just like the Emperor who, because of work, could not come during Ale's akikah event.
Shasha took the Emperor to the upper terrace. They sat in the rattan chair there.
"Don't forget the night here" said the Emperor, breaking the silence between them.
"Yes, I usually sit here when I'm tired." Shasha looked ahead.
"Sha, do you have an answer?" ask the Emperor later.
Shasha took her breath. "You could say it is, you could say not yet."
"Can't you?" The emperor frowned looking at Shasha.
"There are still some things we should talk about before I answer, Mas. As Mas Kai said before, this relationship is meant for marriage. Before we go any further, we have to agree on some things because of Mas Kai's work as a state servant."
The Emperor nodded, agreeing with Shasha's opinion. "Well, what should we talk about and agree on?"
"Is there any possibility of Mas Kai being transferred outside of Jogja?"
"Yes, there's a possibility. That's a condition if you want to enter the police must be ready to be placed anywhere."
"Can I choose a place of assignment?"
"It could be, but yes the position is just that - it does not develop his career if you are picky. Why the hell?" The Emperor looked at Shasha.
"What if being Mas Kai's wife has to go where Mas Kai is assigned to?"
"I want it to be. Wherever I go, my wife can come with me. Why would I get married if my wife and I didn't live together. Unless I'm in education." The emperor looked back.
"Is it any time soon that Mas Kai will move on?"
Emperor shakes. "I don't know. All decisions are in the leadership. It could be in the near future, it could be in a few more years. Depends on the vacant department and fits my field."
"Wouldn't you come with me if you were my wife?" The Emperor looked back at Shasha.
"It's not so, Mom. Of course, if married, I as a wife must follow wherever my husband is on duty. I just want to take a year or two to work first. After that I'll follow wherever my husband goes."
Shasha took her breath. "I was just appointed as a full-time employee. It would also be unethical if I resigned immediately. Besides, I still want to save and buy something for my mom. I want it to be the result of my work not from my husband."
"Are you sure it only takes a year or two? What if in that period of time your position rises, will you also delay resign again?"
Shasha fell silent. He seemed to think hard.
"What is this silence with you, meaning you prefer your career?" The Emperor stared intently at Shasha.
