Mas Haidar and Mr. Isam today attended the verdict hearing regarding the status of Sachi and him. Rama also came to give support to his brother. After the trial was over, Rama and Pak Isam continued meeting with the company owned by his old friend Pak Isam. Mas Haidar went straight home.

Based on the decision of MK Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 dated February 17, 2012 which revised Article 43 paragraph (1) Law Number 1 Year 1974 on Marriage, which reads :
Children born outside marriage only have civil relations with their mother and mother's family and with the man as his father which can be proven based on science and technology and/or other evidence according to the law has blood relations, including civil relations with his father's family.
Married children who can be recognized are based on Article 272 B.W, namely :
An extramarital child that can be recognized is a child born by a mother but which is not sown by a man who is in a legal marriage bond with the mother. Therefore, if it is based on the Constitutional Court's decision, the, children outside marriage are entitled to get an inheritance from his father if there is a confession from his father or there is valid evidence based on science and technology that he is the biological son of the father while the outside child mating is entitled to inherit from her mother without the need for recognition from her mother.
Mas Haidar's request hearing was granted by the court. Sachi is now his son Mas Haidar legally. Regarding his files Sachi will be taken care of after a copy of the court's verdict is received by Mas Haidar.

Alex who became the driver of Rama and Pak Isam today, Mang Ujang is being trained by the HRD to understand the job description that he must work on as a driver coordinator at the Audah Hotel.
