After parking the car. Miko walked to the door. He stood there long enough. There was little doubt when he wanted to enter the house where he had grown up until he was a teenager. Several times he wanted to try pressing the big house bell but he puffed it out. After a long time standing, he finally ventured to press the bell beside the door.
Ting Tong's.
"Tantri, for your sake. I must be brave." Inner Miko.
Not long after, a middle-aged woman came to open the door for him. The woman was surprised and delighted to see her employer's son finally return after years away from home.
"Welcome, Den Miko!" exclaimed Bi Lastri one of the housekeepers in the big house.
"Thank you, Bi."
"Here's the suitcase, Den I'll help you get to the room."
"It's not necessary, Bi. Let me just."
"I'm sorry to go in first, Den. I still have work,"
"Please, Bi!"
Bi Lastri then walked in ahead of Miko. Just a few meters he stepped up, suddenly Miko called out to him.
"Bi Lastri's! Is Mama with Papa asleep?"
"Auntie also doesn't know Den. But usually at this hour they've gone up to the room."
"Oh. Thank you, Bi."
"Thank God they're in the room now. Because right now I'm not fully ready to go head-to-head with Papa. Before coming here, I haven't prepared myself to face him." Miko's mind was a little relieved.
Miko then walked back to the stairs. He wanted to go up to his room upstairs. As Miko wanted to set her foot up the first rung of stairs, she was startled by the voice of a middle-aged man standing on the stairs.
"What brings you home?" ask Mr. Afdal curious. He was amazed by his youngest son. Many times Ms. Melda tried to persuade their child to return home, but Miko always refused. But why is Miko back now without anyone asking? It's weird, there must be something. Thought Mr. Afdal to be suspicious of his son.
"Oh, what do I answer? There's no way I'm going to answer if I go home because, Tantri is here." Miko's mind.
"Papa really doesn't seem to like Miko coming back home" Miko replied, switching the subject. He did not want his father to know that he had left because of women and returned because of a woman too.
"There may be Papa is not happy if Papa's favorite child returns home" said Mr. Afdal then hugged his son who he had longed for.
"Sorry Miko yeah, Pa."
Both shed tears. After Miko left home. He never once spoke to his father. Miko only often met with Ms. Melda. That's also because Ms. Melda herself who often comes to her children in restaurants and in apartments.
After chatting for quite a long time, all the longing. Miko finally said goodbye to her papa to ride rest in her room. As he turned the doorknob of his room, the door of his room was locked.
"Locked? Is it as long as I don't have this room always in the lock?" inner Miko. He then looked for a spare key that is usually stored in a closet drawer that is not far from his room.
"Luckily the key is here." muttered Miko after getting the spare key to her room door. He opened the door of his room using the key.
"This room is the same. Nothing has changed one bit. It's still the same as the last time I stayed." Miko's mind as she swept her gaze around the room. He stepped in after locking the door to his room. Because he was very tired and sleepy, he then went into the bathroom to clean himself. After that he immediately laid his body on the bed after turning off all the lights in his room except the sleeping lights on the nightstand next to him.
Miko is unaware that her girl is sleeping on the same bed as her. It was just that the girl was hiding behind a blanket so she didn't notice it. Not for half an hour, Miko had already entered into her dream realm.
In her dream, Miko saw the girl lying next to her while commenting on the sweetest smile on her tiny lips.
"I haven't seen you in a while, I've dreamed of sleeping with you. I just realized I was so crazy about you, Tri." Miko said in her dream.
"Tri, you are like a magnet, and I am the iron. It feels like you have a great power that is always able to pull me strong and make me want to always stick to you. I want to be around you wherever you go."
