The trial time is about to begin. Syifa looked a little nervous before entering the courtroom. This is not the first time he has been at the green table to carry out his duties. However, this is the moment where he will meet again with the man who had inscribed a dark history in his life. Who else if not Devan.

Syifa knows enough about Devan. A desperate man who can do everything to get his wish. It makes Syifa worried if in the future Devan again harassed him for fighting his father in court. Similar to what he did to Iqbal's first lawyer.

Later Han's assistant recounts the previous death of lawyer Iqbal. They believe that there was an intervention by Devan's father who did not want to be defeated at the trial. Unfortunately, Iqbal did not find evidence and eyewitnesses to prosecute the case.

Until the time came Syifa began to move into the courtroom. It did not escape Devan's sight. Devan did not recognize Syifa until the trial began. But when the trial took place and heard the name Syifa mentioned, Devan really gasped made. He did not expect that a poor and innocent girl like Syifa could become a lawyer. Moreover, Syifa boldly appeared before him as the legal authority of Iqbal.

Syifa tries to focus and carry out her duties with professionals. In the first trial Syifa brought a witness, Aminah maam. Mr. David, Devan's father, was shocked to find Aminah alive. David had ordered his assistant Adnan to get rid of Aminah. But unbeknownst to David, Adnan did not carry out David's orders to kill Aminah. Instead of hiding it in a remote village to fool David. Aminah was the woman he loved.

In his last moments before he died Adnan who was then hospitalized with gunshot wounds after carrying out a mission ordered by David and, Adnan revealed a secret that he had been keeping alone.

Adnan revealed that he hid evidence and eyewitnesses about the deaths of Iqbal's parents and his twin brother. He gave instructions on the address of Aminah's residence and a secret place where he hid the evidence.

Adnan said that the evidence was hidden above the ceiling of his room in David's residence. It was there that he stored the results of CCTV footage that recorded the incident when David's men sabotaged the car engine that Iqbal's father wanted to use to travel out of town. At the end of the CCTV footage was also recorded when David was having a conversation with his men after the departure of Iqbal's father by driving the car. And at that very moment Aminah heard what they were talking about.

After the first conference that has been held Devan approached Syifa.

"Long time no see, Asyifa ...." Devan smiles cynically while tidying up the location of his suit.

Syifa looked up at the source of the voice and tried to remain calm against Devan.

"Today was so surprising. There was an angel appearing in the middle of the trial. What makes you willing to show up and be this calm to face me, Syifa?" smith again.

"Do you really wish I was afraid of you?" answer Syifa.

Devan laughed loudly at Syifa's bold reply.

Tom's assistant appears in their midst.

"Mrs Syifa, let's go outside. Mr. Iqbal is waiting for you to discuss your next move!" sideline Tom politely.

Syifa nodded then left before Devan without saying another word.

Devan stared furiously at Syifa's departure while clenching his hands.

Just look at Syifa, I won't let you live quietly! muttered Devan in the heart.

A few days after Syifa's trial felt that someone was following her wherever she went. Syifa became a little worried if Devan sent someone to harm her.

He headed back to the highway and entered the courtyard of the nearest police station. Syifa then rushed down from her car and immediately entered the police station.

Moments later some of the police on duty came out of the office riding his motorcycle and came to the car that had been suspected of following Syifa. The car was parked not too far from the police station.

Police immediately arrested the driver of the car, consisting of two men, and took him to the police station to be questioned about the Syifa report.

After the investigation, apparently they were the bodyguards Iqbal assigned to keep Syifa safe wherever he was.

Syifa was really surprised to hear that. Because the party from Iqbal did not tell him in advance about this. But Syifa did not easily believe it. They could have been Devan's man but claimed otherwise to be free from the charges.

Syifa called Tom's assistant to confirm the truth. Not long ago Tom's assistant came and confirmed that they were Iqbal's men who were assigned to look after Syifa. Because some time after the trial Devan ordered his men to harm Syifa.

But fortunately the plan can be read early by Iqbal's men so that it can be thwarted before Syifa realized their existence. Finally Iqbal ordered them to continue following Syifa wherever Syifa went in case Devan again ordered his men to harm Syifa.

Rosa and Imron who also came to the police station after hearing the news that Syifa could not go home because she was at the police station soon followed to the location. They were worried because it was late at night from the first time Syifa told her mother when she wanted to go home from the office. And upon hearing that Rosa was truly grateful that Iqbal thought of Syifa's salvation as his legal authority.

A week later the court read out the results of the murder trial conducted by David.

Iqbal has won the trial. David is found guilty of premeditated murder of his adoptive brother, Iqbal's mother, and Iqbal's twin brother. For the loss of three lives David was sentenced to death for violating article 304 of the Penal Code on premeditated murder. Even David who was about to appeal was rejected because he was found guilty.

The case continues because new evidence was found also found on the ceiling of Adnan's room. A CCTV recording of the murder of a girl who was raped by Devan. David as Devan's father ordered his men to dispose of the girl's body so as not to leave a trace by throwing it into the lake. The police eventually arrested Devan as a suspect.

Hearing that from Tom's assistant, Syifa was relieved. Because finally Devan also get sanctions for his actions. At least it can represent how hurt Syifa is because Devan is free to roam after abusing him first.

To celebrate his success in fighting for justice for his family that has passed away Iqbal invites Syifa and Dina to have dinner together. Iqbal also invited Syifa's parents to attend because he wanted to thank Rosa who used to be in Surabaya to take care of him when Iqbal was hospitalized.

Maryam's grandmother apparently knew Imron who was the imam of the Jami mosque in the Arab village. Because, Maryam's grandmother's house is next to the Arab village.

It was from there that Syifa realized that her meeting with Iqbal at the mosque at that time coincided with Iqbal was visiting her grandmother's house which was not far from the mosque.

Unbeknownst to Syifa and the other invited guests, it turns out there is a hidden intent that Iqbal had planned.
