One week later.
Vicky is forced to ask Kenan for a long leave of absence to attend the wedding of his twin sister, Vely. Coincidentally there the presence of Vicky is very important, because he must be the guardian of his sister who is a woman.
Kenan also let Vicky go, instead he apologized for not being able to attend the wedding, considering his family was experiencing a disaster. Currently, Kiara is also still in treatment.
“Sorry yes, Ken. I can't help you for one week,” said Vicky while they were in the office.
“It’s okay. I am a person who is concerned with family. So I know your whereabouts are very much needed there.”
“Thank you, Bro.” Vicky raised his clenched hand to be slammed parallel to Kenan's also clenched hand.
“Your’e welcome.” Kenan smiles.
Then, Vicky was about to come out leaving Kenan who was still sitting in his chair.
“Greetings to Vely and Dave. I will definitely go there if the business here is already running,” said Kenan, when Vicky was standing.
“Laise, Ken.” Vicky smiled. “Oh yes, greetings also to Hanin, Mami, and Kiara. Sorry I didn't go to the hospital tonight because I flew malem.”
“Ya.”
Then, Vicky opens the door to Kenan's room to get out.
“Vick,” call Kenan, make Vicky immediately turn his head.
“Be careful and thank you.” Kenan looked at his best friend with a sincere smile.
He just realized that he had a great friend. It seems, the friendship they have made since sitting in the High School, is now no longer an ordinary friendship but a brotherhood.
“Oke.” Vicky pointed his thumb up with a smile.
“Hape you have to keep going,” said Kenan again while shouting. He does not want when he needs his assistant in the job, Vicky even difficult to contact.
“Iya,” replied Vicky while closing the door again.

One month later.
Kiara's situation is getting better. He no longer continued to cry. Instead he was often beside the husband, accompanying Gunawan who was still lying and unconscious. Kiara is now more religious and closer to God. He always prayed, so that Gunawan was given the opportunity to heal and wake up. He wants to build his home for the better.
Almost every day Kiara visited her husband from noon to afternoon, until she waited for Gunawan time to be cleaned, because Kiara did not allow a single nurse to touch the husband's body. He is happier if he immediately cleanses Gunawan's body, while interacting with him.
Sometimes, Hanin accompanies Kiara to visit Gun. However, sometimes Kiara comes alone and remains accompanied by Shamsudin and a bodyguard that Kenan tells to escort his family who are running away from home.
“Mas, how are you?” kiara asked her husband who was still lying weak.
Kiara was sure, even though Gunawan was not conscious, but he could hear every word he said.
“When did you wake up, Mom? Soon your son is born.”
Kiara sat next to her husband by stroking Gun's hair.
“Mas. I checked on Dede yesterday. Thank God the doctor said he was healthy. The doctor also said, chances are I will give birth in a few days.” Kiara stroked Gunawan's cheek. “The promise is yes Mas, you have to wake up as I lahiran later.”
He again shed tears, but previously he had promised Kenan and Rasti would not cry anymore for the health of the baby in his stomach.
“Sorry all this time I've been cold to you. It's because I was upset, when I saw you with a woman at the cafe. I still love you, Mom. And, always love you.”
Instantly, Gunawan's Eyebrows moved and slightly climbed upwards. It was as if he had heard what his wife had said. And Kiara saw that.
“Mas, Mas are you aware?” ask Kiara cheerfully.
He shouted for the nurse, pressing the bell over Gunawan's head. Instantly, the two nurses came and checked on Gunawan.
One of the men nodded. “No progress yet, Bu.”
“There, Sus. I saw my husband raise his eyebrows slightly and index finger.”
“But from what we checked, all are still in the same state, Mom,” replied the other nurse.
“Call the doctor who handled my husband. I want him to check on my husband again.” Kiara was clingy with what she saw. However, the two nurses thought Kiara was hallucinating.
“Alright, Mom. Later in the afternoon Dr. Hans will come to check on the mother's husband.
Kiara nodded and the two nurses left.

One day, two days, three days the next, Gunawan's situation is still the same.
“Ra, you want to go to the hospital?” rasti asked as Kiara was going to visit her husband.
“Iya, Mam.”
“Mami follow,” says Rasti.
“Wait, Hanin will come too, Mam. Ra.” Hanin moved from her seat and approached Kiara.
“Come!” Rasti had already taken her bag and was ready to get out of the house.
These three women are very compact. Hanin was like a child to Rasti. This middle-aged woman that Kenan held dear and respected so much never distinguished Hanin and Kiara. There was always time for his two daughters.
Arriving at the hospital. They went straight to Gun's treatment room. Hanin and Rasti prepare food for Kiara who is cleaning her husband's body.
Dretc ... Dretc ... Dretc ...
Hanin's phone rang and showed Ken Ugly“'s name ”Ken on that screen.
Rasti who was next to Hanin also saw the name listed there. “Yeah, you still name my son that name.”
Hanin turned towards Rasti and grinned. “Sorry, Mam.”
Rasti laughed too.
Then, Hanin picked up the phone.
“Ya, Dear.”
Kenan heard his wife's soft voice.
“You're in the hospital?” ask Kenan.
He's called Hanin today three times. Kenan calls his wife that much every day. Like taking medicine.
“Iya. Same Mami.”
“Okay, when I get home from work, I'll be there to pick you up.”
“Yeay .. Okay, Babe.”
“OK, Bye,” Kenan said in the voice that was there from that communication tool.
“Bye,” Hanin replied and hung up.
Pranks
Kiara dropped a small container made of stainles filled with warm water to clean her husband's face.
Rasti and Kiara were surprised, then approached Kiara.
“Mam, ah.” Suddenly Kiara whimpered.
“Why, Ra?” hanin asked frantically while holding onto Kiara's arm. He also took the small container that fell earlier.
“Why, Ra?” Rasti asked his daughter.
“Han, my stomach hurts.”
“Come, Mam. But it hurts so much,” Kiara replied with a bent body enduring the excruciating pain in her stomach.
“Try you check in that bathroom, are there any red patches in your inner fabric?” ask Rasti who understands the labor process.
Hanin and Rasti lead Kiara to the bathroom available in the room. Hanin and Rasti were anxious, waiting for Kiara at the bathroom door.
Kiara came out of there and nodded. “Iya, Mam. There's blood spotting there.”
“That's the sign you want to give birth, Ra.”
Hanin immediately went to see the nurse standing guard outside. He asked for a wheelchair for Kiara and was immediately taken to the delivery room on the fifth floor.
“Ah, Mom. Pain.” Kiara complained, because she felt the pain in her stomach getting worse.
“Indeed like this, Ra. You have to hold it,” said Rasti while stroking the head of her daughter while she was taken to the examination room before heading to the delivery room.
The doctors and nurses there are ready to deal with Kiara. Hanin calls Kenan to go to the hospital.
“Still opening three, Mom. It's still long enough to give birth,” the woman's doctor said.
“But, Doc. It hurts so much,” Kiara said.
“Indeed like this. If it has opened nine or ten, our new mother takes it to the delivery room.”
Kiara immediately suffocated, hearing that, she again prayed that her delivery would be made easier. He endured the pain until a few minutes later.
Then, the intense pain reappeared.
“Mas Gun,” shouted Kiara.
Suddenly one finger of Gunawan moved.
In the delivery room, Hanin and Rasti call the nurse and the doctor, so Kiara is checked back.
“Have opened nine. Let's get Kiara's mom to the delivery room!” ask the doctor for the nurses on duty.
“Mas Gun,” shouted Kiara hysterically, as she was already lying on the patient's bed and was being pushed by four nurses who helped push her into the delivery room.
Gun's hand moved again. Now both of his hands are moving.
“Mas, Gun.” Kiara screamed back to her husband.
Both of Gun's eyes opened, as if Kiara's screams were very close to his ears. Though the room anatar himself and his wife who was about to give birth different three floors.
Gunawan's heart rate immediately thumped, making the monitor on his chest that sounded quite loud.
The nurses who heard the monitor went straight to the room.because the hallway where Gunawan treatment is very quiet and quiet, so that there is a slight sound from inside the room will be heard out.
“Father is awake,” said the nurse who was looking at Gun who had woken up sat down.
Gunawan held his head. “But my head still hurts.”
“Wait, I'll call doctor Hans.”
Gunawan blocked the nurse's arm.
“No need, just take me to the delivery room. My wife is giving birth,” Gun said.
The nurse glanced at one of her nurse friends. He wondered why this man could tell that his wife was contracting, but he was unconscious.
“Iya, Sir. I will bring. Your wife is there.”
The sister swiftly took a wheelchair and pushed Gunawan to the fifth floor. There, Kiara has not been given a cue to push.
“Sickness, Doctor,” says Kiara.
“Iya, Mom. Calm down. I will solve this, so that the baby can find a way to get out.” the doctor also began to do his job.
While Hanin and Rasti could only wait outside.
“Come, Mom. Start straining,” said the doctor.
“Aaaa ...” screams Kiara while exerting energy to get the baby out.
In the waiting room, Hanin and Rasti stood dumbfounded looking at Gunawan being pushed by the sisters towards them.
“Gun,” call rasti with pleasure.
“Iya, Mam. Gun is conscious. Gun wants to accompany Kiara giving birth.”
Rasti nodded. He was so overwhelmed by this miracle. Same with Hanin.
“Not yet, Mom is even stronger,” said the doctor encouraging Kiara.
“More powerful again, dear,” said Gun suddenly beside his wife.
Kiara immediately turned to that voice. “Mas.”
“Come, baby! Mas here accompany you.” Gunawan smiled at his wife. He took Kiara's hand, kissed and held it to support.
“Come, Mom again. Breathe in and out strong.”
Kiara followed the doctor's instructions.
“Aaaaaaaa ..”
Kiara screamed long with all the energy there, until the voice sounded loud.
“Oek ... Oek ... Oek ..”
Gunawan stood up from the wheelchair and stepped slowly to see his daughter who had just come out of the mother's womb.
“Kayla Anastasia, you are beautiful. Just like your mother,” said Gun, who wanted to hold her daughter immediately, but could not because the baby was still covered in blood.
Then Gunawan approached his wife again. “You're great, Darling.”
Kiara smiled and cried. “Mas.”
“I love you, Kiara.”
Gun's hand was raised to wipe away the tears flowing at the end of Kiara's eyes and kiss the tip of her head.
Kiara's heart was very happy, as was her pleasure to be able to give birth to a child from the man she loved.
“I will always love you, too, Mom. Will never change.”
“Thank you, Darling.” Gunawan hugged his wife again with joy.
“Ah,” Kiara is silent and feels pain because the sensitive part is being acted on by the doctor.
The doctor sewed some parts in that place.
“Continue the chat, Sir. So that she does not feel pain. Just a little more done,” said the doctor who was under Kiara's legs that were open.
“Women in the cafe are nobody,” said Gun, while stroking Kiara's hair gently.
“You.”
“Iya, I heard everything you said when I was in a coma.” Gunawan again smiled right on Kiara's face. “That woman was my past. But now we have our own lives. And, we agreed on that, because I love you so much. I don't want to lose you and I want two more children from you.”
Kiara hit her husband's chest.
“Aww.” Gunawan who was still weak grimaced because of the punch.
“Sorry, Mom. Abis you're naughty. I just gave birth, I told you to have two more children.”
Gunawan also laughed, accompanied by the laughter of doctors and sisters in the room.
