"My future husband was unfaithful when my honor was questioned, as severe as the line of fate until I got the title of wife who was not touched,"
Gevanya Rianti is a Young Doctor, she has to swallow a bitter pill when she has to stand in the breast without a groom because her future husband, Loki Ardiansyah prefers to go with his affair.
Refal Argantara, a paralysed older brother of Loki, chooses to succeed Loki as Gevanya's husband, but who would have thought on their first night Gevanya get the fact that she was pregnant after the wedding that makes her a wife who is not touched.

"What's the condition of the father?" ask Mr. Ardan to Mr. Raden who has been awakened. "If you have improved, we better continue this marriage contract."
"But who will be the groom sir?" asked Mr. Raden with a limp face.
"My son Arga is ready to be a replacement for Loki, and this marriage contract must still be carried out," replied Mr. Ardan greeted by a nod from Bu Via his wife.
Gevanya and Arga in the corner of the room were silent, especially Gevanya who seemed to lose her ability to argue.
"You think I'd marry you? No!" Arga's voice made Gevanya look at him.
Gevanya does not know what to do and leave all the decisions that exist to both her parents and her prospective in-laws.
"If only you could make Loki not choose to go with his affair, I might not be a substitute husband for you" continued Arga upset.
Meanwhile, both Gevanya and Arga's parents have agreed they will marry Arga to Gevanya as a replacement for Loki.
Arga who was wearing a suit was immediately pushed by Bu Via to the living room to make a contract.
Now Gevanya and Arga sat before the ruler with Pak Raden as their marriage guardian, Pak Penghulu recited the prayer before starting the agreement and handed it over to Mr. Raden.
"Refal Argantara Bin Ardan Argantara, I married you and married my daughter, Gevanya Rianti Binti Raden Rianto, with a dowry a set of cash-paid prayer tools,"

Arga has not answered and just sweat shaking Mr. Raden's hand, all eyes were worried until finally Arga took a deep breath and said his sentence.

Arga moved the wheel of his wheelchair in front of Gevanya and looked at Gevanya sharply. "You know, a woman who is already pregnant with someone else but married to a non-father of that child should not be watered by someone married to her."

Assalamualaikum is just an explanation of the status of the Haram Touched Wife, so here the Author has researched by reading the opinion of WOMEN WHO ARE PREGNANT BY OTHERS MARRIED WITH NOT WHO OBSERVE IT IS POSSIBLE? well here are four opinions from four schools as follows.
According to Imam Shafi’i marrying pregnant women because with men who adulterate her or men who do not commit adultery is allowed and the marriage contract is valid without the requirement of repentance and giving birth before marriage, however, if the one who married her is not pregnant, it is forbidden to have sex until giving birth.
According to Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, his marriage was not valid unless he repented and gave birth before marriage. If both of them had a marriage without repentance then the marriage is not legal and canceled, until the two conditions above are met then the marriage can be held again.
This difference of opinion of Imam Madzhab is triggered by a different understanding in the third verse of the letter of An-Nur, while the two meet at one point of meeting, namely, about the nasab, inheritance, and marriage guardian. Whereas in the Islamic Law Compilation allows to marry a pregnant woman because of adultery without having to wait for the birth of the child.
Well here the Author prefers to follow the opinion of Imam Syafi'i that it is permissible to marry let alone get caught pregnant after the marriage contract, but the status is not touched until the Gevanya finished giving birth.
