THE MYSTERIOUS MAN

The ringing sound of incoming calls on his phone woke Riani from her sleep.

And when he saw it on the phone screen, Teddy's name was there.

He immediately picked up the phone.

"Don't you wake up? is your body better?" ask Teddy across there.

"Emmm...Yes Ted, I just woke up and now I'm better..." Riani replied with a hoarse voice because her dry throat, had not had time to drink when she woke up earlier.

"Are you awake because of my phone call Ai?"

"Ehem..." Replied Riani who was still half conscious.

"I'm sorry, if you're still sleepy go back to sleep"

"It's okay Ted, anyways I have to wake up, because I have an appointment with someone, there's something to take care of, especially later in the afternoon we have to attend the wedding reception Viola and Ethan..." Replied Riani who began to gradually awaken from the rest of her drowsiness.

"Okay, then what do you want for breakfast? let me bring it for you"

"No Ted, don't bother, you have breakfast first"

"Can't Ai, you have to have breakfast on time, so how about we have breakfast together, I bring food to your room how? I just happen to have something to talk to you about, too"

Riani had finished cleaning herself then she cleaned up her room until everything looked neat.

Riani immediately sat down and opened the box containing the porridge, at which time Teddy also opened the breakfast box.

"Do you want me to change the breakfast menu? let's try another menu and don't porridge anymore"

"Yes, you said that if you had business and an appointment with someone, when was that Ai?"

"Yes, after this I'm going to see Randi, there's something I want to talk to him about"

"Do I need to go with Ai?"

"No need Ted, I can go alone anyway, and now I'm going to go see him" Riani said after opening and reading a chat from Randi who was waiting for her at a restaurant near the resort.

Eventually the two of them came out of Riani's room and parted ways in the resort lobby.

Riani continued her steps out of the resort, she walked towards the restaurant near the resort where Randi was already waiting for her at that place.

"What would Riani eat and drink?" randi asked after Riani sat in front of him.

"I've had breakfast, I've had milk tea Ran, thanks"

"Good mom" Randi immediately ordered a drink for Riani.

"So have you told me that tomorrow I will stay at their house for the next two days?" riani asked while waiting for their order to come.

"It's gone, and they're so happy to hear this news"

"Thank God...I think it's been a lot of trouble for them"

"They were very happy because someone was accompanying them"

"But I was there for only two days Ran"

"It's okay, they're still happy..."

They stopped the conversation as the restaurant waiter came while carrying their order.

The waiter placed their order on the table and then kindly invited them to enjoy the dishes they ordered.

The two simply nodded and smiled while saying thank you.

They both enjoyed their food and drinks.

When Riani was sipping milk tea while looking at the scenery outside the restaurant, suddenly his eyes caught the figure of the man who was also staring intently at him who then the man immediately pointed his hand in the other direction.

Riani frowned while continuing to pay attention to the man.

"What's wrong, mbak?" randi asked surprised Riani and immediately turned his gaze to Randi.

"It's okay Ran, then should we bring some of my stuff to the deaf and dadong house first?" riani asked to divert the conversation, because she was afraid that Randi would read her letter.

To the figure of the mysterious man himself, although from a distance but Riani could clearly see his face, and Riani felt that face was very familiar to her, but who and where he met him he could not remember, and when he looked back at the place where the mysterious man was sitting there was no more.

"Maybe, what's a lot of mba stuff?" asked Randi, Riani's daydream once again.

"Maybe it's just my feeling Ran, let's go inside" said Riani inviting Randi to enter after she got in front of her room and opened the door.

"Good ma'am, excuse me..." Reply to Randi politely and immediately go inside.

After Riani and Randi entered and closed the door, from behind the corner of the room appeared a mysterious figure who had followed and watched the two of them, he had time to hide when Riani felt his presence before Riani looked back, so Riani did not see him.

With a mysterious smile, the figure left the place, looking back at Riani's room, he walked away until his shadow was not visible anymore.

In the room, Riani and Randi were busy cleaning up the items that Randi would bring, after finishing Randi immediately leave and leave Riani's room.

While Riani herself prefers to stay in her room, because she feels her body is not fit properly.
