Chapter 31

Rinjani and her children continue their journey to Grandpa Atmaja's house. He still felt a gurgle every time he looked towards Azzam. 

'O Allah, soften grandfather's heart. I hope he accepts my son. Eliminate the hatred in him, the collision of the love and affection of grandfather for my children and Mas Dewa.' 

In his heart Rinjani did not stop praying for the good of everyone. It has been 10 years or more even close to 11 years, he and his grandfather did not look directly at each other. There was a longing piling up in his heart for the old man.

It has been an hour since Rinjani left the food stall, now Grandpa Atmaja's house has been seen. A lot has changed in the luxury housing complex. The car carrying Rinjani's family stops at a high gate. The woman saw her grandfather's house was still the same as before. Even the color of the paint is not replaced.

A young man in a security uniform opened the gate. Rinjani does not know him, he suspects that the person is an employee who works after leaving the house.

"Mom, is this great-grandfather's house?" ask Aqilah while looking out the window of the car.

"Yes" replied Rinjani.

"Well, it's a big house" said Azzam who looked out the window of the car.

The garden is neatly arranged and there is a fountain pool. Tall trees lined up neatly.

"Mom, in the pond there must be a lot of fish, huh?" attar asked as he pointed towards the fountain pool.

"Yes, ada. Later you can see the fish that are there," replied Rinjani.

"Sir Azzam, we'll catch some fish there!" take Attar with joy.

Rinjani held back her laughter, as she knew that the pond contained ornamental fish, such as koi fish. She was also happy to catch fish there as a child and asked the chef to cook it for her.

The cries of both of them broke. The woman was crying in the arms of the grandfather. 

"I miss grandfather," said Rinjani accompanied by sobs.

"Grandfather also misses you very much" Grandpa Atmaja replied as he rubbed Rinjani's back as he used to do to his granddaughter.

The three children got out of the car and stood quietly behind their mother. Atmaja's grandfather who saw that, directly outlining the embrace of his grandson, now his attention is directed to the three children Rinjani.

Meanwhile, Bagaskara, who was relaxing in his house while playing his cellphone, was surprised by the sound of his mother suddenly opening the door to the room. The old woman looked very tired of her breath.

"What's wrong?" bagaskara asked as she turned her gaze towards the door.

"You know who Mama met?" ask Mama Adira back.

The man was trying to guess who this man who had met his mother was. However, there was no picture of the person who had made this woman who was already pregnant herself to be in such a hurry.

"I don't know, Ma" replied Bagaskara.

"Rinjani! Mama met the woman with her three children" continued Mama Adira.

"What's? Where did Mama meet them?" asked Bagaskara impatiently.

"So, at the food stall on the side of the road. And did you know that Dewa, Rinjani's husband is dead" Mama Adira told her son. The woman did not know that Bagaskara had managed to find the idol of his heart, even several times they met and talked.
