At the hospital Juan did the registration first by bringing a letter of referral to the doctor who was headed.

"Gwen!" juan was shocked. "Juan" said Gwen. "Where's Helana?" juan asked the same surprised Gwen was in Helena's apartment which made her suspicions even stronger.

"Ep..Helena I don't know Juan. I came there but when I fell asleep Helena was not there" replied Gwen fearfully. "Don't lie to you, Gwen, don't try to hide it again" Juan threatened.

"I really don't know Juan" Gwen touched on Helena's whereabouts somewhere. Juan searched Helena's apartment and saw her closet empty.

"S**h!" upset Juan.
