When leaving for work Saira suddenly felt dizzy, in Saira's car just leaning on the car seat.

Saira in the office still feels dizzy and nauseous.

"Now I'm getting dizzy and nauseous, when before I didn't feel this way, did I start to feel the effects of my pregnancy" Saira murmured.
