Juan was not calm during the operation, seen from Juan pacing back and forth in front of the operating room.

"Juan can you calm down a little" exclaimed the dizzy mama who saw Juan could not be silent. "I'm very worried about Saira mah" Juan said unsettledly. "We're all worried, too, brother, but we need to calm down. We just pray that the operation is smooth" said mamah.

Finally Juan sat in the waiting chair, though his heart was still not calm.

Meanwhile Yura is driven home by Rey. Yura felt awkward and confused still thinking about the puzzle of what happened and what was seen before, until the car that Yura was riding with Rey had arrived in front of Yura's house, there's not a single word they're talking about in the car. Just a thank you Yura who was brought home by her boss.

"Thank you so much Rey has driven me home" Yura said lowered her head after getting out of the car. "Yes" Rey answered briefly and Rey's car immediately left Yura.

"Adrian Sely told you not to go to work today?" ask Rey. "Yes, this morning Sely called that she was not at work going to the hospital, complaining of pain in her stomach" explained Adrian.

"You didn't see him" Rey asked. "Rey, Sely just entered the hospital one day later we also can not because today there is an event to meet clients" said Adrian. Rey just kept quiet made Adrian suspicious.

"Rey, you're not going to give me the same job anymore right" Adrian already has a bad feeling. "You seem to have a mind with me Adrian" Rey smiles simark. "Rey, don't be like that Rey, this client wants to see you in person" persuaded Adrian to have Rey cancel his intention.

"Adrian please put me down here" Rey ordered. But Adrian didn't budge. "Of Adrian stop quickly, I need a minute" Rey pinta. Adrian pulls his car to the side of the road, dropping Rey off. Adrian could only sigh.

"Hmm, Rey must be the tip of the tip like this. I'm the one who finished the job" Adrian grumbled then continued his car.

Rey took a taxi to Sely's hospital in the hospital. When he arrived at the hospital, Rey went straight to the information section asking Sely's room to be treated. Before finding Sely's room, Rey does not expect to see the woman who will fall down from behind and hurriedly Rey catches the woman. And how shocked the woman he helped was Saira.

From inside came the sound of a baby crying so loud. Juan saw the operating room lights are no longer on indicating the operation has been completed.

"Mom, mother is the voice of the baby" Juan looked at Mama Sinta and Rani's mother, they smiled. The doctor came out of the operating room.

"Dok, how's my wife and son?" Juan couldn't wait to see his wife and son. "Sir, congratulations your son has been born safe and sound." the doctor paused. " Then my wife how's doc?"

"The wife of the father has not been awakened because it is still the influence of drugs" said the doctor who handles Saira. "The father's son is being cleaned first by the nurse and the father's wife will be moved to the recovery room first before being transferred to the treatment room" explained the doctor.

" Juan, you set your son up first" exclaimed mamah. "Well, ma'am" Juan complained right next to the baby's ear, and the baby was returned to the nurse because it was still being observed in the nursery, waiting for his mother to wake up.

Saira was already in the treatment room. Juan and Mom entered the room where Saira was. Juan held Saira's hand waiting for Saira to wake up. "Honey, thank you for giving birth to our baby, our baby boy is very handsome" said Juan continues to kiss Saira's hand.

Saira started to open her eyes slowly. The thing that he felt was that his entire body was weak when Saira would move immediately felt that there was pain in his stomach.

"Aw" Saira complained of pain. "Honey, don't move much first you run out of surgery still hurts the former operation" Juan explained.

Saira was still not fully aware still recalling the previous incident she smiled in light of her delivery.

"Where's my baby?" the first thing Saira asked. "There is a pity that is in the nursery, soon brought here" said Juan. "Saira, congratulations dear you are great to have given birth to a beautiful granddaughter" said mamah stroking Saira's hair.

Saira did not say much until the nurse came to bring her baby and gave her to Saira to start breastfeeding newborns with the initiation process of early breastfeeding (IMD). The nurse brings the baby closer to Saira's body first before she starts breastfeeding.
