“Bang Zayn's. I don't understand what you're saying.” Zara then turned her face away.
“Humm, turtle in boat.” Zayn flat.
“Iya, yes. There is.” Zara confessed. “But I don't care about him.” Further.
“Then do you think I care about Doctor Nana?”
“Not really.” Answer Zara. “Bang Zayn, how can you know about Bang Arfa?”
“Uncle who told me.”
“Oh, I think you know him.”
“What's wrong? Is he in trouble?” Zayn found out.
“He was weird. He kept bothering me, he said I helped him when I was a kid. Though nothing, I have absolutely no memory of him.” Zara spoke at length.
Zayn approached Zara and touched her forehead.
“The heat has gone down. Worth talking so smoothly.” Zayn.
“Hmmm.” Zara sighed and then rolled her eyeballs. “Bang Zayn, thank you so much for helping me and defending me.” Her speech.
“Sama-sama.” Answer Zayn. “About that President named Arfa, I will help you if you need my help.” Further.
“Iya.”
“Now you rest. I still have to check the passions in another room.”
“Iya.” Sahut Zara is short.
After that Zayn left Zara alone in her room.
Nana kept watching Zayn's room. As soon as he saw Zayn out of his room. He rushed over to attack Zara.
“Kreakk..” Door opens.
“What's left?” Ask Zara while looking.
Zara widened her eyes because what came was not Zayn.
“You.” Zara.
“Iya, i.” Nana's law is not happy. “I want to know what your name is? How can you marry Zayn?” Nana asked harshly.
Zara did not answer.
“Jawab me!!” Nana Jerky.
“My name is Zara, Doctor.” Zara replied because she was lazy to argue. “I and Bang Zayn are betrothed by our parents.” Further.
“Hahahahaa, turned out to be betrothed.” Nana was satisfied. “That means you're just like me, not getting love from Zayn. Hahaha.” Nana is happy because it turns out Zayn's heart has not been owned by anyone.
“Not getting love, not not getting.” Zara corrected.
Nana's speechless. Then looked at Zara sharply.
“Will I make sure you don't have that chance.” Nana said cynically. “I'm sure, until now you must have never slept with him.” Nana sneers.
“Bed extension is a sensitive thing, should not be discussed with outsiders.” Answer Zara.

A few minutes ago there was a female nurse who saw Nana enter Doctor Zayn's room. Because he was afraid of another fight, he immediately went to find Doctor Zayn.
After that Doctor Zayn rushed over and listened to their conversation from outside.

Zara in her room was getting sleepy.
The afternoon after Zayn's practice hours ended. He went back to the apartment with Zara.

“Still feeling weak. I'm hungry, Bang. Hospital food earlier I couldn't afford to spend.”

After ordering a meal online for Zara. Zayn went into his room to take a shower and changed his clothes.
Zara lay on the sofa waiting for the courier to deliver Zayn's order.

One week has passed, Arthur contacted Rizky.
Rizky's phone is ringing.
“Halo.” Rizky.
“Master, I've got some information about that woman.”
“Oh. Tell me.” Pinta Rizky's.
“After I asked some neighbors, they said that there lived two twin brothers. The older brother is Arini, the younger brother is Arumi. They are identical twins. Very difficult to distinguish through body shape, face and even voice. What makes them distinguishable is their nature and style. Arumi is a gentle woman and wears a hijab. While Arini free hair and also rough.” Arthur told me a long story.

“That neighbor said, Arumi is married and lives with her husband. While Arini has been a month more never returned to the contract. They also don't know for sure where Arini went.” Answer Arthur.

After that the call ended.
Rizky called Amir's number.
“Amir, any news about Arumi.” Rizky said after Amir answered the call.
“Really?” Amir sumringah's.
“Iya.”
Then Rizky recounts all the yany was told by Arthur.
“That means I've married Arini, not Arumi.” Said the upset Amir.
“Abang also thinks so. Because your brother often told Brother that Arumi's attitude was rude to him and Zara.”
“Really? Why don't I know?”
“Sorry, we did keep it a secret from you because we thought Arumi was such a brute. So, we understand it.”
“Arrgghh... I was so upset to hear it.” Amir clenched his hands. “But where is the real Arumi? I want to divorce Arini immediately and pick up Arumi.” Further.
“You must be patient first, Mir. Lest he suspect our movement.” Pinta Rizky's. “For him not to harm Arumi anymore.”
