Just A Professional Relationship

Just A Professional Relationship
Episode Twelve

Juna remained silent for a while in the same place. Holding his head which was starting to feel hot. Everything that happened was completely beyond his prediction. Something she most did not want to experience. Even though he should know what the risk is if he chooses to play with fire.

Mala looked agitated, yet still held some vexation. His feelings also felt terrible. Seeing the reaction of Juna who was still trying to catch up to Nadin, made him jealous. He was convinced that the man had completely moved his heart to her.

“This is what you want?” mala said, as she walked closer. “I've warned you so many times, why haven't you told her yet?! When do you want me to hide like this?”

“Mala, please. We discuss this later,” said Juna slowly.

“Egoist basis!”

She walked quickly to the elevator full of emotion. Leaving behind Juna who turned around and headed into the room. He slammed the door very hard. Wreaked his frustration on that innocent thing.

For a few hours, he tried to calm himself down in the silence. Sitting on a sofa, looking up at the night sky through its wide windows. Trying to close your eyes means calming down. But, it was the face of—ful disappointment Nadin who appeared in his head.

Juna himself was confused by how he felt. His chest was tight, and he was filled with frustration. Even he himself wondered, what exactly did he want? All this time he always thought about something long before acting. He always chose the path he considered the best. Is this even the best for him? Juna himself could not answer that question.

Nadin woke up with a painful head, and the swollen eyes were also hot. His body felt sore, because it turned out that he was asleep on the floor. For a while, he seemed to have forgotten what happened last night. But after that, one by one the memories of—turbating— began to appear. Make her eyes go back to tears.

Nadin got up, sat leaning by the bed. Moved with his head in line. Everything that happened was really like a long nightmare—also felt real.

Last night, I don't know how long he sobbed in Axel's arms. He even forgot how to get Axel to deliver it until he could return to the apartment. Nadin realized that he was still wearing the clothes he was wearing yesterday. Only his shoes had slipped off, and were lying by the door.

Nadin glanced towards the wall clock that was almost pointing to the number twelve. Tyo was definitely looking for him. But, he was too afraid to approach his cell phone that was silent on the bed. As a result, he continued to stare at the thing blankly for a while.

Eventually, the thirst forced him to rise. Nadin stepped over with a sip towards the kitchen to sip a glass of water. Then wash his muddled face in the sink. He barely knew who the woman in the mirror was. Pale-faced, swollen eyelids, and with a blackish tint at the bottom.

‘You sure you're okay by yourself? If you need a storymate, call me anytime. I'm ready whenever you need help. Anyway, whatever happens, call me, okay!’

A shadow appeared within his head. The face of Axel's worries that kept him talking—though he did not respond. Nadin even remembered that he seemed to ignore Axel and went straight into the apartment— like a robot that almost ran out of batteries.

Nadin took a deep breath. He felt guilty for Axel. So, at least he'll just inform Tyo, and Axel today, he thought. So, he ventured to grab the phone, and opened the chat app in it.

As it turns out, there are dozens of misscalled from Tyo, five from Juna. None of Axel. The brunette just sent me a series of messages. 'Hpku is on 24 hours. So you are free to contact me at any time', he wrote.

Nadin typed a message for Tyo. He said he was not feeling well, and asked for permission to have his schedule vacated for the next few days.

Nadin sees an incoming message from Juna, but is afraid to open it. So, he chose to ignore it.

Nadin had just put his phone down, but it was vibrating. Tyo's name is on his screen.

“Halo, Bang,” said Nadin limply.

“Jeez, Nadin!! I almost sent the police to your apartment. You okay?”

“Just not feeling well, Bang.”

“You want me to take you to the doctor?”

“No need, Bang. I want a break, by myself.”

“Don't forget to eat, take medicine! Just rest until you get well. I'll reset all your schedules.”

“If need anything, directly phone me yes!”

After the phone was disconnected, inexplicably the sadness came back from the heart. Nadin was grateful that there were still people watching him. But, it actually makes it even sadder, because all this time who did it was Juna. And maybe all of that will be gone for good, Nadin thought.

The woman also sniffled. Slowly began to roar, showing how poignant and tight he felt at the moment. It felt like he wanted to gouge out his heart from inside his chest. So that he did not need to feel the pain that really bothered him.

Since morning, Juna did not stop checking his unrequited messages. Not even read. At least it made him unable to focus on working today.

Juna asked for permission to go home early. Cancel his work, only to go to Athens. I hope to see Nadin there. But of course he didn't get what he was looking for. Tyo tells her that Nadin is sick and will rest some heart. He asks Juna to see Nadin at his apartment.

The man immediately walked down the corridor, intending to go and head for Nadin's residence. However, he completely forgot that there were people hunting him. Stepping before him with a hateful look.

“Ngapain lo here?”

The sudden appearance of Axel makes Juna's steps stop. He intended not to care and continued walking, just that the corridor was too small—so there was no way Axel could be passed without a fight.

“You yourself have any business to my place yesterday?”

“Huh,” Axel grunts. “Please hint from God to expose someone's rot.”

“Wah... You're the one who concluded too soon.”

“Am I not wrong? What can be inferred from the person who made fun of the same girl who is not her boyfriend.”

“What were you doing with someone else's girlfriend last night?”

“Lo pinter says yes apparently.”

“Best ways to deal with someone like you. Just have muscle. But brains? No.”

“Less aja..”

“I'll only warn you this once. Stop interfering in the lives of others. Or your career will be ruined.”

Juna is far superior when it comes to regulating emotions. Axel can be hooked easily. Until he decided to beat up Juna who was unmoved in his place. Until the man toppled over, crashing into a large flower pot that was instantly smashed to pieces on the floor.

The noise managed to steal the attention of some people who were nearby. Fortunately Ramos came first, before Axel attacked Juna with increasingly brutal. Somehow Juna didn't seem to be trying to fight back. Only his resignation was struck by Axel's fist, which was definitely painful.

“Axel! Enough!” Ramos ran and pulled Axel's body.

Ve and Bintang had just arrived, and had fallen silent in shock. Some staff began to appear, they helped Juna who looked injured— without knowing what had just happened.

“Gue kill lo, Dog!” snapped Axel, before Ramos pulled him— towards the room where they used to train.

For a while before leaving, Ramos had a glance towards Juna— who was sitting on the floor with his head lowered. Although thin, but he could catch the lips of the man who was slightly on his back. It left a mystery in his mind.

Ramos gives Axel the wet towel he uses to cover his face. Several times he snarled while clenching his hands. Not satisfied with beating his enemy. Anyone who saw Axel, would definitely feel fear. Even the other Hybrid members no one dared to approach.

Not so with Ramos. What he saw was not someone who was filled with anger, but a man who was crying roared.
