Just A Professional Relationship

Just A Professional Relationship
Episode Fourteen

For a while, the entire studio was suddenly silent, even though the live show was still going on. Even the cameramen were silent, confused as to what to do.

Nadin tried to hold back the sadness, calm down, but he just sobbed. Though his lips were forced with all his might to keep smiling.

The presenter did not know what to do. On the one hand he was worried because he thought Nadin had become like that after getting a question from him.

Only Juna remained calm. He looked at Nadin—entah while thinking about what, then clasped the hand of the girlfriend. Start whispering something that I don't know.

“Sorry yes, today Nadin's condition is not healthy. In fact, he forced himself to come over because he did not want to disappoint you all. Though he is still not healthy,” explained Juna.

The audience in the studio began to rumble. From what it looked, it seemed like they had managed to be convinced by those words. Some stroked his chest, his forehead shriveling, staring with an anxious look.

“Okay, my goodness. At once moved because Nadin so did not want us to be disappointed, until martial came here.”

Nadin still smiled with tears that did not stop melting. But still not able to speak.

While Juna, began to successfully control the situation. Still holding Nadin's hand, he continued chatting with the presenter. “Let me who answered the question earlier represent Nadin,” he said.

“If asked to have imagined or not, of course ever. And it made me think I would never do it. Because in the shadows alone, I felt tremendous pain. Especially if we have to be completely separated. I personally won't let that happen.”

“Aww...” exclamation the audience almost simultaneously. They were completely fooled by the figure of the man before him.

“I was really moved, you heard. I can't believe there are still men like Juna.”

“Actually the good bad relationship is not produced from the personality of one party only. If for example there is a woman who is loyal, but the man is the opposite, it will be in vain, right? All of that happened at a time when both sides were defending each other. Complement each other with their shortcomings, and understand each other with the similarities they have.”

“Wah, I totally agree with the words just now.”

The last few minutes of the filming session, missed because Nadin felt his head empty. His mind had already flown far out of nowhere. The voices were all around, only caught as a rumble within his ears.

At the same time, Axel who was with Ramos in a cafe, watched the show that was played on television— which was in the place. Of course he was shocked to death to see Nadin who suddenly cried in the middle of a live broadcast. But not as surprised as others because he already knows the reason that makes the woman can be like that.

Axel can still be patient, thinking there is nothing he can do to save Nadin from there. But his sense of regret became more and more so every time he heard the babbling coming out of Juna's mouth.

He suddenly got up from sitting with his hands clenched. Then he left Ramos, surprised for the second time.

Of course Ramos did not stay silent. He will not let his partner do a stupid— that could get him kicked out of management.

Axel had not had time to reach where his car was parked, Ramos first stopped him. “Don't be rash, Xel,” he said.

“Who can stand to see him like that, Brother?”

“Nadin must be fine.”

“What is a blind Brother? People cry like it's said okay?” snapped Axel. With hunting breath.

Axel knew Ramos' words were true. He will only enlarge the existing problems, and add to the burden of Nadin.

Finally, he gave up and undo the intention—by forced. His sense of regret was vented by punching the glass of his car, until it was slightly scratched.

“There must be a better way,” added Ramos again, while patting Axel's shoulder several times. After everything that happened, he was certainly curious about the problems that exist. But, he felt he had no right to ask and mix it up. So, he just meant to wait, until Axel himself would open up to him. At least, Ramos will be more careful to pay attention to Axel, so that he does not need to be involved in too big a problem.

After the camera was turned off, Juna immediately told the entire crew to take Nadin home. Everyone welcomed and said farewell with hospitality. After that, they began to rumble questioning what happened to Nadin.

Juna walked while embracing Nadin's shoulder which continued to fall limp. They said nothing along the way to the lobby. It seems that Nadin was still not fully aware, and could only be silent.

“Let me take you home,” said Juna.

The man's voice instantly restored Nadin's consciousness. He even stepped back, to let go of Juna's embrace. “No need,” said it was cold.

“You till when did you dodge?”

Nadin's eyes grew sharper. He felt annoyed at Juna's tone as if he sounded blaming him. Everything happened because of what he did. I want Nadin to shout, if only I don't remember many people around.

“Why is it like only you can hide? Why am I not?”

Juna exhaled loudly. “I want to talk about everything with you.”

Those creepy words made Nadin instantly close his ears. Without answering anything, he began to step away. However, Juna immediately chased after and gripped his arm. “Nadin, please.”.

“Gak.”

From behind, Tyo came closer and held Juna's arm. Asking the man to release his grip from Nadin's arm.

Tyo did not know what was happening, which he was clearly convinced there was something to the relationship of the two people. “Thank you for today, Juna. But let me take Nadin home today,” he said gently as usual. "There's something I need to discuss about Nadin's next schedule."

After Juna let go of her hand, Tyo grabbed Nadin and took him away. Not talking about anything until they're in the car.

Tyo did not immediately start his car, he sat down while staring at Nadin who was still bowed sadly. “I'm always there whenever you need a friend to tell a story,” he said, which was immediately replied with a cry.

Nadin covered his face with both palms, then lowered his head almost attached to the dashboard of the car. It sounded clearer and louder. “Kak... Pain...” he said stammering. “My heart... My chest.. Sickness... Stiffness...”.

For years knowing Nadin, Tyo had never seen him like that. Of course, several times Nadin experienced events that made him anxious and sad. But this time, Tyo witnessed a woman who was crying not because she was sad, but disappointed by something— that he could not ask directly.

In the middle of the silence of the basement, Nadin's roar incarnated into a song that sank. Accompanied by a voice that suddenly turned gray. As if also defending the condolences of the feeling of emptiness that felt.

Rain fell, removing the cloudiness that slowly disappeared. However, Nadin never knew, are tears the same as the water that fell from the sky? Is after this all the pain can be washed away by her tears? Or rather, it was the badai who would come to greet him after this. Braved himself who tried hard to survive alone— mercilessly.
