Ch 23: Mysterious Man
After the prayer, Ahmad threw himself into bed and hoped that tomorrow morning he could find some answers from Widya.
After deciding the call, Maria felt a sense of worry for Ahmad, and felt that Ahmad was sad and thought about many things. But Mary continued to convince herself that she should not interfere too much.

Sunday began with a clear morning, Mary was getting ready to go to church. Put on a neat dress and make up, then prepare everything before leaving.

The church that Mary was going to, was not far from where she lived. It only takes 15 minutes to walk.
"You're going to Mar's Church?" ask one of the neighbors who was sitting with their children on the porch
"Yes mother, come, " answered Mary softly.
While walking towards the Church, Maria felt some men by the roadside looking at her strangely and continued to look at her. He felt uncomfortable, but tried to be alert and not look at them.

another 15 minutes of worship began and there was already a crowd of people coming inside.
Maria had left the church service in Bandung because of bad events that happened to her, and this was the first time Maria came to worship at the Church, since that day.

Maria simply nodded and immediately entered the Church. He started looking around to find an empty seat.
Inside the church looks a little spacious with the pulpit in the middle, then the musical performers on the side and the congregation pews made of teak wood and polished smooth.
Each bench can be filled up to 4 people and there are 6 shaff rows of benches and 10 benches in each shaff.
Maria then walked towards the 4th bench from the front in the row to the left of the entrance. He sat down and greeted the 2 parents husband/wife who were next to him.
Last time was 08:15 and the service began. Praises, prayers and sermons are taking place in the Church.
Worship takes 2 hours from the opening prayer to the closing prayer before the service is finished. For a moment, he turned to Mary who was being approached by other congregations, especially mothers who greeted and shook hands with Mary.
