Day 27: Bully

{ Flashback }

(When Maria was in 2nd grade Junior High School in Bandung)

"Is it better not to go to school, son?" gently ask Mama to Maria while relaxing in the living room.

"Sir, Maria is fine" replied Maria softly while playing with her sister Tania.

Papa was busy watching the news on TV.

"What if we all go to tourist attractions, while refreshing" said Mama suddenly

"Where's ma?" ask Mary to be curious.

"Hm.. Mama look for it first. Want that nature" said Mama.

"Papa agrees" said Papa who was happy to hear Mama's proposal.

Everyone smiled happily, seeing Papa who was serious watching TV suddenly playing agreed. Mary wants this happiness to last forever.

"We take Sisca with Nek Aisyah?" ask Mary spirit

"Surely it is." answered Mama smiling.

Next day

Mary went to school as usual. He is determined to stay and will try his hardest to prove Rudi's rottenness.

Upon entering the class, there were cynical gazes from all his friends. Maria sat on the very back bench and alone and no one asked her to chat at all.

The lesson goes on as usual. Maria is calm and focused on learning. But his classmates could not let Maria calm down.

During the lesson, Maria got a lot of paper throws from every corner of the class. The papers all read Jal**ng.

Sadly none of the Masters stood up and protected Mary. As if, they had commemorated Rudi's father who was a Donor at the School not to help and ignore Mary.

Maria just turned her head up for a while and went to wash her head in the bathroom. Seeing Mary's indifferent expression, the disciples looked annoyed and angry.

Sisca was furious and wanted to avenge those brats. But Mary prevented it.

"Nothing will change, how strong we are against them" said Maria who cleaned her hair in the bathroom.

"But can't if gini keeps Mar. When are you gonna get?" said Sisca who had lost her patience

"I'm silent, it doesn't mean I lose. You must have realized that even Master did nothing about this incident" added Maria

Sisca was silent.

"There comes a time, when all is revealed and Rudi will get his payback." added Maria who dries her hair.

"I don't care, with those stupid kids who bully me. They are all just pebbles in front of my road. My goal is still Rudi" said Maria staring at Sisca.

During school, Maria always gets bullyan either verbally or even physically. Foolish women who call themselves Rudi fans and guys who claim to be men but bully women.

The other disciples were confused by Mary's increasingly rigid attitude and seemed completely unencumbered. Mary kept walking upright no matter what food or drink was thrown into her body.

When one day, Maria came to the cafeteria and saw Rudi with his friends joking in one corner of the canteen. Not far from there, Anjani also served in Canteen.

The bustling atmosphere became quiet as Maria stared intently at Rudi. Slowly, Maria walked closer to Rudi with a flat face. Sisca just looked at it from behind.

"Your laugh will turn into a cry, when the time has come" said Maria put her hand on the table in front of Rudi and his friends.

"Oops.. Sorry, accidentally" Maria nudged the drinking water and spilled it into Rudi's uniform.

Rudi tried to hold back the anger because he wanted to maintain his good reputation. The unexpected muttering of the students, the once quiet Maria was now a formidable woman.

Anjani laughed at this incident. He is still worried, with video evidence of Rudi and his driver taking Maria to an empty house.

Maria then walked away from Rudi firmly and boldly.
