Love Among Family Hostility

Love Among Family Hostility
Photo on nightstand

A middle-aged man in a palace house was reading a book with glasses on his face while sitting on the sofa in one of the rooms. Rama was silent to spend time alone in the room without the company of anyone including Meethila. The man asked his wife not to be in the room and annoyed her who was tired of being preoccupied with files and documents all day. Not to mention there were some problems in the company or his personal problems.

Every human being deserves to have a rest to relax from this tiring world, including Rama as well. The man in white shirt with cream shorts was immersed in his activity of reading books.

Rama did like to read books long ago, especially if there is free time, Rama will fill it by reading books. But different from his son. Vishnu is very anti with books and reading, even to read the rules alone he is lazy even though he can, it is said to read books, it is one of the impossible things for a Vishnu Son of Aksanta.

Sometimes Rama had thought why Vishnu could be so lazy to study and read books. Though Rama was diligent people, although not too smart but Rama was diligent.

Rama closed his book after the clock showed 8 o'clock. Rama pinched his temple while closing his eyes, resting his eyes which were almost two hours glued to the book.

Rama opened his eyes slowly. Her Iris hazel could immediately see a painting of red and white roses hanging beautifully in the corner of the room. Rama got up, without taking his eyes off the painting, Rama approached the place where the painting was hung. Rama's wrinkled hands felt a beautiful painting by Sinta.

The painting was given by Sinta on Rama's 20th birthday. Simple gifts and simple parties from Sinta can be one of the most beautiful birthday celebrations in Rama's life. On that day Sinta fought hard to prepare a surprise for Rama. Although only a small event in the park, with a mat as a base and a small cake made to complement but it was more than enough to make Rama happy. On that day Rama thought that the relationship he and Sinta would end happily and lead to marriage and a happy life with some children.

Much planning that Rama has designed with Sinta. Like, after marriage later they will live in their own home without the presence of parents. Run a peaceful marriage and talk when coming home from work. Play and joke together, and a little bother their baby. However, wishful thinking will remain wishful thinking if destiny does not allow it to become reality.

Rama was happy until he was this broken now. Running a life without Sinta, only having one child and that too the dissident child. Rama's life has been full of loneliness ever since he ended his relationship with Sinta. Actually Rama did not want to end his relationship with Sinta at that time, but seeing how Sinta just silently let the man kiss his cheek made Rama's anger uncontrollable. Which husband accepts his wife playing friendly behind him. Rama thought after he divorced from Sinta, the woman's life would be ruined but in fact Sinta's life was fine. He married Arjuna and had a child.

Rama should not remember all of this. Things in the past should not be remembered anymore. Rama threw away his vision from the painting but it led Rama to see a picture of Sinta with a small frame. The photo of Sinta that Rama took during their wedding. Sinta who wears a white wedding dress, is not too fancy because they married secretly in a religious court without the knowledge of parents.

If Rama asks permission from his parents, he will definitely get rejection and great anger, as well as Sinta who fled with Rama to live together in a small village. Given how their two families are hostile like crazy, making the relationship of Rama and Sinta get opposites everywhere.

Therefore running marriage is the option of Rama and Sinta to be together for a long time. But unfortunately a thousand dear, all their efforts ended in vain. When Rama's parents and Sinta's parents find out the whereabouts of their two children. Quickly both parents Rama and Sinta followed the newlyweds' newlywed residence for three months.

Can Rama say, the arrival of their parents is the beginning of the destruction of the relationship between Rama and Sinta. But on that day also Rama knew the rottenness of Sinta all this time. Rama thought, Sinta does not hate him like her parents hate Rama. But Rama is wrong, Sinta makes the man fall in love only for revenge and destroy Rama's life.

"Mas." Rama's attention was distracted when the sound of knocking on the door was heard in the ear.

"Lake in."

The open door of the room featured a woman wearing green pajamas. Meethila again closed their doors but not tightly, she preferred to approach Rama.

"Mas, what's wrong with you?" meethila asked as soon as she saw that Rama's eyes began to turn red.

Rama did not reply he just kept staring at the photo of Sinta on the nightstand. Meethila followed Rama's gaze, and for the umpteenth time she felt a deep pain. The photo of the woman again, the photo of the woman that made Rama spend more time looking at her than looking at Meethila who was clearly in front of her. For the umpteenth time, because of the same photo Meethila felt that she lost the game that she did not even know how she won it.

"Udah, I don't look at him anymore, there's me." Meethila tries to shift Rama's attention to focus on her and forgets Sinta. Sinta's photo had been in the room for years with Rama but Meethila still felt pain every time her eyes looked at the photo even though it was just a glance.

"I miss him, Meet." Can not be denied Meethila, Rama often mentions about Sinta on him.

"Mas lupain he can, I'm there for you" Meethila replied.

"I can't meet, if I could take a picture it wouldn't be here right now."

"Mas, yes." Meethila stroked Rama's arm.

"I'd like to spare him by marrying you, Meet. But I realize I hurt myself and hurt you too." Meethila can say that this time Rama's speech was right. He hurt Meethila.

"Mas, let's go to bed, yeah" asked Meethila.

Rama says he's coming with Meethila to his bed. But before Rama lay down on the bed there was a message going into his cell phone. Rama took his cell phone checking what message was sent to him.

Rama's mood is instantly damaged when he finds out that the message came from Arjuna. The man that Rama really hated to send him messages, even though the message was only a short message about the business but still Rama did not like it.

"Damn." Rama slammed the box on a nightstand that was nearby.

The sound of falling objects stopped Vishnu's movement for a moment. The man who walked through Rama's room, looking at the door of Rama's room opened slightly. Very rare things happen in this house.

Vishnu paid no heed to what was happening in Rama's room. Until there was a sentence that required the man to stay here longer.

"Arjuna Dirgantara, I hate him." Vishnu slightly gasped to hear Rama say that word.

"I would never have thought that his descendants would be able to match my descendants, the traitor."

Vishnu retreated a few steps away from Rama's room. The sentence he heard from Rama just now seemed to destroy all the planning that Vishnu had designed. Rama did not want the descendants of the Aerospace family to be with his descendants while he liked Eleena instead.

Ah yes, Vishnu remembered, the girl did not tell her full name when she met Rama. Yes, Vishnu still has hope to avoid Rama's matchmaking. Dating Eleena—the girl Rama likes and keeping the girl's identity a secret from Rama for the common good.
