Chapter 44 - Refusing to Be Fouled With Alvan

Dayna finished having breakfast with her parents.

"Papa's not coming to the office today, going to the hospital with your mom. Go with who?" ask Darrell.

"I'll just take a cab, Pa."

"Alvan's not coming?" ask Nayna.

Dayna looked at the clock on her phone and then sniffed her shoulder.

"How about we take Dayna to the office first?" nayna.

"It's not necessary, Ma, Pa. You guys just go to the hospital, you don't have to worry about me." Dayna.

"Sir the driver is on leave, if not you are with him alone," Darrell said.

"If Papa lets me drive a car, I'd rather, instead" Dayna said.

"You can't drive a car by yourself" Darrell bans.

"Oh my goodness, Pa. Your daughter will be twenty-three years old, still banned from driving a car" Dayna said.

"For Papa, you are still our little princess. Don't deny the order" said Nayna.

"All right," said Dayna.

Both of Dayna's parents first went to the hospital, standing by waiting for an online taxi.

Before long a car stopped in front of the gate, Dayna rushed in.

Dayna noticed her phone had no messages or calls from Alvan.

"Tumben once, he didn't come to pick me up," Dayna said.

Half an hour later, Dayna arrived at the office. Do the work as usual.

Lunch, contact Bryan but his cousin said there was business outside the office.

After filling her stomach, Dayna called her mother.

"Hello, Ma.

"What do doctors say about your health?"

"Focus on work, soon Papa you will go to the office" said Nayna.

"Yes, Ma."

"See you at home, baby."

"Yes, Ma." Dayna hung up.

Dayna continued to work on her duties, clockwork showing at 3 p.m. He asked his secretary for permission to return home early.

The man also agreed.

Dayna did not go home but went to Cafe Melodi.

Alone, Dayna enjoys a warm cup of coffee. While enjoying the music played by some people.

A man sitting in front of Dayna threw a smile.

"Sir Rafael!"

"Only alone?" tanyakanya.

"Yes, Brother."

"Can I be with you?"

Dayna smiled and nodded.

The two also talked to each other.

2 Hours later, Rafael drives Dayna home.

Upon arrival, Rafael helps Dayna open the safety belt to make the girl's heart beat fast.

"Thank you, Brother." Dayna said nervously.

Rafael smiled with a smile.

After Rafael's car left, Dayna turned her body about to step into the house.

"Oh, so now with her?"

"Why not call me?" ask Alvan again.

"I just don't want to bother you," Dayna answered past her son Alpha's body.

Alvan followed Dayna's steps, "You're my responsibility now!"

Dayna stopped and looked. "Are you who I am? No lover, not even a husband."

"I'll propose to you soon, Day."

Dayna looked surprised, her forehead wrinkled.

"They've set us up" Alvan said.

"Don't make jokes!" Dayna said cynically.

"I'm serious, Day!"

"Go home, I don't want to be disturbed today!"

"All right, I'm going home. Excuse me!" Alvan rushed away.

"There's no way Papa's going to match me up with him, like no other young man," he murmured.

The night after eating, Dayna ventured to ask her parents who were enjoying a relaxing time in the television room.

"Pa, Ma, I want to talk" Dayna said.

"Please!" said Darrell.

"Is it true that Papa and Mama set me up with Alvan?" ask Dayna.

"Gosh, why can't the boy keep the tongue?" chirps Nayna.

"You really want to...."

"Yes, we did want to match you up with Alvan" Darrell said.

"Why should I be betrothed, Pa?" dayna protests.

"All of us leave it to you, if you're not a match to say what," Darrell replied casually.

"Pa, because Alvan was always after me" Dayna said.

"Good dong, if the men always chase the woman," said Nayna.

"But I don't like it, Ma."

"Mama and Papa used to not like each other, over time and always chat we finally fell in love continued married. Isn't that right, my husband?" Nayna looked lovingly at Darrell's face.

"Oh, sure!" Darrell touched his wife's cheek.

"We're different, Pa, Ma."

"Yes, Son. Alvan is a good man, you deserve him" Darrell said.

"All right, then. Papa will talk to Alvan to find another girl" Darrell said.

"What's more beautiful, smarter and kind" Nayna said.

"It's up to Mama and Papa to find what kind of mate she is," Dayna said then passed.

Nayna and Darrell looked at each other and smiled.

In the room, Dayna's phone rings with Elra's name. Hurry up, he answered, "Hello!"

"Where is it?"

"At home."

"Not coming out tonight?"

"No, it's lazy again."

"We're going home, yeah." Elra asked permission.

"You what?"

"Chat, Brother!"

"Yes, come here!"

Phone calls were cut off.

It wasn't until 30 minutes that some of Dayna's cousins came along like Elra, Bryan, Ryder and Hanan.

They sat and talked on the balcony. Without alcohol because each parent does not like their children to violate the norm.

"Sister Alvan wasn't rabbed?" ask Elra.

"Alvan was busy" Hanan replied.

"Busy what?" ask Ryder.

"Okay, I don't know either." Answer Hanan again.

"We call Dennis, yuk!" bryan.

"It looks like they're asleep" Dayna said.

"Just try, it's been a long time since I've talked to him" Bryan said.

Elra contacted him with a video call, soon connected and answered.

"What are you calling Dennis?" ask Hana.

Elra smiled smirked.

"We'd like to have a chat with Dennis, brother." Answer Dayna.

"You're interrupting both of us!" suhut Dennis from behind Hana.

"Sorry, Brother. We just miss you guys!" Dayna.

"Come here, Kayla's here!" said Dennis.

"Kayla's there, why don't you tell me?" ask Elra.

His cousin's eyes were all directed at him.

Because in view, Elra gasgas gave an excuse, "I mean that if she told me, I would definitely come along."

"They came in an impromptu way because of being contacted by your brother who was so panicked by my condition" Dennis said.

"Son Dennis is sick again?" ask Dayna.

"Yes, a few days ago" replied Dennis.

"Oh" said Dayna briefly.

"When are you here?" ask Hana.

"Later we'll call, brother." Answer Bryan.

"We look forward to your arrival here!"

"Ready, Brother!" dayna, Elra and Bryan said.
