It has been almost two weeks since the incident between Aldi and Nilam occurred. Nilam was with Alex all the time. And for now, Nilam doesn't really have a problem with dividing time between Alex and Lila because luckily Lila is returning to her hometown. Lila certainly will not always be with Nilam throughout her life and Nilam also has to endure who faces Lila's contemptuous attitude towards Alex and Alex's hatred towards Lila as well.

The situation was quite complicated for Nilam, but not as complicated as the situation he had with Aldi.

The night after Aldi forcefully kisses her and bites her lips, Nilam tries his best not to confront Aldi and prefers to spend his free time with Alex. It doesn't solve any problems between them, however, because they still live together in the same house and they always seem to meet each other.

Nilam kept thinking about all that and his mind became so chaotic. Suddenly a cup of coffee stood before him then he realized that it was given by Alex with a seemingly blank facial expression staring at him.

"Al's.... Alex.." - Alex..." Nilam.

"You don't look good, so I brought you a cup of coffee." Said Alex.

"Oh, thank you Alex." Reply Nilam.

"What's your real problem? You've been absent for a few days." Say Alex again.

'My problem?' think Nilam.

Nilam's life is always filled with problems, but things get worse when he realizes he is in a relationship that he does not want and coupled with the presence of Aldi.

"I can't say anything right now. Everything's so fucked up in my life."

"Oh is that still about you and Aldi?" Ask Alex.

"Yes, let alone." Reply to Nilam sadly.

But Alex just sighed as if it was all nothing.

"I really don't understand your problem. You actually love Aldi. So why don't you tell him what's really going on behind your marriage?"

The reality is something that Nilam would very much like to say to Aldi or even to the whole world. But he felt his chin held very tightly, his hands tied and his mouth covered with a duct tape that was so unable to make him talk. He felt that his entire life and his family were bound by a rope controlled by a demonic figure who ordered him to do so.

"I. I. I can't." Reply Nilam held his clothes very tightly.

"And I guess, you still can't tell me why." Said Alex.

"I'm sorry Alex." Nilam.

"It's okay. I'll wait until the day you can trust me completely and then you can tell me about your worries. Who knows if I might be able to help you." Said Alex.

"That's my only wish Alex." Nilam.

Alex can only expect the same. He only hopes to help Nilam solve the problems he has been facing in his life and also his happiness. Nilam really had a problem that he could not tell others. Nilam continued to survive alone. It was all as if someone was treating him and forcing him to distance himself from happiness. But the real question is who and why?

"Oh shit! I'm so exhausted and we still have to work with this tough design." Say Alex and sit on a chair next to Nilam.

"Actually the design is not too complicated, only the client is a little choosy." Nilam.

"A little voter what? Nah! They're so annoying, and I just want to kick them." Alex said in a voice that sounded so upset but his annoyance even made Nilam feel funny and laugh.

Nilam had a beautiful smile on his face that Aldi could not ignore who kept seeing Nilam from his room through CCTV connected to his laptop.

Aldi immediately closed his laptop as Ruben spoke behind him. Aldi was also so fascinated with Nilam's smile that he did not realize that Ruben was standing behind him.

"What are you doing, Ruben?" Aldi.

"I should be the one to ask you that question. What the hell are you doing? Are you spying on your stepmom....?"

Ruben instantly stopped his words as he looked at the deadly gaze from Aldi. He had almost forgotten that Aldi hated others reminding him of his current status. So with the aim of changing the awkward situation, Ruben coughed slowly to change the topic of their conversation.

"Alright, I've already done your request for another party." Reuben.

"Oh yeah, how's that?" Ask Aldi.

"I've arranged a meeting with them....."

"And I want you to be able to talk about everything else with my secretary and I'll see you later." Said Aldi interrupting Ruben's speech.

"Alright, that sounds good." Reuben.

Aldi then retrieved some of the files that were on top of his desk. He looks like someone who works so hard. But in reality, he was just trying to escape the reality he was facing.

He worked so hard as if he wanted to get Nilam out of his mind.

Everything was going well until he was done. But everything changes when he accidentally meets Nilam in the office lobby.

"Alright Alex. See you tomorrow."

Once again Aldi heard Nilam talking on a mobile phone with the same Alex and that same smile was like someone who met the nicest person in his life. Aldi hated knowing where he was not the one who made Nilam smile, but someone else who remained he did not know his identity. At that time Aldi was very anxious to ignore the employees passing by, and he wanted to directly approach Nilam and take the phone from Nilam's hand.

Aldi almost did it but a woman with the scent of her familiar perfume pierced Aldi's nose and the woman's body immediately pressed Aldi's body so close and tight that Aldi could not release his body from the that lady.

"Aldis.... I'm so happy to see you."

"Sa... Sarah.... What are you doing here?" Aldi said and he almost pushed Sarah away from her body.

But his eyes were staring at Nilam who suddenly stopped talking through his cell phone and seemed to be looking towards them with a surprised face.

"I miss you so much Aldi. What about you, do you miss me too?"

At that time Aldi could have pushed Sarah, but the expression he saw on Nilam's face made him think of something evil.

"Of course I miss you so much." Said Aldi and it did not end with that.

Aldi seemed to hold Sarah very tightly in his arms and he was so sure that Nilam was staring at the two of them.

"That sounds really great. What if you buy me lunch?" Said Sarah who was feeling happy and approached towards Aldi.

"Of course, as you wish." Reply Aldi.

Nilam felt that his heart was about to fall down and split into pieces. He couldn't stand there and look at all that much longer. He then walked away full of anger. But no one could tell how hurt he was with what he had just seen before him.
