"It is only a second to think about you when morning comes, but from today the smile on my face will last all day and certainly without your shadow again. Good morning." Good morning."

In a different style than usual Adam got into the car and as usual he was about to leave for the hospital. Today he has left one before leaving. It was staring at the photo of Nazhwa as if it was his encouragement.

Well, since last night Adam has decided to move on from Nazhwa and start the day without thinking about the woman again. His meeting with Nazhwa yesterday was enough to make him realize that we should not be too hopeful for our fellow human beings. If what we have designed in advance is not in accordance with what we expect then do not blame anyone but yourself.

The streets of the capital are not strung from the crowds of vehicles passing by. However, today there is no traffic jam that causes Adam to arrive late at the hospital as he experienced yesterday.

The cry of Doctor Heni stopped Adam's steps, he immediately turned to the origin of the voice.

"What's wrong?" Adam asked after Heni's doctor was in his presence.

"Dam, my phone's off, while now I have to call my patient to remind him if today's his control schedule. He often forgets."

"Then?"

"Well, I'm gonna borrow your cell phone, Dam."

"Well," Adam reached into his pants pocket and took the phone and gave it to Dr. Heni. "You wear it first, then when you're done, deliver it to my room."

Doctor Heni just nodded while typing the digit of the number that was about to be on his phone.

Adam went to his room at the same time as Heni's doctor called his patient.

"Assalamu aleikum,"

"Waalaikum salam."

"Nazhwa, it's Doctor Heni. My phone died so I used my friend's phone. I just want to remind you that today's your control schedule."

"All right, I'll wait."

The phone connection was cut off, Heni doctor went to Adam's room to return his phone.

Meanwhile Nazhwa who had just kept his phone on the nightstand after getting a phone call from his personal doctor, he immediately approached Andre who was putting a tie in front of the mirror.

Nazhwa immediately took over putting up his husband's tie, Andre just kept quiet because he didn't want to argue this early.

Their faces were very close together and Andre frowned when he noticed Nazhwa's face looked pale white. And Andre knew it wasn't because of the powder Nazhwa was wearing because he knew his wife hadn't had a bath.

Andre tried to remember again, I don't know how many times he found Nazhwa's face that looked pale, and this time he could see it clearly because their distance was too close.

"If you are not feeling well do not have to cook, just order from the outside. For my lunch, let Nanda order it." Said Andre who made his wife was immediately raised his face staring at him.

Nazhwa smiled, "Get Mas ready." Nazhwa said, pointing to the sofa with a dining box adjacent to her husband's briefcase.

"Huh?" Andre was a little surprised, when Nazhwa made provisions for him, after all Nazhwa was still lying on the bed until he finished bathing. Therefore he thought Nazhwa was not feeling well what else his face looked pale.

"So I prepared it while Mas was in the shower." Said Nazhwa who seemed to know Andre's surprise.

After finishing pairing her husband's tie, Nazhwa walked towards the sofa to pick up a briefcase and lunchbox for Andre.

"Oh yeah, Mom, I'm gonna go see me later." Nazhwa's permission while giving Andre's lunchbox and briefcase.

Nazhwa asked for permission despite knowing Andre would not take matters into account wherever he wanted to go. And seeing that her husband did not respond at all to her permission sentence, Andre just walked out of the room after taking his lunchbox and briefcase from Nazhwa's hands without saying a word, and then he said it, at least say goodbye or let him kiss hands as a married couple does in general when the husband is about to go to work. The wife kisses the back of her husband's hand, as well as the husband kisses his wife's forehead while chanting friendly sentences before leaving for work.

If only, then again Nazhwa can only say Andre can do it all. Nazhwa smiled to himself. Sometimes he thinks what to make a wife if only to be treated like this.

After hearing the roar of Andre's car engine that had left the courtyard of the house, Nazhwa immediately prepared to leave for the hospital. Today there will be another examination of the development of his disease, but Nazhwa knows that his results will certainly not be satisfactory because he himself can feel various sensations of complaints that he feels in his body. But he was also proud of himself for being able to withstand the complaints caused by his illness and not to show anyone if he was sick. Including to Andre once who not only lived under one roof, but also slept on the same bed.

After finishing preparing, Nazhwa took his medical records which he hid in the closet for fear that at any time Andre found him if he kept them in the closet. After that, Nazhwa rushed to the hospital. Not to forget also he sent a message to the secretary Nanda, telling her secretary if today she will go to the hospital for control. As secretary Nanda once said if he should always tell her every time he wants to go to the hospital. Well, let's just say it was a bribe so that Nanda's secretary wouldn't tell Andre about his illness. Nazhwa also did not understand why the girl was so kind to him, even diligently reporting about whatever Andre was doing.

Nazhwa chuckles, so he feels he has a private spy to stalk his husband even though Nazhwa knows Andre will not do anything out there. It's just that he didn't understand why his husband was acting cold and indifferent to him. Even impressed not to care at all.

Shortly thereafter, Nazhwa arrived at the hospital.
