CHAPTER 5. Cold War But Open.

Nawa hated Dianty. And vice versa. Dianty also hated her stepson. But if the company's problems, they will cooperate well even though secretly dropping each other.

Since Nawa's father died a few years ago, the position of company leader has been taken over by Dianty. And the woman keeps trying to drive Nawa out of the company. While Nawa tried desperately to protect his position as the rightful heir of Samudera Jaya Group founded by his grandfather.

“Why did Mom call me?”  Ask Nawa later. He was trying to be casual and ordinary.

“Nawa, do you know about the resort being developed by Barra? How about you take over the project? You'll know that Barra is less experienced than you.” Dianty started his plan.

“But didn't the project fail?” Ask Nawa. “Aaaaah, so Mom wants me to be the victim for the loss caused by Mom's son?”

“I just feel affectionate. Because trillions of funds have already been poured in. At least, we should get another half of that fund.”

“If from the beginning I knew Barra wouldn't be taking care of this project, why do you still approve it?”

“You will know that I can at least refuse my beloved son's request.” Answer Dianty.

“If you keep acting like that, it won't be long for this company to be destroyed, Bu.”

Dianty smiled even more because now Nawa ate the bait that she had spread. “Aahh, it can't be, right? Well then, you can't let this company crumble, right?” Said Dianty by bringing his face closer to Nawa with a triumphant smile.

Nawa could only sigh. He only realized that he had been completely lured by Dianty.

“If this company is destroyed, how will I face my husband and in-laws later? Though they have worked hard to raise this company so that it is now. They will definitely be very disappointed.” Lirih Dianty is back. He looked on Nawa's pity face, but with the tip of his lips rising.

“Then Mother can hand over Mother's position to me. I guess it's time for Mom to retire and rest comfortably in Mom's villa. And I don't have to worry because I'll send you big money every week.” Reply Nawa.

“What?!” This time Dianty who seems to have been offended by Nawa's words. “Hahahaahahhaaa Nawa, Nawa. You're not strong enough to sit in this position. You still need a lot of experience. So, you can take care of this problem to add to your experience.”

If only the one beside him was a man, maybe Nawa had raised her fist. But he had to hold back his emotions at the moment. Not because Dianty was a woman who made Nawa hold back, but because she could repay him with another terrible thing if she did that. Nawa did not want to lose her position at the company, as Dianty's support was strong.

For now, Nawa had to hold back as much as possible.

“Alright, I'll take care of this resort problem. But if I succeed the resort it will be mine personally and Mom should not touch it at all.”

Dianty thought about Nawa's terms. He tapped his finger on the handle of the sofa he was sitting on.

Actually Dianty would not agree to it. For the purpose he asked Nawa to take care of it to return the losses that had already occurred. But that's fine, right now he can let Nawa do as she pleases. He can take the resort later and give it to Barra.

“Oke.” Said Dianty later.

Nawa was almost out of the couch, but it wasn't because Dianty still had something to talk about.

“Nawa, do you want me to introduce you to a girl? You're old enough to get married. I'll find you a good girl to be your wife.”

“Ahhh, you know they're still like kids. I've been letting you alone for too long. I'll find you a future wife.” Dianty insisted. It forces even with a subtle tone.

Want Nawa to argue because she knows what Mother is planning. The woman will definitely look for the woman she can control to keep an eye on Nawa.

“Who knows, once you get married, you will be closer to the position of CEO.”

Dianty's offer this time sounded tantalizing.

Dianty smiled triumphantly again. He was happy because Nawa could still control him completely.

After there was nothing else to talk about, Nawa retreated and walked out of the room with an expressionless face to return to her room.

Arriving inside her room, Nawa punches the sofa to channel her frustration. He felt very angry. He wanted to fight but his position was not strong enough to fight Dianty.

“You've made an appointment with Anoda?” Ask Nawa to Yoham.

“Iya, Sir. I've asked my acquaintance for help. They asked to wait for the next information. They'll call us later. But sir, does it matter if you meet Gayuta? If Anoda is already in contact with the person who wants to eliminate you, it means he is the most dangerous man for you at this time.”

“But we have no other choice, right? I have to uncover who wants to eliminate me. And I'll eliminate him before he eliminates me. Our only lead we have right now is Anoda. So I have to ask them directly. Although that means this is a suicide mission.”

“But Tuan...” Yoham was worried about his master.

“It's okay. I'll be fine. I'm not sure Anoda will kill me right away, am I?” Nawa understood about the worry Yoham felt.
