Marrying a Handsome-Faced Devil

Marrying a Handsome-Faced Devil
CHAPTERS 80. The Truth is, Time Can't Heal Wounds.

And though time passed, but Anis' heart could not recover. Remain crumpled like four years ago. Even the tiny face that was whining before him was only able to make half his heart back intact.

“Ma! Listen no?!” screeched the extremely handsome-looking boy before him. The little boy who was about 3 years old kept tugging at Anis's sleeves.

“Gail, don't be. Your mom is tired.”

“But I want ice cream, Uncle.”

“Come, with Uncle only. Uncle interrupts ice cream.” Suta Rayu.

“Maaaa...” whine Gail.

“Gail darling. Go with Uncle Suta. My mom is tired. Mama will wait here ya.”

“No with Uncle Suta. Gail wants to be with Mama.”

“Gail...” The voice of Anis calls her son's name.

“Yes already if Mama is tired. I bought it myself.” Grunts Gail is upset.

Anis and Suta looked at each other. Then he spread his gaze toward the not-so-crowded surroundings.

Today, Anis and Suta take Gail for a walk around the Old City just to please the boy.

Anis looked towards the ice cream seller who was not too far away from them and felt it would be safe to let Gail go buy her own ice cream. because the boy did not want to be brought between by Suta.

“Mama says Gail has to study independently. Uncle Suta doesn't need to deliver Gail. Gail could go by herself.” firmly ocah it before the nyeloyor left just like that after receiving fifty thousand sheets from Anis.

Anis and Suta compactly looked at each other and smiled. Looking towards Gail ran over and stopped at the ice cream vendor.

“Pak, buy the ice cream one.” Gail's message to the seller.

The ice cream seller was serving other buyers. Around it was a crowd of small children who also wanted to buy ice cream.

“Pak buy ice cream!” gail shouted because she felt the seller's father was not listening to her. He extended the fifty thousand he held to give to the seller.

But alas, the money was released when someone urged him from behind. The little boy almost fell down and fell on the floor.

Fortunately, a man with black eyes immediately caught him

“Aduh!” pekik Gail's. He felt his body stuck in someone's burly arm. He immediately got up and stood up as before. He looked at the man in black glasses closely.

“Thanks, Uncle.” He said while nodding his head.

The man smiled. “Sama-sama. Do you want to buy ice cream?”

Gail nodded her head. “But my money has disappeared somewhere.” Adu Gail's.

“It's okay. Let me treat you.”

“Why?” ask Gail for wonder. He was taught by his mother if he could not immediately accept the offer of a stranger.

“Kok why?”

“Why would Uncle buy me ice cream? Uncle doesn't know me.”

The man smiled. “Hemh. Do I have to know you just to buy you ice cream?”

Gail nodded.

“Hahahahah. You're so smart.” The man stroked the top of Gail's head. But Gail immediately turned her head when she got two touches.

“Then, just think of this as an introduction from me. Come.”

Slowly, Gail felt a melt as well. He waited for the queue while the man bought him ice cream.

“This, for you.”

Gail accepted it with pleasure. “Thanks, handsome Uncle. By the way my name is, Gail.”

The man smiled back. He nodded and looked at Gail's face from behind his glasses.

“Good.”

“Until we meet again, Gail.”

Gail immediately ran and went back to her mother. Anis and Suta turned to the boy who had just sat down with them.

“How long was it? Where's the change?”tagih Anise.

“Oh, my money is gone, Ma.” Gail was without feeling guilty. He continued to lick the ice cream that started to melt in his hand.

“Lost? Why can it be lost?”

“So fell out of nowhere.”

“Keep how did you pay for that ice cream?”

“So there's a good-looking Uncle who bought me this.” Gail stared at the ice cream vendor.

At first glance, Anis frowned as she looked at the side of Yoham's face which was walking away from the ice cream seller.

“Yoham?” lirih Anise. He immediately got up and looked straight ahead.

“Yoham? Where?” Suta immediately followed Anis's line of sight but saw no one.

“I'm sure it was Yoham.”

“Maybe you saw it wrong. I'm with Yoham now in LA. There's no way she's here.”

Anis sighed for a moment. Then sit back.

Really, he was sure it was Joham.

Remembering Yoham, his mind automatically remembered Nawa. The pain re-emerged in his heart. The longing that was growing more and more peaked and hardened like a rock, making his chest even more tight.

He turned his gaze to the tiny man who seemed very similar to his father. Yes, Gail's face is very similar to Nawa's. The nose, eyes, mouth, even forehead, closely resembles Nawa. Staring at Gail's face fixed, that's how Anis eroded longing for the man she loved.

Until it was felt, his eyes began to water and Gail noticed it.

“Ma? Why is mom crying?”

Gail's question surprised Anis. He immediately blinked his eyes to force re-enter the arimata that had almost spilled.

“Mama didn't cry. Just a flickering. Is Gail satisfied with playing? Can we go home now?”

Gail nodded. He stuffed the last piece of ice cream corn into his mouth.

“Come, we go home.” Invite later.

Before moving on, Suta cleans Gail's mouth and hands with her handkerchief. After that, they walked to the car.

In the car, Gail falls asleep in the arms of Anis. It seems like the boy was tired from playing with Suta for a long time.

Along the way, Anis was more silent. He looked out the window more. And his fikrian was imagining a longing that might never be poured out again.

“What are you thinking, Nis?”

Suta's question made Anis turn to the man who was focusing on driving.

“Rindu.” Anis replied after returning to the highway.

Getting the answer, making Suta could not find the right discussion anymore. Because when he began to ask about ‘indu’ felt by Anis, it was the same as deliberately scraping a gaping wound in the heart of the woman.

“Do you want to buy something first before going home?”

“No. We go straight home.”

The conversation stopped there. Suta was giving time to Anis to suppress his longing back. He knew, well, how hard Anis struggled to strengthen herself for Gail. Trying to forget his pain all along.

Even after a few years passed, Anis was still drowning in her own pain.it seemed that no one could help her, not even Suta.
