Tommy's Decision

Tommy and Lana spend their nights telling each other about themselves. Tommy didn't feel like their conversation would be so much fun. Time passed quickly and they did not notice it. Tommy invites Lana to go to the room so they can rest.

Lana feels clumsy when her body is close to Tommy's body. The girl wondered if she would be able to sleep next to Tommy later.

Tommy is looking around for new toiletries and brushing teeth for Lana to use. Tommy allows Lana to clean herself in the bathroom and she cleans the bed. Not long after Lana had finished her bath, Tommy allowed the girl to rest. The room light is dimmed and the AC has been tuned to a room temperature that is comfortable enough that the girl will not get cold.

Lana lay in bed, thinking if she could fall asleep. But due to exhaustion, even before Tommy returned from the bathroom, the girl was already asleep. Tommy came out of the bathroom, he heard a regular breathing sound. The girl is asleep! A faint smile fell on her thin lips. The man sat down and looked at the sleeping girl peacefully beside him while drying his hair with a towel.

Lana's words were ringing in her head. The girl did not want to divorce because of the norms she believed in. Divorce is hated by God! Tommy also believes in those words, therefore, he does not want to deal with divorce cases. For Tommy, divorce cases, most do not end well. There is always a party who sues, blames, cheats or the injured party.

For Tommy the wedding is sacred! Marriage without love but commitment. Will just commitment be enough of a foundation in marriage? Tomorrow I have to stop by and talk to Dave! break up Tommy in the heart.

That day he was quite tired as well, putting a wet towel in the laundry basket. Combed with her hair that had dried, then Tommy joined Lana who had fallen asleep. Tommy opened his eyes and saw Lana already wearing the white dress that the girl was wearing yesterday.

"Where are you going?"

"I have to go. I forgot that today I had a meeting with AW!"

"I'll take you!" answer Tommy who has woken up.

"No need! I told my driver to pick me up. He's in the car park!" lana said in a hurry.

"Then, be careful and do not get tired. Remember your content is still strong. I'll call you later!" tell Tommy gently to Lana.

The girl was not used to Tommy's attention. Previously the man had always insinuated or avoided her. Lana was enjoying the attention of the man.

Tommy remembers that yesterday he told Lana the address of his apartment. The man became a little worried considering that the girl was pregnant with her child. But he has no right to prevent Lana from working. Tommy finally just drove Lana to his car safely. The man was afraid that a journalist would follow them yesterday.

Moments after that, Tommy was still struggling in the kitchen to drink his coffee. He took his cell phone and he called Dave.

"Bro, how's Fiona doing?"

"It's improving. The doctor said in a few days, if Fiona's condition is like this, Fiona has been allowed to return home. I've also got a housekeeper to help me take care of Fiona and help with homework!"

"Then, I'll stop by later after work. There are some things I want to discuss with you!"

"Okay. I'll be waiting for you. Bring food! I'm tired of the food in the hospital cafeteria!"

Tommy turned off the phone and went to work. A lot of work was delayed because of the Fiona stabbing and Lana's yesterday. He must not waste time, he must also complete abandoned works.

Tommy had been working from morning non-stop. He did not realize the time had passed quickly. If his stomach hadn't rebelled, he would still be struggling with the report files. This morning, the man did not have time for breakfast. His stomach rang repeatedly. Tommy took his breath, looking at the clock on his desk. The clock shows at two o'clock in the afternoon. Tommy shuts down his laptop and takes his car keys. He would go eat at a restaurant in a shopping mall near the office.

In the shopping center there is a restaurant that serves food buffet. So Tommy didn't have to wait for his food to be cooked again. Once there, Tommy rushes to get his food and devours it quickly so he can return to work. After his stomach was crowded with satiety, Tommy decided he would take a short walk in the shopping center. Suddenly he stopped at a jewelry store.

I'm still not sure about marrying Lana, but there's no harm if I look around first. Siaoa knows something looks good! tommy's inner being stood up and stared at the festive display.

Tommy finally got into the store. Looking at the several rings carefully, there were several rings that caught his attention.

"May I see this ring?" ask Tommy to the shopkeeper.

"A good choice, sir. This diamond solitaire ring. The carat is 1 carat. There is a GIA certificate that is recognized worldwide and the clarity of this diamond is F!"

The shopkeeper mentioned the price of the ring. A not so embarrassing price to propose to a girl of Lana's class, Tommy thought. Tommy decided to buy it, but when he was about to pay, his eyes caught a pair of plain white wedding rings with unbroken carvings. Very unique. Tommy thinks Lana's big finger and the end may indeed be both rings are destined for the girl. Fitting size! Tommy paid for it and went back to the office.

Having found a ring to propose to Lana, Tommy solidifies his heart. He decides to propose to Lana and will notify Fiona and Dave later that afternoon after work.
