MISS THE NO MAN

MISS THE NO MAN
Won't Screw You Again

One week after her return from Jakarta, Karina began to be busy looking for work. He has submitted several cover letters to several companies and his job application was responded by one of the private banks and leasing companies.

Karina pulled over her motorbike when she heard the incoming message notification on her phone. He immediately opened his phone, because he was waiting for an answer from a leasing company that promised to give news today.

" Brother Gilang?" Karina's eyes sparkled, it seemed like the message from Gilang was more valuable than the response of the leasing company on the job application letter he was waiting for.

Karina quickly opened the message from Gilang.

" Ashiramalaikum, Rin. Not busy this afternoon? I'm gonna take you out to lunch."

While developing a smile Karina replies to the message from the man she likes

" Waalaikumsalam, Brother. I'm not in Jakarta, brother. I've been in Cirebon this week."

No more than a minute Karina's message was sent and Gilang made a phone call.

" Hello, Brother ..." Karina greeted Gilang first.

" Where are you?" tanya Gilang said Karina's greeting.

" I was just at the market helping Mama for a second, sister." Karina retaliated.

" You're going home to Cirebon? Temporary or ...."

" I resigned from Brother Dirga's place." Karina cut Gilang's speech.

" why? Isn't a career in a big company like Angkasa Raya that is coveted by many people?" ask Gilang.

" I'm not free there, brother. Must obey what Brother Dirga ordered." Karina reasoned.

" What was it because of my invitation yesterday?" Gilang guessed that his invitation a few days ago to take Karina was one of the reasons Karina quit her job.

" One of them" Karina said honestly.

" I'm sorry if my invitation yesterday has caused you trouble with your sister-in-law." Gilang felt very sorry.

" Kak Gilang does not need to apologize, it is not the fault of Brother. I think Kak Dirga has gone too far to forbid me to be close to Kak Gilang."

" I think your sister-in-law has a reason why you're not close to me."

" Once, Brother. Don't talk about Dirga's sister." Karina still felt annoyed by the attitude of her sister-in-law.

" What is your activity now? Looking for another job?"

" Yes, Brother. There are private banks and leasing companies that respond to my application here" Karina said.

" Thank God they responded well."

" Yes, Brother."

" Yes, I hung up the phone first. Next time I call you again."

" Okay, Brother."

" Look after your health, don't wander off at night."

Karina chuckled at Gilang's advice. He felt happy because he felt so attentive.

" Ready, Brother."

" Occar ...."

" Neylorda."

Karina ended her phone call with a big smile on her lips. Getting attention from a Gilang is like getting a lottery that makes his heart excited not a braid.

Just now Karina finished her bath when suddenly the bell rang. Karina hurriedly put on her mama's negligee stacked on the top iron she had just ironed since the day before Shahuh, then rushed towards the living room to see who came to visit this early in the morning.

Karina stared at the screen of the monitor connected with the cctv camera. And his eyes were perfectly rounded when he found out that Gilang was the one who had stood in front of the gate this morning.

" Oh my God, Brother Gilang?" Karina immediately ran into the living room. He opened the door and poked his head at the door and then shouted

" Sister, wait a minute, yeah!"

Karina went back inside without waiting for an answer from Gilang. Karina immediately changed her clothes, she combed her hair then tied it into a ponytail and swept her lips with a bit of lipbalm. Not to forget he protected the perfume on the neck and also the inside of the elbows and armrests. After Karina felt quite okay she then went out of the house.

" Sorry old, brother. I just finished taking a shower" Karina said as she opened the gate of her house. " Sister is here? When's coming?" continued.

" Overnight."

" Get in, Brother." Karina invites Gilang to enter her mother's house.

" Sister Gilang want me to make coffee?" Karina offered.

" May, black coffee only," said Gilang.

" Ready, Brother. Wait a minute, yeah!" Karina rushed to the kitchen and made coffee and toast for Gilang.

" This, Brother. The bread was still warm. Brother hasn't had breakfast, has he?" After a few minutes Karina then reappeared in front of Gilang with a cup of coffee and two catches of toast.

" Yes, that's why I'm here for food." Gilang joked with the end of the ruckus at the end of his sentence.

Karina blinked at the small laughter and jokes that Gilang threw. For a long time he had never seen that from Gilang. And this time she got back from the guy she liked and it made her heart cool.

" Why are you daydreaming?" The voice of Gilang again resuscitated Karina who had been stunned for a while.

" That's okay, brother. I'm just glad to see Gilang kidding again like before" Karina told the truth.

" I know, what Ms. Rania has done makes Kak Gilang's attitude turn cold all this time towards me." Karina said softly.

" Don't talk about it, yeah!" pinta Gilang's.

" I'm sorry, Brother." Karina directly lowered her face.

" There's nothing to forgive, you're not wrong."

Gilang's words made Karina lift back her face and now her gaze was centered on Gilang's handsome face.

" I'm the one who should be sorry for treating you so badly after my engagement and your sister's broke down. I apologize in particular for my attitude towards the incident at the time. When I almost did what I shouldn't have done. I'm sorry for that, Rin."

The rush of heat that attacked the area around his eyes made Karina's eyeballs instantly dewy until finally the clear liquid dripped on Karina's cheeks.

" I'm sorry to make you sad." Gilang then walked over and sat down next to Karina and wiped Karina's tears with her thumb.

" What I did must have hurt you so much, huh?" ask Gilang.

Karina shook her head. " I, I just felt completely devoid of self-esteem at that moment, Brother. I'm ashamed." Karina just sobbed by covering her face with both hands.

" I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done such insolence to you. My heartache back then really wanted me to vent that moment against you. I had intended to retaliate by destroying you that night. But fortunately I was still able to control common sense and destroy the evil intentions that appeared back then." Gilang realized his mistake.

" You must hate me so much" he continued.

Karina shook her head quickly.

" I never hated Brother because I knew Gilang was good. For me forever, Gilang is a good man. And that was evident when Brother finally helped me from a bad-tempered person to me a few weeks ago."

" The next time you're tired, don't go to nightlife, it's not good for a girl like you." Gilang stroked the head of Karina.

" It's all because of Brother!" Karina immediately poked her lips.

" I?" Gilang pointed at himself.

" Yes, because I'm jealous of Big Brother's way with another woman but Brother Gilang ignored me." Karina sulks.

" Another woman?"

" Yes, who met at the restaurant."

Gilang chuckled, "I've told you he's just an old friend."

" That's when I found out he was an old friend or Kaka's girlfriend." Karina frowned as she folded her hands in front of her chest.

" yes, deh. I promise I won't ignore you anymore."

Karina again blinked at hearing Gilang's words.

" Seriously, Brother?"

" Yes." Yeah."

" Thank you, Brother." Karina reflexively hugged Gilang for a while to vent her happiness. " Eh, sorry, Brother." Karina immediately broke her embrace but Gilang's hand first touched and pulled Karina's nape to make Karina's face close to her face. For a moment the two of them looked at each other so closely. Admiring the perfection of the face in front of each of them until finally their heartbeats were irregular when finally Gilang put his lips to Karina's lips gave a gentle kiss to the woman who was quickly reciprocated by Karina with the same hand action.
