Mom, Why Am I Different?
Chapter 6
While Niko was sitting pensively in the living room, the housekeeper suddenly came with a cup of coffee and tea for Niko and her guests. Seeing the arrival of her housekeeper comes Niko starts asking about who the guests are looking for her today. Hearing the answer of her housekeeper Niko was shocked.
"The guests have gone home Den," asked Mbok when he was in the living room.
"Who came looking for me?" niko asked her assistant.
"If his name is not wrong Rani," replied the mbok while remembering.
"Rani, what's he coming here for," Niko's inner self daydreamed.
"Den, this coffee will be put here or I take it to the kitchen," asked Mbok to make Niko surprised.
"Oh the coffee just put it here Mbok," replied Niko with surprise.
After Luna recovered, I decided to go back to the village. And decided to forget all the events that have happened so far. After giving understanding to Luna, we set out.
"Honey, tomorrow we go back to the village, yes" I said while holding Luna's shoulder.
"What Mom?" ask Luna who did not hear her words.
"Tomorrow we go back to the village, yes" I said, shouting in his ear.
"Then Dad how," asked Luna who immediately made me speechless.
"Luna, you can't go home with us" I replied, holding my little daughter's body.
"Why Ma'am, are you angry with Luna for not being able to hear clearly," asked Luna curiously.
"No son, I still have work to do, but I promise you that when the job is done he will pick us up in the village" I said with a smile.
The next day I was getting ready to go to the village. Suddenly the sound of a car stopped in front of my rented house. At first I thought it was a trip that would take me and Luna.
"Luna! Come on, the trip is coming" I shouted to Luna who was still in the room.
"Yes Ma'am," Luna replied as she ran up to me.
"Dad!" luna shouted as I started to open the door.
"Luna, here hug Dad," Niko said as she crouched down in front of Luna.
Hearing the words of Luna's father immediately ran to hug Niko. Seen a longing so great from the embrace of Luna and Niko. Without feeling, I began to shed my tears.
"Dad, today Luna is the same mother wants to go home to the village," said Luna while releasing her embrace.
"Oh yes," Niko replied while slightly surprised.
"Luna here, honey," I ordered while slightly shouting.
"What's wrong, ma'am" asked Luna while looking at my face.
"You go in first, yes, I want to talk to Dad" I told Luna.
Luna went into her room and closed the door. I also asked Mas Niko to enter the house and let him sit on a wooden chair that already looks porous eaten by age. I started explaining to Mas Niko about our marriage.
"I hope you will take care of our divorce papers carefully" I said, giving a brown envelope to the man in front of me.
"No, no, until I'm not going to divorce you, '" he said, throwing the envelope on the floor.
"You don't be selfish Mas, let me and Luna be happy without you," I replied in an annoyed tone.
"I, you said I separated you from Luna! It was precisely you who left us many years ago and now you say I separated you," I replied standing up.
"But at least let me make amends 5 years ago to you guys" he said, holding my hand.
"Redeeming mistakes, with what? What with remaining your wife, while you already have another wife," I asked while releasing Mas Niko's hand.
"I promise to be fair to you, I still love you very much Rani, all this time I've always been haunted by guilt to you and our daughter" Niko said, pleading.
"Well, does your wife want to share her husband with me! If you still love me then why did you marry me," I snapped as I began to cry and sat on the couch.
"I had no other choice, my parents threatened to hurt you and Luna if I were still with you" he explained, sitting under my feet.
"Then why are you staying with me, aren't you afraid that they will hurt me even more" I replied as I looked at Mas Niko.
"I make sure they won't hurt you, because I'll protect you" he replied, holding my hand.
"Why didn't you think that way before, why should you now after you left us all those years and after you married Niken" I replied, letting go of Niko's hand.
"I beg you to give me a chance to make amends" Niko said, pleading.
"I'm asking you to get out of this house, and never see me again" I said, opening my door.
"No I won't leave here before you give me a chance" Niko said as she stood in her place.
"Go, I said hurry you get out of here!" I snapped while shouting to make Luna come out of her room.
"Dad!" luna shouted as she ran to hug her father.
"Luna let go, let Daddy go," I ordered as I pulled Luna's hand.
"No, Luna wants to be with Dad," Luna whined in tears.
"Let him go, son, we must leave immediately" I replied as I continued to pull Luna's hand.
"No way, Luna wants to be with Dad," Luna replied as she hugged her father tightly.
"Luna, release!"I shouted while yelling at Luna and pulled her body hard.
"Know! What are you doing, she is still a child" Niko shouted to the point of making me look at her.
"What right do you forbid me to educate Luna, she is my daughter so I have the right to set her up" I replied as I looked at Niko's face.
"But I'm his father too!" niko answered while holding Luna's hand.
"Dad! You say you're the father, where when he was born, did you think about it when you left us 5 years ago" I replied, shouting.
"Well I admit if I'm wrong, but please let me take you all the way to the village, after that I promise I won't bother you anymore" said Niko who made me instantly speechless.
I just silently heard Mas Niko's words while continuing to hold Luna's hand. With a smile Mas Niko began to approach Luna and put a hearing device on the princess' right ear. She hoped that Luna could hear clearly every other person's words to her.
"Luna, I want to take Luna with me to the village, do you want," said Niko gently while sitting in front of Luna.
"Mother, may you take us to the village, so that Luna can introduce Father to friends," said Luna while turning to me who was still standing beside her.
"I beg you to let me take you just this once, I promise after that I won't bother you anymore" Niko told me.
