Mr. Dev (CEO of Seoul)

Mr. Dev (CEO of Seoul)
Reason disappeared

Lethbridge, Canada.

That afternoon, Agya was sitting in the garden chair, enjoying the twilight that enveloped the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden. A very beautiful garden with a variety of trees and buildings that nuanced Japan, the cool and cool garden atmosphere reminds Agya of his country that he had long left.

"Agya." the voice of someone calling her name made Agya disperse her daydream, the woman immediately turned her head, looking at a man standing behind her with a wide-flowing smile.

"What are you thinking?" the man also landed his body right next to Agya while offering a cup of ice cream.

"Thank you Sean." Agya took over the ice cream with a face that was so excited. His throat was dry, which is why he asked Sean to buy him ice cream.

Not much to say, Agya immediately ate the ice cream. "Sweet" he said, developing an unsweet smile on his lips.

Since Sean, he just kept silent, since his eyes did not move from Agya's face.

"You don't miss your family?" Almost every day Sean asked that question, and Agya's answer was always the same.

"No." As if he did not care, Agya again ate his ice cream while looking straight ahead.

"You can't deny Gya anymore. I know you miss your family so much." It was not without reason that Sean said so, he could clearly see the immense longing in the eyes of the woman.

"Sean, I don't want to talk about it."

"Ck." Sean snorted, he got up from his seat, throwing his gaze at the small lake before him "You don't feel sorry for your husband?" added looking.

And again Agya's answer was still the same, the woman shook her head slowly. "I just want to get used to living without me before I actually go any further."

"Why are you so desperate Gya? You'll be healed!"

"Cured?" Agya smiled wryly, how could he recover from the malignant disease he had suffered? She didn't even take any action against her illness just to protect her two babies. "I could die anytime Sean. I don't want to make them sad."

"But Gya, you've been gone for 5 months. You should have enjoyed your life with your family, not run away like this and hide your illness."

"You don't want to take care of me anymore?"

"Huh." Sean snorted, he did not know how much more he had to persuade Agya to come back.

"I beg you, don't throw me out Sean. At least until two babies are born." Agya explained her face, looking at both beads of Sean's eyes with full supplication.

"Huh. Let's go home, the park is closing."

"Hm, okay." A smile re-emerged on Agya's lips when her request was accepted by Sean.

Actually Agya really misses her family, I mean Dev. Even if he is disappointed in the man, it does not mean he does not care about him anymore. He also did not intend to leave the house just because of the trivial problem. But because of the malignant disease he suffered now, a disease that suddenly attacked his body and became the cause he fainted that night.

The flashback

Adopted Agya heard the conversation of two not-so-obvious men in his ears, slowly he opened his eyelids, staring at the ceiling of a room so unfamiliar in his memory.

"Dev." he muttered, but someone suddenly approached him and greeted him with a warm smile. A man he hadn't seen in a long time.

"South."

The man nodded, still revealing a warm smile on his lips. "How are you doing? Are you feeling good?"

"Sean, where am I?" she asked, looking around her, "Why am I in the hospital?"

"So you passed out on the street, for that I immediately took you to the hospital. I haven't notified your family or your husband because I don't have their cell phone number. Do you remember your husband's cell phone number? You can borrow my phone to call him."

"No need." Agya shook her head as a picture of Dev and Teressa's family dinner filled her head again. Actually, he wanted to go see Dev at the restaurant at once to get his hands on Teressa. But who would have thought he would pass out on the street and end up in a hospital like this.

"Why did you find me Sean?" tanyanya.

"Eh." Sean cleared his throat, landing his body on the chair beside Agya's bed. "I deliberately wanted to see you at your husband's house. We haven't seen each other in a long time, and it just so happened that today I went to Korea for a tender at the Wings hotel."

"You also followed the tender?"

"Said the doctor you're pregnant."

Agya nodded briefly, as if not wanting to discuss it.

"Can I go home? I want to go home now."

"Wait a minute Gya. Doctor Choi wants to see you and tell you something about your illness."

Deg

"Disease?" agya's two eyeballs were rounded, along with her heart beating fast.

"What disease? Wasn't I just passing out from exhaustion?"

"I can't explain it to you. Wait, doctor Choi will be here soon." said Sean, he grabbed Agya's hand and held it when the woman looked frightened.

*

"Did Miss Agya not know this before?" ask doctor Choi when he sees the reaction of Agya who was so shocked after finding out he has leukemia cancer.

Agya shook her head, in disbelief. The disease that killed his twin brother is now lodged in his body as well?

"Rully."

"Sean." Agya could not hold back her tears, she clasped the body of the man who had once been close to her and cried so badly. Wh why? Why does the disease have to come at a time like this?

"What about the condition of the baby doctor? Is Agya able to keep her fetus despite this disease?" Now Sean is speaking, representing what Agya wanted to ask earlier. But the woman could say nothing more, she could only cry to represent her pain.

"Siran, this disease is very risky and endangers Miss Agya and her baby if it continues. The process of fetal development will also be disrupted so that the fetus experiences a slowdown in growth and development in the womb. The only way is to have an abortion."

"No!" agya shouted hysterically, "I don't want my baby aborted." she exclaimed.

"Relax down." Sean gently rubbed Agya's back. "If you keep your baby, your life will be at stake."

"I don't want to abort Sean, I love them."

"You can't take Agya's unilateral decision. Your family should take part in this, especially your husband."

"No. Don't tell Dev, he can't know." Agya took off Sean's embrace while shaking her head.

"He's gonna tell me to drop Sean. Dev didn't want these two babies to hurt me in the first place."

"If I were in Dev's position, I'd do the same. This gya is for your safety." persuaded Sean, staring at both of Agya's beads. I wish Agya could have made a wiser decision. But who would have thought the woman was actually clean hard want to maintain her womb. And begged Sean not to force her any further.

"If Miss Agya chooses to continue the pregnancy. Miss Agya can do chemotherapy but this is very risky and should be extreme supervision on fetal development."

Flashback off

.

"Huh." A heavy breath came out from Agya's mouth as she recalled the advice of Doctor Choi. Suggestions that make him choose to leave Dev and go with Sean. He did not want Dev slumped after knowing he had a cancer that had become a fear of the man.

Actually, Sean didn't want to take her away at the time either. But he insisted and pleaded with so much that he would not want Sean to obey his words. He also hopes that someday, when the baby is born and when he is gone. Sean can bring these two babies back to his father..
