"Is it still sick?" Agya's face was still shrouded in worry. Even his hands moved gently massaging Dev's stomach along with his heart that was pounding incoherently. There was a feeling of guilt for feeding the man earlier that made him have a stomachache like this.
"Still." Dev closed his eyes, enjoying Agya's gentle massage that made him want to fall asleep. This time he felt something strange about him, he who used to hate the woman in front of him so much, but now he let the woman touch his body? Just because he wanted to avenge her he sacrificed his own body touched like this by a foreign woman. Fishing Agya to get into his trap.
Dev's cell phone rings lying on the nightstand, breaking the silence of the room and distracting Agya and Dev.
"Take my phone."
"Ehm, i-yeah." Agya shifts her body, grabs the phone and thrusts it at its owner.
"Alena." muttered Dev just after his phone was in his hand, his eyes staring at the full screen of his phone.
It felt he was so reluctant to answer the phone call from his lover, but inevitably he had to answer it.
"Stay here, and don't go out." asked Dev to Agya, uncovers his blanket and exits his room without putting his shirt back on.
"Isn't his stomach hurting? But why could he walk without such pain." Agya muttered as she stared at the back of Dev who had just disappeared behind the door.
"Honey where are you? I'm at your house now. I missed you, I've been waiting for you since this morning here."
"Alenaa can you wait for me at Mami's house? I'm not going back to my house right now because I'm abroad."
"Until when do you avoid me like this Deva? I came all the way to Korea to see you. I was so worried about your condition, I was also very surprised to hear a scandal about you. I'm gonna turn up to the media to brush off all that lopsided stuff, and say that you're my girlfriend."
"Alenaa, don't do anything!! Even though you're my lover, you have absolutely no right to me and my life. I've solved everything, so don't try to interfere or prolong the matter. You understand!!" tusky.
"Why Dev? Why don't you admit me as your lover to the public? We've been dating for almost 5 years, it's time people found out about our relationship."
"I just need more time to tell the public."
"Always so! Tomorrow's your parents' anniversary, you'll have to introduce me to Dev's media and public so that there won't be any more women***** who are trying to mess with your life with those incantations."
"No!" exclaim Dev sharpened his voice.
"If you still don't want to introduce me to the media and the public, let me do it myself."
"Dona!!"
Tut's..Tut's.. Tut's..
"Shittt!!" Dev cursed, hitting the wall beside him. Feeling fed up with Alena's stubbornness.
"Secretary Kim, get Alenaa done!"
"Okay sir." Secretary Kim nodded, then passed away from there but before that he handed Dev a piece of paper.
***
Dev stepped back into his room with long strides, his face looking very upset and his mood was falling apart.
"Read it and learn it." Spreading the sheet of paper in his hand right on Agya's face to make the woman jump into shock.
"Rules in our marriage." cried Dev stepped towards Agya. This time he had to make the rule clear to Agya so that the woman was not as arbitrary as Alena who could have destroyed her career.
"You didn't forget that this marriage happened just because you wanted to pay off your debt?! I married you not without reason."
Agya nodded, her eyes fixed on Dev's bead eyes that looked filled with anger.
"I-I know." replied Agya stammering, her body becoming trembling in fear.
"You must remember that if your first rule is me, you must follow everything I say, no rejection at all. If you break, I won't hesitate to destroy your life a second time." Dev spoke with a clenched hand, his anger bursting after recalling his hatred for Agya.
Agya nodded again as she gulped down her saliva violently, "So Mr.Dev's main goal was to marry me just to make me his lackey."
"One more thing, this marriage is only a contract marriage, your status has not changed at all. So don't ever tell the public or the media if you're married to me! You understand?!!" Gripping Agya's arms together was so strong that it made the woman grimace in pain.
"I-iyaa I understand." said Agya bowing her head.
"Sleep, tomorrow morning we're going back to Korea."
Agya answered again with a nod, not daring to speak or reject the man's words. Though he still wants to stay in Indonesia a few days to let go of longing with his parents, but what he can do if Mr.Dev has told.
"Sleep on the couch. I will use this bed." said Dev lay his body on the bed with his back.
Agya let out a long sigh while closing her eyes briefly, convincing herself not to regret this marriage.
"I can definitely get through all this." he muttered, stepped onto the sofa, placed a sheet of paper on the glass table and landed his body on the sofa.
"Turn off the lights." Dev spoke again while improving his sleeping position.
"Yeah." Yeah." Agya got back up from her seat, then stepped towards the nightstand to pick up the remote and turn off the room lights.
"Light it up again, I don't like it if it's too dark."
"All right." Turn the lights back on.
"Did your stomach not hurt anymore?" agya's question made Dev stunned, he forgot about the abdominal pain drama he had done earlier.
"No. Go, don't bother me!" Pull the blanket over his face.
"Well-well. Good night sir." said Agya put the remote control lights on the nightstand. A moment of Agya's gaze turned towards Dev, staring at his hair that was not covered in a blanket, before then he stepped towards the sofa and laid his body there. Wiring his body that feels tired, not only the body but his heart and mind also tired.
At 1.00 a.m., Agya was still not asleep, the woman continued to flip through her body looking for a position that would make it comfortable.
"Ahh, I'm tired." he muttered looking at the ceiling of the hotel room. Back to remembering the rules of marriage made by Dev.
"Well contract." Agya smiled wryly, feeling very foolish for having agreed to this marriage. Assume if he has sold his body to Mr.Dev to pay off the debt. It is not about solving problems but adding new ones.
Not to mention that the university contacted Agya again and told him to make a payment immediately this week. It feels like Agya wants to cry roaring, feeling that she is getting caught up in big trouble.
