"Immediately move the two babies into the incubator room."

"Good Doc." Two nurses rushed to cover the two babies with different colored swaddles.

Now Dev's gaze turned to the two nurses who had just walked out of the operating room while holding the baby in their hands. So excited he approached the two nurses followed by Mrs Inayah and Mr. Darwin behind him.

"Sus, how's my wife?" there's no other question Dev wants to ask after seeing two babies born alive. His anxiety and fear rest on Agya's condition.

"Sus!!" dev shouted as the two nurses did not answer him. He shook his head, and the two nurses answered everything. Agya is gone?

"Tidaaak." Dev's screaming voice grew louder along with his tears rushing down. Without further ado he broke into the operating room. And...

Dev's body trembled, his knees unable to support his weight anymore when he saw the doctor attach a pacemaker over his wife's chest.

The graphics on the electrocardiogram monitor screen turned straight, the two doctors who were treating Agya instantly raised their hands.

"Sir, we've lost."

"No! Not likely. Continue the dock, continue with the pacemaker!!" Dev continued to say, he hugged the helpless body of Agya, trying to hear the heartbeat of his wife, but the results were nil.

"Agyaaaaaa." he cried loudly until he showed the veins on his neck. "You can't leave me, baby. Gyaa, wake up, our son is born, don't you want to see them? Don't you want to hear their cries? Honey, wake up baby." exclaimed Dev patting Agya's cheeks, his tears flowing. No, he didn't want to lose the woman he loved so much.

"Mr Dev."

"Let me hug her." Dev pulls the hand of the doctor who tries to pull him. He hugged his embrace on Agya's body that felt cold because it was not drained by blood anymore?

"Gyaa, wake up. I love you so much, me and your kids love you so much. How can you leave us this big, baby? Gyaaa, we still need you very much. Wake up, my dear." Dev shouted back, he did not accept this condition.

Hearing Dev's screaming voice from inside the operating room, made Madam Inayah and Della sob. Both of them were crying so much.

"Agyaaa." Della was about to run into the operating room, but Secretary Kim prevented her and immediately embraced her lover's body.

"Jehaa, Agya died, she left me. Jehaa, Agya my best friend, Jehaaa." Della's sobbing grew bigger, she banged on the chest of secretary Kim's field trying to escape from the man's embrace.

"Della, there's nothing we can do."

"I want to see Agyaa. Jehaaa, he's my best friend, I love him so much. Wh-why did he leave me Jehaa, we just met after such a long time."

"Dear." Secretary Kim tightened his peukan, along with a clear liquid dripping from his eye patch.
