The crime of Mr. Alden

"Are you sure Della's whereabouts are safe?"

"Already sir. Only Cha's doctor and his assistant know where Miss Della is. Alenaa and Jio won't suspect us either. They must have trusted my bodyguards."

"We've reached sir." Dev's daydreams broke when Secretary Kim opened the car door for his master when they arrived at Wilantara Hospital's parking lot.

"Ehm, okay." Dev rushes down from the car, tidying up his coat while wearing his sunglasses.

"Where's the woman's room."

"In VVIP A2 sir, there's mistress Valerie there too."

"Huh shit." Without further ado, Dev immediately stepped foot with long steps into Wilantara Hospital. It felt like he wanted to disappear from there but he did not have the strength to do so.

"Sweet you've arrived." Upon arrival in Alenaa's ward, Dev was immediately greeted by Lady Valerie, a warm embrace was not spared received by Dev from his mother.

"How are you, baby. Are you all right?" ask madam Valerie to take off her arms.

"What do you think, Mom? Do I look okay?" said Dev with his flat face. His hand moved to remove his sunglasses. Until now, his eyes were sharp, pointing towards Alenaa who was leaning on a hospital bed with a bandage coiled around her head.

"I came here because papa forced me to."

"Dev!"

"Isn't that what Pa is? Why do you believe in this sheep-furred woman so much?" cetus Dev, his sharp eyes had not turned away from Alenaa.

"Dev, what's this bullshit?" exclaim Mr. Andhito, immediately disconnect Dev when Mr. Alden and Mrs Helena enter the nursery room Alenaa.

"Mommy. My head suddenly hurts again." Alenaa held her temple where her wound was.

"Yeah boy. Apologize to Alenaa, you made her this way." - miss Valerie, Dev turned to her mother with a dumbfounded face. He could not believe what his mother had just said.

"Mami supports Alenaa?" inner Dev

"Tante, this isn't Dev's fault. I was wrong, Dev pushed me because I called his ex-wife a cheap woman. Isn't she a cheap aunt? Looks like Dev still loves his ex-wife."

Hearing all the words of Alenaa, made Dev's jaw harden, even his two hands that had clenched firmly. It was like he was launching a big bogem into the woman's mouth.

"You've hurt my son. Apologize to Dev, you've disappointed me." said Mr. Alden with his flat face. There was a streak of anger on the middle-aged man's face.

"Devs."

"I'm sorry Alenaa. I shouldn't have pushed you." said Dev. "I should've killed you earlier." she continued inwardly."

"I won't forgive you until you comply with my request."

"What do you want?" chirps Dev raise one of his eyebrows.

"You have to take care of me until I recover. You must also be by my side at all times and do all that I command."

"I'm not your assistant. I can find you an assistant if you need one."

"But I want you to take care of me, Dev."

"How dare you call my son a whore!!" Snapped Mr. Alden, clutching Dev's coat crust while giving off a sharp look.

"Haha. Apparently you don't know anything, Mr. Alden. You've been a very failed father. You didn't manage to educate your son."

Plak, again Dev felt a pain on his face as Mr. Alden landed his palm there.

"Just got here to your ability?" Dev again smiled in a slant, violently removing the grip of Mr. Alden's hand.

"Dev." call Miss Valerie shaking her head, she doesn't want Dev to do anything to harm them. It's not a plan like this that they want.

"I'm tired, Ma. Let me take everything apart."

"No Dev."

"Let me show you Mr. Alden. How far would you like to see her?"

"Dev enough!!" Sir Andhito.

"Omong empty what you made. Go, from here. You're drunk!" Immediately Mr. Andhito pulled the rude Dev out of Alenaa's outpatient room.

"Secretary Kim, take Dev away from here." asked Mr. Andhito to Kim's secretary who was standing near the exit.

"I know that. I'm sure papa wouldn't be that scared, if he lost his biggest shareholder. There must be another reason, but what?!" Dengus Dev, he was almost free from Alenaa. Well, if he said Alenaa's infamy in front of Mr Alden, would their relationship end? That's what's gonna happen, isn't it.

"Papa also threatened me for Agyaa's safety. Will Mr Alden kill Agya if I'm wrong in my actions?"
