Proposals That Still Hang
"We agree and we accept your proposal, son Edgar!" father said with great enthusiasm.
"No! No! No! Can't do that, Dad! I haven't even agreed to Edgar's proposal," Olivia said with an annoyed face. He stood in front of his parents while crossing his arms to his chest and his face still bent perfectly.
"Your answer doesn't matter, Olivia. We all know what your answer is anyway" said Daddy.
"But, Dad! I am not officially divorced from my husband! The judge hasn't even finished tapping the hammer" Olivia said.
Seeing Olivia's actions, which Edgar found impolite, immediately grabbed the woman's hand and invited her to return to her original position. "Sit, Olivia. It's not nice to be that way to your parents."

"You take it easy, son Edgar. We make sure after this he will definitely accept your proposal," said Mommy who is now standing next to the man while stroking his shoulders gently.
"Hopefully, Mom." Edgar still smiled wryly.
Actually Edgar still doubted that Olivia was willing to accept his proposal. However, as he had told Olivia before, this was his last attempt to melt her heart.
And if Olivia still refused, then Edgar promised never to appear before Olivia let alone interfere with the woman's life.
