"I'm sorry, Mommy! I'm really khilaf" said Chandra, sobbing.
"Oh my God, you're really disgusting! You can sleep with just any woman! Yesterday Imelda, now Rima and after that who else, Chandra!" annoyed Bu Kirana while rising from her sitting position and then standing in front of Chandra who was still bowed.
"Now Mami asks, did you do it using safety? Don't tell me that you didn't use safety, Chandra!" With a gasp of breath, Miss Kirana looked at Chandra. He was really anxious to see the behavior of his only child.
"I'm sorry, ma'am ..," chandra said in between her sobs.
"Akkhh! You're really embarrassing, Chandra!" shouted Bu Kirana who was already unable to hold back her sense of regret. It pulled Chandra's hair so hard that it made Chandra grimace in pain.
"Akh, sorry, Mi! I'm sorry," said Chandra again, raising her head to look at Ms. Kirana.
"Sorry you won't be able to turn things around the way they were, Chandra! We better check your health condition to the Hospital. And let's pray that you don't do anything!"
Ms. Kirana who was so upset and frightened, immediately got up from her seat and then walked to the main room to take her bag and wallet. Chandra was still in the room contemplating his fate.
"Come, Chandra!" take Miss Kirana who just arrived in the room while carrying her bag.
"Good, Mi." Chandra rubbed his face rough while trying to remove the remains of tears that were still left in his eyes.
"Huh, Mami doesn't know how your Daddy would react if he knew that the boy he was so proud of turned out to be infected with such a disgusting disease! Where should Mami and Daddy hide our faces, huh?! Ish, Chandra, Chandra!" gerutu Bu Kirana along the room he passed when heading to his front yard.
Chandra was only silent a thousand languages while following Bu Kirana's footsteps from behind. None of the words came out of the man's lips because he thought this was indeed the biggest mistake he had ever made.
Upon arrival in the front yard, Ms. Kirana immediately entered Chandra's car and was followed by her son.
"Huf! Hope the results are negative!" muttered Bu Kirana while exhaling heavily.
Chandra was completely at a loss for words, even along the way to the Hospital, The man remained silent not wanting to open his mouth at all.
Long enough they waited in the room, until finally now it was Chandra's turn. Slowly, Ms. Kirana led her son into the doctor's room. Their arrival was warmly welcomed by the Doctor.
"Good day, Mom. Please sit down," said the Doctor, inviting Miss Kirana and Chandra to sit in the chair in front of her desk.
"Good day too, Doc. Thank you," said Ms. Kirana while sitting in the chair, then followed by Chandra.
"Can I help you?" the Doctor asked again with a warm smile looking at the two people sitting before him.
Ms. Kirana and Chandra looked at each other for a moment, then the woman began to tell the purpose of her arrival to the Doctor.
"Look, Doc. Actually, I'd like to check on my son, Chandra." Miss Kirana introduced Chandra to the Doctor.
"Say friends, yesterday the ex-lover of Chandra was declared dead due to Hiv Aids disease. So ...." Miss Kirana stopped her words. He was sure the doctor had understood what he meant without having to explain it in detail.
Now the doctor's gaze was on Chandra who was bowed in shame in front of him.
"I'm sorry before, but .. have you and your boyfriend ever had sex?" ask the doctor to Chandra.
Chandra raised his head while nodding softly as he met the Doctor. The doctor exhaled a long breath and then asked again.
"When you make love, do you use safety?" the Doctor asked with a serious face looking at Chandra. Again Chandra did not answer, he only shook his head in response that he did not use safety when having sex with his lover at that time.
The doctor breathed heavily. "All right then. We should check blood and saliva samples to determine whether Mas Chandra is positive for the disease. But, hopefully not, Mom." The doctor again threw his smile at Bu Kirana to melt the tense atmosphere in the room.
