My Boss Samuel's

My Boss Samuel's
Part. 1 - SAMUEL

I stared at the twilight sky of Jakarta this afternoon. The density is still very visible even though the day has begun to evening. I sip a cup of coffee and then go back to smoking a cigarette that only half lives.

I never imagined I would be working in my grandfather's office, because I thought I would be living in London after two years of living there. But it didn't.

Worked in grandpa's office? What would it feel like? Will there be anything that interests me? Or the opposite? I better get some rest than think about it.

Tomorrow.

My car stopped right in the basement. When I got out of the car there were a lot of pairs of eyes staring at me. There were even some women who were blatantly staring at me.

They why the hell? Make me uncomfortable?

“Jeez, so cute crazy.”

“What new employee is it?”

“Mobil is equally saucy.”

“Married adek bang.”

I rolled my eyeballs when I heard a noise coming from behind. “Ck! What the hell are they?” gumamku stepped inside the multi-storey building that read PT. FASHION NOVA'S.

By the time I reached the lobby there was already a woman who I thought was in her thirties. He greeted me kindly.

“Pak Samuel, yes?” I nodded while smiling. “Include me Bu Nia.” The woman introduced herself in a slightly coquettish style.

I shook the hand he held out with some hesitation. “Ah, yes I am Samuel.”

The woman named Bu Nia then asked me to walk and I just tailed behind her.

“Oke, I'll just go straight, sir. Mr. here will replace me as manager in the promotion division.” Ms. Nia invited me into one of the rooms while explaining the tasks I was going to do. Actually I've understood a little, I asked grandfather to enter this division. “Because I happen to have applied to resign from this company.”

I understand the meaning of his expression and words. It was as if he deliberately wanted me to ask more about the reason he resigned. Ck, fuck.

“Kira reason resigned why yes? Not that it's good to be manager.” I cursed myself who foolishly asked such a thing.

Miss Nia smiled flirtatiously. “I want to find a husband, sir. It's been too long working so now it's your turn to enjoy life.” I started to be alert as he looked at me with a smile. “If I knew there would be a new manager like Mr, I would not resign. Nyesel I tuh, it so can not be further acquaintance with Mr. Sam.”

I blinked as his hand touched my arm so brightly. Oh, my God, do all the female employees in Grandpa's office have to be all this?

I took a slow breath while tidying up the tie that suddenly felt so suffocating my neck. Honestly I'm normal, one hundred percent normal but ... I'm a little uncomfortable if I have to deal with a woman like ... I looked at Bu Nia who was still smiling teasingly towards me.

I'm throttling. “Can directly transport me to workspace now.”

“Wah, what a hurry, sir. I still want to talk, eh ... I mean, I still want to explain the work problem with you.” He just touched my arm again.

My heart is pounding unbecoming. Not because of love yes, this is more precisely to the feeling of fear. Afraid that later I might even be raped again with this woman. Even his hands were now beginning to slowly move in my arms.

Oh my God, protect me.

“Now only, bu.” I immediately stood up and stepped out without caring for Nia maam who kept calling me.

I massaged my nose slowly while Bu Nia was still bothering me. Now we were in the elevator together and with confidence he grabbed his body close to me. I nodded slowly and then breathed a little.

Okay, relax. All I need to do is put my face as flat as possible.

The elevator door opened and Ms. Nia asked me to walk out.

“Mari, Sir.” He said while extending his hand.

Whatdoes thatmean?

I looked at the hand flat and Bu Nia just smiled and pulled her hand back.

“Sorry, Sir. My hands like to reflex themselves if you see handsome people.” I just grunted slowly and then stepped outside the elevator.

As soon as I came out, I could hear the voices of many people laughing together. My gaze was immediately drawn to a room with glass on the right side.

“It's promotion division, workspace Mr. Sam.” Ms. Nia nudged my arm with a smile.

I just nodded briefly and walked up to the room with Bu Nia. The closer I got to the room the more the sound of the crowd became clear. What office is the market?

Even when I was standing in the middle of the room they had not noticed my arrival at all.

His friend replied while whispering. “No idea, Ma'am. I think he's a replacement for Ms. Nia. Crazy handsome really, kayak is not a model tuh.” They then chuckle together.

So if I'm not the one he equates me with what? Gosh darn. I could hear clearly what they were talking about but I pretended to be indifferent and put on a flat and cold face of course.

In my heart began to appear a feeling of regret for having wanted to work in the company of grandfather.

“Good morning everyone! let me introduce Samuel Devano Gavin, just call me Sam. I'm Bu Nia's replacement, your new boss.” I introduced myself.

I had just finished talking the long-haired woman was back whispering with her other friend, who this time looked a little older than her. Is he that big? I have loved to invite my friend to talk. You freak!

I then glanced at them sharply. And it seems like both of them immediately realized it. “Have you talked?”

They did not reply and the long-haired woman immediately looked down while occasionally glancing at me.

“I hope we can work together in this team and make our team even better. There will be some changes from the previous rules. If that's what I want to say. Any question?”

Obviously I'll make some changes so they can be a little quieter, less noisy and crowded. Like the first impression when I walked into this room earlier.

Suddenly one of them raised their hand and smiled shyly. I stared at the woman who looked the youngest among the other friends. “Pak ... Father of bule descent huh?”

All of his friends including myself instantly stared in surprise at him. Why on my first day at work have I met so many strange women?

I took a breath before answering the question. “Yes, it happens that my Papa is London.” He looks nodding. “Ya already, now happy working back." My welcome later.

I don't want to introduce myself for long. Before the strange questions arise. I immediately went into the room after the handover with Ms. Nia.

From behind the window glass in my room, I could see my new man was busy talking while joking. Ah, it seems like they are behaving like that.

I opened the profile of my men. And from there I now know their names. Angga, Sari, Rizal, Tiwi and I stopped as my eyes stared at a portrait of the long-haired young lady earlier.

Strange woman.

Adelia Rinjani's. That's the name on his profile.

I blinked when my office phone rang. “Hallo, Sir. I forgot to say that this week there is a report that needs to be completed immediately. All files and documents are on the table yes.”

“Good, Mom. I'll control everything.”

“Thank You Mr. Sam. Hopefully I can see you again, who knows you are willing to take me to tea.” There was a sound from across there.

I didn't reply to him and just closed the call. Ah, it seems that from today on I have to be more patient working here.

I leaned my back against the chair staring at the ceiling of my study. After that, I glanced back at the glass window and again saw my men chatting while laughing. I shook my head and picked up a map on my desk. As soon as I saw the name listed there for a moment I immediately smiled faintly and stood up from my chair.

I opened the door of the room and the noise from them directly pierced my eardrum.

“Adelia Rinjani.” The owner of the name looked shocked and immediately turned his head towards me. But he didn't make a sound yet I just closed the door and sat in my chair.

It's time to work!
