Chapter.50 Second Marriage

After meeting with Jakson and Anderson and her grandfather, Arne became lazy to follow the first date to the fifth. Especially Anderson the stiff guy. There they will just come, sit, eat and go home without any interesting talk.

Just thinking about it makes Arne lazy because it is better for him to eat alone in his apartment. But for the sake of being able to reject everything, Arne must obey the old grandfather's game.

Meanwhile Richard is arranging Arne's meeting with Tony. He wants Arne to be free from Aini's accusations and live happily. Arne took his time after work. Arne hoped Richard would change his behavior a little.

Arne arrives at the restaurant where they promised. But there were two men waiting for him, one father Richard and the other Tony. Arne thinks what Tony's got to do with this meeting.

"Arne, you've finally come and sit down, son." said Richard.

"Thank you, sorry for the long wait" Arne said.

"It's okay, we can understand" Richard said.

"Because I'm tired, can papa to the point what is this? especially with the presence of Mr. Tony." asked Arne without further ado.

"Well, since you're talking about it, papa will be straightforward. Papa intends to betroth you both." said Richard smiling.

"I refuse" said Arne firmly.

"Arne.. Can you listen to me first.?" said it.

"Yes even if he's Tony's master, that doesn't mean I like him" Arne told Richard.

"Arne, can we have a good talk" said Tony.

"Then how do you avoid Aini's accusation?" ask Richard.

Richard sighed and was ashamed of Tony.

Tony also understands why Arne rejected him, and as a real man he would not do that to respect Arne's decision. Moreover, Arne and Richard's relationship is not good, it would be a minus value if Tony forced it.

Finally Tony decided to approach Arne in his way not through a matchmaking. Because there might still be a chance if not through Richard who is clearly not liked by Arne.

"Although rejected, it's because I'm not because of Richard." Tony murmured inwardly.

Arriving at Arne's house was upset not playing. After his grandfather arranged for him, his father now followed him. Arne was even more upset to see his papa carrying his superior.
